喷墨打印相纸随着数码相机的发展近几年在国内发展迅速。针对目前产品质量没有测量标准的现状,提出喷墨相纸的质量指标主要为4个,即白度、光泽度、油墨吸收性和防水性。给出了相应的测量方法。并指出相纸上油墨点的面积是衡量质量的第一重要指标,其次是点的圆度。另外对图像输出的质量介绍了一种科学的评价方法,即图像的逼真性分析。说明图像的打印墨点直径不应小于方形像素的对角线长,图像才能真实再现。     

Note on ‘Construction of Double Sampling s‐Control Charts for Agile Manufacturing’

He and Grigoryan (Quality and Reliability Engineering International 2002; 18 :343–355) formulated the design of a double‐sampling (DS) s control chart as an optimization problem and solved it with a genetic algorithm. They concluded that the DS s control charts can be a more economically preferable alternative in detecting small shifts than traditional s control charts. 介绍了现代电子产品焊接质量的检测技术,以及用于检查焊点质量和组装板(SMA)功能的测试仪器的工作原理及测试能力.目前常见和广泛使用的焊接质量检测方法是人工目测检查,其主要问题是其主观性,只能用来检测电子元件的形状、尺寸、颜色、表面特征及焊点的外观质量;自动光学检测(AOI)可以在整个过程中发现和纠正缺陷,但只是外在的焊点缺陷;激光/红外线组合式检测系统、X射线检测系统可以分析焊点微米级水平的缺陷,能找出其他检测所不能可靠地发现的缺陷,包括空洞、焊点形状差和冷焊锡点等;另外,X射线检测系统能一次测试单面或双面电路,准确地定位缺陷,获取工艺参数,例如锡膏厚度等.     

Threshold and growth mechanism of fatigue cracks under mode II and III loadings

ABSTRACT The fatigue crack growth behaviour of 0.47% carbon steel was studied under mode II and III loadings. Mode II fatigue crack growth tests were carried out using specially designed double cantilever (DC) type specimens in order to measure the mode II threshold stress intensity factor range, ΔK_IIth. The relationship ΔK_IIth > ΔK_Ith caused crack branching from mode II to I after a crack reached the mode II threshold. Torsion fatigue tests on circumferentially cracked specimens were carried out to study the mechanisms of both mode III crack growth and of the formation of the factory‐roof crack surface morphology. A change in microstructure occurred at a crack tip during crack growth in both mode II and mode III shear cracks. It is presumed that the crack growth mechanisms in mode II and in mode III are essentially the same. Detailed fractographic investigation showed that factory‐roofs were formed by crack branching into mode I. Crack branching started from small semi‐elliptical cracks nucleated by shear at the tip of the original circumferential crack.

Configurational and nonconfigurational interactions between odorants in binary mixtures.

Studies on odor mixture perception suggest that although odor components can often be identified in mixtures, mixtures can also give rise to novel perceptual qualities that are not present in the components. Using an olfactory habituation task, the authors evaluated how the perceptual similarity between components in a mixture affects the perceptual quality of the mixture itself. Rats perceived binary mixtures composed of similar components as different from their 2 components, whereas binary mixtures composed of dissimilar components were perceived as very similar to their components. Results show that for both types of mixtures, pretraining to Component A reduces subsequent learning about Component B in rats trained in the presence of A.
