浅论各种因素对铝土矿选矿浮选效果的影响

通过对铝土矿浮选效果的影响因素分析,探索矿浆浓度、矿浆的pH值、矿浆温度等因素对浮选效果的影响趋势,以期找到各因素的最佳临界点,从而提高浮选效果。     

DFT research on activation of sphalerite

Activation of sphalerite ZnS, (Zn, Fe)S, (Zn, Cu)S were carried out using the density functional theory (DFT) method. The electronic structures and related properties of three kind of zinc sulfide compounds were investigated. In addition, the relation between electronic structure and flotation behavior was discussed. The results show that, ZnS has a broader band gap than (Zn,Cu)S and (Zn,Fe)S do, and it has low electrochemistry activity to react with flotation collectors to render the surface hydrophobic. When the Zn atom in ZnS is replaced by Cu atom,the band gap will be reduced, and the top valence band will be occupied by Cu 3d orbit, thus it is beneficial to the interaction between mineral surface and collector.     

K/Na-RE复合变质对辊环用高速钢组织及力学性能的影响

在辊环用高速钢中添加不同含量的K／Na-RE复合变质剂，对试样分别进行HSVM及力学性能测试。结果表明，随着复合变质剂含量的增加，并进行适当的热处理，高速钢中铸态碳化物趋于断网，奥氏体晶粒急剧变小，由大的枝晶变为小的等轴晶，分布趋于均匀，且高速钢的强度和韧性明显提高。当复合变质剂的加入量为1．0％时，高速钢的组织及力学性能较好。     

氯化钠对铝硅矿物浮选的影响及其作用机理

采用季铵盐DTAL作捕收剂,研究了氯化钠对一水硬铝石和叶蜡石浮选的影响及其作用机理.随着氯化钠浓度的增加,叶蜡石的浮选回收率显著提高,而一水硬铝石的可浮性受其影响很小.机理研究表明:氯化钠对一水硬铝石的zeta-电位没有影响,而能显著降低叶蜡石的zeta-电位,增强捕收剂与叶腊石的静电作用,促进捕收剂的吸附而活化其浮选;叶蜡石表面电位的降低是因为氯离子对叶蜡石存在选择性吸附作用并对其结构进行插层,使得叶蜡石的层间距从0.93 nm增大至1.40 nm.溶液化学计算表明:氯化钠改变溶液的离子强度,显著降低了季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度,使得吸附了捕收剂的矿物表面更容易疏水上浮.

离心铸造大口径球铁管用复合功能型脱硫剂的研制

为使硫量波动的高炉铁液能适应大型离心铸造球铁铸管生产,研制了一种成本较低廉、添加操作简单的复合功能型脱硫剂。其主要组分包括强脱[S]去[O]材料钝化镁粒、碳化钙,增加石墨核心元素Zn和膨胀集渣材料珍珠岩,以及能抑制反球化作用和净化铁液的材料等。采用冲入法进行球化处理,这种脱硫剂覆盖在球化剂和孕育剂上,使用方法简单,效果良好。     

多元合金铁基堆焊层的回火稳定性

对多元合金铁基堆焊层的焊态试样进行不同条件下的回火后处理，研究了该堆焊层的回火稳定性。结果表明，多元合金铁基堆焊层经560℃保温4h回火后，堆焊层硬度达HRC57；经700℃←→17℃急冷急热重复循环150次后，堆焊层硬度达HRC43，具有较高的回火稳定性及“二次硬化”现象。     

Flow of gas-liquid-solid system and its application in packed flotation column

A packed flotation column, which is packed with multiple board ripple packings, was described. Based on comprehensive steady state models, chemical reactor developed previously in chemical engineering subjects, have been extended to packed flotation column for mineral separation. The experimental results verify that tarts in series model is better than axially-dispersed plug flow model to describe flow pattern in the collection zone of column by RTD (residence time distribution), and the error of experimental data and calculated data of both models are 0. 07 % - 0. 1% and 0. 18 % - 0.45 % respectively. And, RTD of gas phase was also considered, results also show that gas in the whole column appears plug flow. The cleaning process through adding wash water in froth zone of column was described, and the effect of superficial air vdodty and superficial wash water vdocity on the cleaning action of froth zone were discussed. Flotation experiment for single column was conducted for phosphate ores. The recovery for P2Os was 85.8%, and the grade was 26.8%.
