Type of atomization (centrifugal wheel and spray nozzle) and processing temperatures (2 different sets of inlet and exit temperatures) of spray drying were investigated for their influence on the physical properties and oxidative stability of encapsulated orange oil in a modified starch matrix. The former determined particle size and surface oil, whereas the latter affected density (both absolute and bulk) and moisture content. Total oil retention did not depend on either parameter. Processing temperatures had an effect on shelf life as they influenced parameters that determine oxygen porosity of the matrix. 相似文献

论文以双酚A、对氯硝基苯、无水碳酸钾为基本原料 ,在冠醚作为相转移催化剂的作用下缩合得到了 2 ,2 双 [4 硝基苯氧基 )苯基 ]丙烷 (BNPOPP) ,收率达到 98%以上。在此基础上 ,利用活性炭、六水氯化铁、水合肼进一步还原得到 2 ,2 双 [4 (4 氨基苯氧基 )苯基 ]丙烷 (BAPOPP)单体 ,精制提纯得到白色晶体 ,熔点为 12 6℃~ 12 8℃ ,纯度为 99 8%(HPLC)。另外 ,对BAPOPP单体也做了聚合试验 ,得到了特性粘度较高的均苯型聚酰胺酸 (BAPOPP/PMDA PPA) ,并进一步热亚胺化得到新型聚酰亚胺 (BAPOPP/PMDA PI)。 相似文献

The color-forming potential of carbonyl compounds from liquid smoke solutions with selected amino acids was determined with a colori-metric procedure used in industry and compared with a color analysis on filter oaoer discs. The two methods provided different evaluations of formed colors. Of the carbonyls tested, glycolaldehyde, methyl-glyoxal and glyoxal showed significant browning potential, while formaldehyde and hydroxyacetone showed very little color formation. Measurement of browning potential of amino acids varied between the procedures. The disc assay procedure enabled better characterization of smoke colors produced. 相似文献

以三聚氯氰和苯基次膦酸二叔丁酯为原料,合成新型阻燃剂三嗪三苯基次膦酸叔丁酯2,4,6-三(O-叔丁基–苯基次膦酰基)-1,3,5-三嗪化合物。讨论了反应时间、反应温度、原料配比等对合成反应的影响。其最佳反应条件为:三聚氯氰与苯基次膦酸二叔丁酯的物质的量之比为1∶3.4,分两次滴加苯基次膦酸二叔丁酯,在100℃反应5 h,收率为90.6%。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振、差热分析及极限氧指数等表征了产品的结构及阻燃应用性能。研究表明,该化合物对PE阻燃效能高,相容性好,且与MCA,MPP复配有很好的协同阻燃效果。 相似文献

Preparation,structure characterization,and thermal performance of phenyl‐modified MQ silicone resins
Methyl‐ and phenyl‐modified MQ resins have been prepared by cohydrolysis and condensation‐polymerization of the prepolymer of sodium silicate with SiO2/Na2O = 3.33 using the ethanol solution of hexamethyldisiloxane (MM), 1,1,3,3‐tetramethyl‐1,3‐divinyldisiloxane (TMDVS), methyldiphenylethoxysilane (MDPES), dimethylphenylethoxysilane (DMPES), or their dimers. The influence of different end‐capping agents on the composition and properties of the MQ resins has been investigated. Thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry results indicate that when the MQ resins are end capped with DMPES instead of MDPES, the resins were more easily purified and almost no high boiling point residuals were found in the phenyl MQ resins. The refractive indexes of the MQ resins were significantly affected by the phenyl group and their values could be adjusted by changing the amount of DMPES. The structures of the resins were characterized by 1H‐NMR and FT–IR spectroscopy. The M/Q ratios in the prepared MQ resins were calculated from the 1H‐NMR spectra or from elemental analysis or both. The M/Q values obtained agreed well with the changes of appearance and thermal stabilities of the MQ resins. The thermal stabilities of the MQ resins were greatly enhanced when DMPES was used. Phenyl‐modified MQ resins were in the form of white powders due to the rigidity of the phenyl group while methyl MQ resins exhibited a range of appearances, from transparent liquids to white powders, with the reduction of M/Q values.
