改性Raney Cu催化一乙醇胺脱氢合成甘氨酸

一乙醇胺在氢氧化钠的水溶液中〔w(NaOH)=12%～18%〕,用含有铬和锗等贵金属改性的RaneyCu催化剂脱氢合成甘氨酸。反应温度150～180℃,反应压力0 8～1 2MPa,反应时间2～4h。实验结果表明:改性RaneyCu催化剂比普通RaneyCu有更好的活性和使用寿命,使一乙醇胺的平均转化率从92%提高到97%,有效使用寿命(一乙醇胺的转化率≥90%)从5次延长到15次以上。     

Decreasing miscibility with greater heterogeneity in ternary polymer blend: poly(cyclohexyl methacrylate), poly(α‐methyl styrene) and poly(4‐methyl styrene)

A ternary blend system comprising poly(cyclohexyl methacrylate) (PCHMA), poly(α‐methyl styrene) (PαMS) and poly(4‐methyl styrene) (P4MS) was investigated by thermal analysis, optical and scanning electron microscopy. Ternary phase behaviour was compared with the behaviour for the three constituent binary pairs. This study showed that the ternary blends of PCHMA/PαMS/P4MS in most compositions were miscible, with an apparent glass transition temperature (T_g) and distinct cloud‐point transitions, which were located at lower temperatures than their binary counterparts. However, in a closed‐loop range of compositions roughly near the centre of the triangular phase diagram, some ternary blends displayed phase separation with heterogeneity domains of about 1 µm. Therefore, it is properly concluded that ternary PCHMA/PαMS/P4M is partially miscible with a small closed‐loop immisciblity range, even though all the constituent binary pairs are fully miscible. Thermodynamic backgrounds leading to decreased miscibility and greater heterogeneity in a ternary polymer system in comparison with the binary counterparts are discussed. © 2003 Society of Chemical Industry     

微区电阻测试方法及新测试仪研制

文章对国内外开展微区薄层电阻测试的方法进行了综述，特别对改进范德堡四探针技术方法的测试原理、测试过程与测试结果进行了论述与分析，对微区电阻测试方法的进一步发展提出了一种可操作的方法，并研制出新型四探针测试样机。     

Equitone Predicate Algebras and Their Applications

Predicates that preserve their values on a larger (extended) body of data are called equitone. An algebra of such predicates is constructed, a system of its generators is specified, and a complete system of transformations of identities is defined. The results obtained are used for construction and investigation of complete classes of compositions of various types and levels of abstractions that are used in logics of partial predicates.     

活性炭的制备及应用新进展

综述了活性炭材料研究开发的新进展。重点介绍了煤、石油焦、沥青基活性炭的制备方法及针对不同用途的活性炭改性技术，为选择合适的活化方法和制备特殊功能的改性活性炭提供了参考。     

Modified Imidazoles: Degradation Inhibitors and Adhesion Promoters for Polyimide Films on Copper Substrates

Polyimide films on copper substrates that are exposed to elevated temperatures and an oxidizing environment will be subject to degradation. In order to halt this degradation without changing the properties of the system, a polymeric agent could be placed between the polyimide and the copper. This paper will investigate three such materials that will not only slow down the degradation of the polyimide and the oxidation of the copper, but will also improve adhesion within the system. Fourier transform infrared reflection-absorption spectroscopy (FTIR-RAS) will be used to investigate the polyimide/polymeric agent/copper system.     

Synthesis, characteristics and oxygen-sensitive properties of SrMgxTi 1 − xO3 nanocrystals

SrMg_xTi_{1 - x}O₃ nanocrystals (x = 0.1–0.6) were synthesized by the stearic acid gel method. Powder samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron (XP) spectroscopy. The results showed that the lattice parameter a and the O 1s XP spectrum changed not only with the Mg content x but also with the grain size d of the samples. The conductivity of a thick film specimen fabricated on an aluminium oxide wafer was investigated in a nitrogen—oxygen atmosphere.

Partial scan design and test sequence generation based on reduced scan shift method

This paper presents a partial scan algorithm, calledPARES (PartialscanAlgorithm based onREduced Scan shift), for designing partial scan circuits. PARES is based on the reduced scan shift that has been previously proposed for generating short test sequences for full scan circuits. In the reduced scan shift method, one determines proch FFs must be controlled and observed for each test vector. According to the results of similar analysis, PARES selects these FFs that must be controlled or observed for a large number of test vectors, as scanned FFs. Short test sequences are generated by reducing scan shift operations using a static test compaction method. To minimize the loss of fault coverage, the order of test vectors is so determined that the unscanned FFs are in the state required by the next test vector. If there are any faults undetected yet by a test sequence derived from the test vectors, then PARES uses a sequential circuit test generator to detect the faults. Experimental results for ISCAS'89 benchmark circuits are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of PARES.     

交联剂在碳／碳复合材料沥青基体中的作用

本文从C/C复合合材料的基体入手，分析了交联剂在沥青中的交联机理，并以此为基础对中温煤沥青在催化剂作用下进行交联反应。结果表明，交联剂在C/C复合材料基体中的交联作用非常明显，不仅基体本身的残碳率及耐热程度有很大提高，而且，以它制成的C/C复合材料的抗压强度也有显著增加。
