电力有源滤波器控制器的研究与仿真分析

建立了包括有源电力滤波器（ＡＰＦ）在内的公共连接点（ＰＣＣ）的数学模型;针对实际控制器计算过程中的时间延迟,提出对负载电流值进行预测的两种算法,对逆变器的开关元件提出一种新型脉宽调制（ＰＷＭ）控制方案,并采用电力电子仿真软件包进行了仿真验证。     

浅析40T支架搬运车液压系统油温变化对其效率的影响

介绍了油温变化对40T支架搬运车液压系统油液黏度、液压介质和橡胶类密封件的影响,分析了液压系统的总发热功率、总散热功率,结合动态热平衡的计算,找出了液压系统总效率与油温变化之间的关系,并给出其函数关系式。根据这种关系,通过一种工况的油温实测数据取样,计算出相应的效率值,定量地验证了液压系统油温变化引起效率变化的关系,得出了总效率随着温度变化而变化的结论,即温差增大时,总效率降低;温差减小时,总效率增大。通过该结论可以全面掌握系统的工作状态,通过降低油温有效提高效率。     

High power devices in wide bandgap semiconductors

A comparative study of two techniques for improving power‐handling capability of CMOS T/R switches

This article proposes an asymmetric topology for transmit/receive (T/R) switches and more importantly presents a comparative study of both LC‐tuned and resistive body‐floating techniques for improving the power‐handling capability of the T/R switches in the same 0.18‐μm triple‐well CMOS. It is shown from simulations and measurements that the switches adopting either technique achieve comparable performances. For instance, the switch employing the LC‐tuned body‐floating technique exhibits insertion loss of 1.5 dB, isolation of 23.5 dB, and power‐handling capability of 22.5 dBm at 5.2 GHz, whereas the switch using the resistive body‐floating technique exhibits insertion loss of 1.3 dB, isolation of 24 dB, and power‐handling capability of 22.2 dBm, respectively. Therefore, one can conclude that the asymmetric topology with the resistive body‐floating technique is more suitable for designing T/R switches for wireless local area network applications as it consumes smaller silicon area. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 面向对象的嵌入式系统电源管理模型

针对嵌入式系统的低功耗设计,提出一种面向对象的软件电源管理模型。在操作系统的基础上将相关API封装与扩展,抽象出操作系统电源管理类（OSPM）、CPU电源管理类（CPUPM）、设备驱动电源管理类（DDPM）、应用程序电源管理类（APM）。在操作系统层、驱动程序层、应用程序层之间形成电源管理接口,简化嵌入式系统电源管理的软件设计与维护。     

HK网络演化模型的研究和改进

研究一种高集聚度的无标度网络模型,以Holme和Kim（HK）模型为基础,通过引进新增节点所应该具备的连接动态性,改进HK模型的局部特性。分析和仿真表明,改进模型HK’不仅继承了HK模型的高聚类效应和无标度特性,且它的幂律指数可在2～3之间变化,网络成员间的竞争机制也与现实社会网络较接近。     

HALT技术在变频器中的应用初探

A Faà di Bruno Hopf algebra for a group of Fliess operators with applications to feedback

A Faà di Bruno type Hopf algebra is developed for a group of integral operators known as Fliess operators, where operator composition is the group product. Such operators are normally written in terms of generating series over a noncommutative alphabet. Using a general series expansion for the antipode, an explicit formula for the generating series of the compositional inverse operator is derived. The result is applied to analytic nonlinear feedback systems to produce an explicit formula for the feedback product, that is, the generating series for the Fliess operator representation of the closed-loop system written in terms of the generating series of the Fliess operator component systems. This formula is employed to provide a proof that local convergence is preserved under feedback.
