Electrochemical preparation of epinephrine/Nafion chemically modified electrodes and their electrocatalytic oxidation of ascorbic acid and dopamine

Two types of epinephrine and cyclized epinephrine quinone films have been prepared using cyclic voltammetry from the epinephrine in the strong acidic solutions and neutral aqueous solutions over different scanning potential ranges. The cyclic voltammogram of the epinephrine film is characterized by one redox couple at about +0.5 V (versus Ag|AgCl) and cyclized epinephrine quinone film exhibits one redox couples at about −0.15 V (versus Ag|AgCl) .In addition to cyclic voltammetry and an electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance (EQCM) were used to study the growth mechanism of the epinephrine and cyclized epinephrine quinone molecules. The electrocatalytic oxidation of catecholamines (dopamine and norepinephrine) and also ascorbic acid were investigated in acidic aqueous solutions using epinephrine films. The rotating ring-disk electrode technique was used to investigate the mechanism of electrochemical oxidation of dopamine and ascorbic acid.     

AA/AAm改性的PVF高速粘贴标签胶粘剂的研制

采用AA/AAm改性PVF的方法制备高速粘贴标签胶粘剂。对PVA用量、聚合反应温度、引发剂、pH值、AA/AAm等对胶粘剂性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明 ,这些因素对胶粘剂的粘度、稳定性、干燥速度和粘贴强度有很大的影响。该胶粘剂有较好的粘贴性能 ,适用于 14 0 0 0 -2 80 0 0支 /小时高速啤酒生产线粘贴标签     

核设施、设备用耐高温涂料的研制

采用自制的环氧改性有机硅树脂和聚酰胺树脂为交联固化体系，加入锌粉、陶瓷粉和特种功能体质颜料，通过合理优化匹配制得的涂料不仅具有优异的机械性能、防腐性能，而且能长期耐高温、耐辐射，并具有很好的去污性能。     

新型AGR管材的性能及应用前景

新型供水管材-AGR管(亚克力共聚PVC管)，采用超微粒子丙烯酸树脂弹性体与PVC接枝共聚而成，在保持原有PVC刚性性能基础上，提高了低温冲击性能及卫生性能，可用于供水管、抗震管及其他饮料和化工流体的输送。     

金属闪光外墙乳胶漆的研制及性能研究

以丙烯酸酯及有机硅单体为原料合成了核-壳型硅丙乳液,用自制分散剂将闪光铝粉分散成水性闪光铝粉浆,并成功分散于硅丙乳液中,加入进口助剂,配制成水性金属闪光外墙乳胶漆.讨论了基料的玻璃化温度、单体的加入方式、引发剂、乳化剂、反应温度、聚合工艺和pH等对乳胶漆性能的影响.     

用RAP法引上技术生长KCL晶体

用RAP法(reactivo atmosphere process)处理KCl熔体,在不改变生长气氛和RAP继续处理的情况下,提拉生长KCl晶体,以解决高纯、大尺寸、生长速度快、成品率高和有较大经济效益的问题。     

硼酚醛树脂在涂料中的应用

通过将硼酚醛树脂和环氧树脂进行混用,利用硼酚醛树脂优异的耐酸、碱腐蚀性能以及耐高温性能和环氧树脂可以常温固化成膜的特点,制备常温固化的耐高温防腐蚀涂料。     

Kinetic study of the curing behavior of bismaleimide modified with diallylbisphenol A

The curing kinetics of bismaleimide modified with diallylbisphenol A were investigated for different ratios of 1,1′‐(methylene di‐4,1‐phenylene) bismaleimide and diallylbisphenol A with differential scanning calorimetry. Multiheating‐rate and isothermal methods were used to study the kinetics of the curing process. The results indicated that the activation energy changed with the extent of conversion. The activation energy obtained by the multiheating‐rate method was higher than that obtained by the isothermal method. Two kinetic models (autocatalytic and nth‐order) were successfully used to model the curing process. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci 90: 2229–2240, 2003

13C-NMR分析技术在改性聚苯醚剖析中的应用

应用^13C核磁共振分析技术，参照Sadtler标准^13C核磁共振谱图，对国外公司的五种改性聚苯醚样品进行了剖析。结果表明，有两种改性聚苯醚样品系由聚苯醚、聚苯乙烯和磷酸三苯酯组成，该类材料具有优良的阻燃性能；有两种系由聚苯醚、聚苯乙烯和聚顺丁二烯共混而成，具有较强的冲击性能；有一种系由聚苯醚、聚苯乙烯和聚乙烯构成，具有突出的润滑性能和耐磨性能。
