输入采用标准模糊分划的模糊控制系统设计

稳定性分析和系统化设计是模糊控制理论的两个重要研究课题 .根据输入采用标准模糊分划的模糊系统的有关性质 ,本文研究了利用平行分布补偿法 (PDC)和线性矩阵不等式法 (LMI)系统化设计T_S模糊控制系统的方法 ,提出并证明了一个判定闭环Takagi_Sugeno (T_S)模糊控制系统稳定性的充分条件 .通过对非线性质量块 -弹簧 -阻尼器模糊控制系统的设计与仿真 ,验证了这些方法的有效性 .     

基于WEB模式招投标决策系统的分析与研究

介绍了目前设备采购招投标的现状与存在的问题，并分析和建立了网上招投标系统的体系结构、网络架构和功能结构。利用决策支持系统理论中的层次分析法评定中标企业，该层次分析法思想简洁、使用灵活，能够成功地应用于中标方的评定，特别是对于缺少定量数据进行定性判断的情况。在此基础上，开发出了基于WEB模式采购招投标系统，经实际应用，该招标系统与传统的招标管理相比，充分体现招投标工作的“透明”特征，发扬“公平、公开、公正”的原则。     

GigaMatrix: an ultra high-throughput tool for accessing biodiversity

Recombinant approaches for tapping into the biodiversity present in nature for the discovery of novel enzymes and biosynthetic pathways can result in large gene libraries. Likewise, laboratory evolution techniques can result in large but potentially valuable libraries. Thorough screening of these libraries requires ultra high-throughput methods. The GigaMatrix^™ screening platform addresses this opportunity using reusable high-density plates with 100,000 to 1,000,000 through-hole wells in a microplate footprint. In addition to throughputs of over 10⁷ wells per day, the platform offers a significant reduction in reagent use and waste, has fully integrated automated “cherry picking,” and uses no complicated dispensing equipment. Wells containing putative hits from targeted fluorescent liquid phase assays are revealed by a fluorescent imaging system. Vision-guided robotics are utilized to recover hits by accessing individual 200 μm and smaller wells with a disposable sterile needle. The GigaMatrix platform has proven to be an effective and efficient tool for screening gene libraries for both discovery and evolution applications.     

Particular Cases of the Calculation of the Errors (Uncertainties) of the Results of Direct Measurements with Multiple Observations

It is shown that an expression for the total error as defined in GOST 8.207-76 of the corrected results of a measurement possesses an anomaly when this error is less than one of its components, and that a similar anomaly occurs for the expanded uncertainty as defined in MI 2552-99. The error of uncorrected results of a measurement whose random component is distributed according to different laws is compared with calculations utilizing RD 50-453-84 and MI 1788-87.     

悬臂筛网振动筛在烧结成品整粒系统中的应用

莱钢烧结成品整粒系统的三次筛分和四次筛分，一直用直线振动筛。随着烧结矿产量的增加，原直线振动筛因其处理能力低、筛分效率低、运行成本高等已不能满足生产要求。悬臂筛网振动筛具有动态筛孔，且可使物料充分接触筛面，体积小、耗能低、筛粉效率高，经现场适应性改造代替了原直线振动筛。应用表明，筛分指数由8％降低到了6％，满足了生产工艺要求，年效益为1394万元。

Psychological Response to Test Results in an Ovarian Cancer Screening Program: A Prospective, Longitudinal Study.

To identify the psychological impact of receipt of an abnormal yet benign screening test result, the authors examined the response to a transvaginal ultrasound screening (TVS) test for ovarian cancer (OC) in asymptomatic women (N=540) undergoing an initial TVS screening test. Interviews were conducted prior to undergoing TVS screening and at 2 weeks and 4 months following this baseline. Women receiving an abnormal yet benign TVS test result (n=33) reported elevated OC-specific, but not general, distress at 2-week follow-up. Distress returned to baseline levels at 4-month follow-up. Consistent with the monitoring process and cognitive-social health information processing models, response to an abnormal TVS result was moderated by a monitoring coping style, low optimism, and a family history of OC. Panic and Comorbid Anxiety Symptoms in a National Anxiety Screening Sample: Implications for Clinical Interventions.

Questionnaire data from 2,033 participants in the National Anxiety Disorders Screening Day sample were used to assess the presence of panic and comorbid anxiety problems. These participants were selected from more than 15,000 attendees on the basis of never having received treatment for a psychiatric disorder and meeting screening criteria for panic disorder. With each comorbid anxiety problem (generalized anxiety disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder, social phobia, and obsessive-compulsive disorder), participants had a corresponding increase in interference in daily living as well as readiness to seek treatment. The addition of generalized anxiety or depression with panic symptoms resulted in marked increases in interference scores. Clinical treatment implications for panic disorder are discussed in terms of the effects of comorbid anxiety problems. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2010 APA, all rights reserved)
