在液体火箭发动机原理的基础上,建立了超音速火焰喷涂燃气成分与温度的计算方法,对KY-HVO(A)F多功能超音速火焰喷涂系统进行了计算,得到了不同混合分数下燃气成分与温度的变化规律。在此基础上进行了喷枪内外燃气流场分析,结果表明,燃气温度分布、速度分布与实际焰流有较好的一致性。在喷枪出口处,HVOF与HVAF两种状态下燃气都得到了超音速,不同的参数比可以调节焰流温度与速度,实现了HVOF与HVAF之间的连续可调。 相似文献

In this work, undoped and Zn-doped copper oxide films were deposited on glass substrates at a substrate temperature of 250 ± 5°C
by using an ultrasonic spray pyrolysis technique. Electrical, optical, and structural properties of the films were investigated,
and the effect of Zn incorporation on these properties are presented. The variations of electrical conductivities and electrical
conduction mechanisms of all films were investigated in the dark and in the light. Optical properties of the produced films
were analyzed by transmission, linear absorption coefficient, and reflection spectra. The band gaps of the films were determined
by an optical method. The film structures were studied by x-ray diffraction. To obtain information about structural properties
in detail, the grain size (D), dislocation density (δ), and lattice parameters for preferential orientations were calculated. The elemental analyses were performed using energy-dispersive
x-ray spectroscopy. It was concluded that Zn has a strong effect, especially on the electrical and structural properties,
and the undoped and Zn-doped copper oxide (at 3%) films may be used as absorbing layers in solar cells due to their low resistivities

Two-dimensional-growth small molecular organic thin film with high quality is fabricated by ultrasonic spray coating technology (USC) from the toluene solution of 4,4′,4″-tris (carbazol-9-yl) triphenylamine (TCTA). In comparison to the vacuum thermal evaporation (VTE) TCTA film, the USC-TCTA film obtained from liquid-phase solution possesses more uniform surface topography. The differences between the USC-TCTA and the VTE-TCTA in optical property, electrical property and formation mechanism are also studied in detail. Besides, to evaluate the hole transport and electron blocking ability of USC-TCTA film, the organic light-emitting devices (OLEDs) employing USC-TCTA film as hole transport layer are fabricated successfully. Additionally, the green OLEDs based on USC-TCTA film perform as well as the ones with VTE-TCTA film in current density, luminance, efficiency and color stability, and show even better tolerance to high bias voltage. 相似文献

A novel wet vapor photoresist stripping technology is developed as an alternative to dry plasma ashing and wet stripping.Experiments using this technology to strip hard baked SU-8 photoresist,aurum and chromium film are carried out.Then the images of stripping results are shown and the mechanism is analyzed and discussed. In this work, PbS thin films were deposited onto glass substrate at 225 °C by spraying precursor solution prepared with different molar ratio of lead acetate and thiourea as a source of Pb2+ and S2- respectively in order to investigate the effect of Pb:S molar ratio in the precursor solution on the physical properties of PbS thin films. Structural investigations carried out by X-ray diffractometer have shown that all films have fcc cubic structure and the average crystal size increased from 11 nm to 25 nm with the increasing the thiourea ratio in the precursor solution. In order to analyze the surface morphology of PbS thin films, AFM and SEM images were taken and elemental analysis of the films was performed by EDS. Optical transmittance and absorption spectra show that all deposited films have fairly low transmittance and high absorbance in the visible region. Additionally, it was determined that optical band gap of the deposited films were varied between 1.18 eV and 1.37 eV. As a consequence of electrical investigations, it was seen that all films have p-type conductivity and electrical resistivity decreased by increasing thiourea molar ratio in the precursor solution. All examinations have revealed that the molar ratio of lead acetate and thiourea has a significant effect on the physical properties of PbS thin films. 相似文献

为了掌握喷嘴出口直径对气水喷雾降尘的影响,基于自行设计的气水喷雾降尘实验平台,对不同出口直径的空气雾化喷嘴流量、雾化特性及降尘性能进行了实测,并对实验结果作对比分析。研究结果表明:随着出口直径的增加,喷嘴耗水量几乎保持线性增长,而耗气量呈现指数增长的变化趋势;喷雾射程和雾滴体积分数均随着出口直径的增大不断增大,而雾化角先增大后减小;出口直径为2. 0 mm的喷嘴雾化质量最好,所形成的雾滴索太尔平均直径D[3,2]最小,且雾滴粒径呈现正态分布,雾滴尺寸较为集中;雾滴速度沿喷嘴轴线方向不断衰减,且喷嘴直径越大雾滴速度衰减越缓慢;随着喷嘴直径的增加,雾滴速度呈现先增大后减小的变化规律;全尘和呼吸性粉尘降尘效率随着喷嘴出口直径的增加均有所提高,但增幅较小;综合考虑喷嘴降尘性能、耗水量和耗气量等因素,在采掘作业场所进行气水喷雾降尘时,选择出口直径为2. 0~3. 0 mm的空气雾化喷嘴较为合适。 相似文献

为了研究网格模型简化形式和网格分块策略对模拟精度的影响,对喷雾造粒塔进行了多组网格划分并将数值模拟结果与实验结果进行了对比。结果表明:采用简化的网格模型得到的模拟结果无论是数值大小还是变化趋势与实验结果偏差较大;采用无简化喷嘴网格模型(喷嘴出口网格垂直映射)得到的模拟结果有所改善,而建模时考虑了射流方向和物理耗散的无简化喷嘴网格模型得到的模拟结果效果最佳。因此在网格模型简化后需要对模拟结果进行对比验证,而且不能忽视网格分块策略对模拟精度的影响。 相似文献
