浅析聚乙烯醇缩丁醛的低温流动性

瓷用花纸行业就PUB低温流动性提出更高要求。对此，就影响PUB低温流动性因素进行了分析探讨。     

阻燃硅橡胶的研制

通过测定硅橡胶试片的离火熄灭时间及燃烧速率来判定热硫化硅橡胶的阻燃性。结果表明，氢氧化铝对热硫化硅橡胶具有良好的阻燃效果；随着氢氧化铝用量的增加，硅橡胶的物理机械性能下降。通过对氢氧化铝进行表面处理，并与氯铂酸等阻燃剂配合，可制得符合美国UL-94V-0阻燃标准的硅橡胶制品。在本实验条件下的最佳配比为：100份混炼硅橡胶，45份氢氧化铝，50份氯铂酸(以铂质量计／10^-6)，2份乙炔炭黑及铁锡复合氧化物，制品拉伸强度大于5MPa。     

Conductive Papers Containing Metallized Polyester Fibers for Electromagnetic Interference Shielding

Conductive papers were developed for preventing or reducing electromagnetic interference (EMI), and their shielding efficiency was evaluated. This type of conductive paper consists of wood pulp, synthetic pulp and metallized polyester fibers (0.5–2.0 mm long and 14 m in diameter) whose surfaces are coated with nickel alone (Ni-PET) or copper and nickel double layers (Ni-Cu-PET) by electroless plating. In this report, the effect of the characteristics of these metallized fibers, such as their conductivity, geometry and the concentration of fibers in paper, which lead to high efficiency for shielding effectiveness is discussed. For instance, one of the conductive papers (80 g/m2) which was prepared by mixing 40% Ni-Cu-PET and 60% synthetic polyethylene pulp showed over 40 dB shielding effectiveness between 10 MHz and 1 GHz.     

飞行器电磁窗耐雨蚀复合涂层的制备

研制了电磁窗用耐雨蚀底漆和耐雨蚀面漆，介绍了该配套涂料体系的制备工艺，并列举了其性能指标。讨论了耐雨蚀面漆中聚酯树脂、多元醇和颜料对其性能的影响，施工工艺对耐雨蚀涂层与底涂层之间配套性能的影响。     

纳米材料在涂料中的应用

简述了纳米微粒的基本性质，介绍了几种典型的功能纳米材料在涂料中的应用．并探究其对涂料的改性原理．对应用中存在的问题进行了剖析。     

淋球菌培养基、氧化酶试纸及奈瑟氏菌快速糖试验试剂盒的检定和应用

应用新研制的淋球菌培养基（WGC）与意大利GC（IGC）和MTM培养基对照进行淋球菌生长试验，其敏感性基本一致。用已知菌株对氧化酶试纸和奈瑟氏菌快速糖试验试剂盒进行检定，亦呈现正确反应。应用WGC与IGC培养基培养9o3例临床标本，培养物经革兰氏染色和氧化酶试纸作初步检定，IGC卜淋球菌阳性402例，WGC上同时田位400例，两者符合率为99．5％，WGC上400例中，有366例用快速糖试验作证实试验，确诊为淋球菌者有364例，两者符合率为99．45％。     

太空反射绝热涂料的研制

太空反射绝热涂料的创新点在于借鉴了国外航天工业用高科技绝热瓷层的技术思路．利用国产原材料研制开发具有自主知识产权的薄层隔热保温新材料。     

Application of enzymatically gelled chitosan solutions to water‐resistant adhesives

An investigation was undertaken on the application of dilute chitosan solutions gelled by tyrosinase‐catalyzed reaction with 3,4‐dihydroxyphenethylamine (dopamine). The tyrosinase‐catalyzed reaction with dopamine conferred water‐resistant adhesive properties to the semidilute chitosan solutions. The viscosity of the chitosan solutions increased highly by the tyrosinase‐catalyzed reaction and the subsequent reactions between o‐quinone compounds and chitosan. These highly viscous, gel‐like modified chitosan materials were allowed to spread onto the surfaces of the glass slides, which were tightly lapped together and held them in water. Tensile shear adhesive strength of over 400 kPa was observed for the modified chitosan samples. The increase in the amino group concentration of the chitosan solutions and the molecular mass of the chitosan used effectively led to the increase in adhesive strength of the glass slides. In addition, in the case where the chitosan solution was gelled by the enzymatic reaction with dopamine in the presence of poly(ethylene glycol), adhesive strength sharply increased at shorter reaction times concomitantly with the increase in the viscosity of the chitosan solutions because the tyrosinase activity effectively was retained by poly(ethylene glycol). © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 耐磨抗冲击氧化铝陶瓷异型件的研制

主要研究了高铝快速磨罐、弧形衬板、球磨机磨口、研钵等异型件的配方及注浆成型工艺。试验配制了高铝泥浆用复合稀释荆及复合添加剂，使制品的显微结构均匀，密度得到了显著提高。     

耐热性橡胶配合技巧(上)

介绍了耐热橡胶的等级划分，各种橡胶的使用温度和性能特点，及13种橡胶（天然橡胶、聚氨酯橡胶、丁苯橡胶、顺丁橡胶、氯丁橡胶、丁腈橡胶、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶、氯醚橡胶、丁基橡胶、乙丙橡胶、丙烯酸酯橡胶、氟橡胶、硅橡胶）的78个耐热配方实例，并对配方做了简要说明。所述配方可基本满足橡胶材料从A～I级9个耐热等级的不同要求。
