Observation and Analysis of Gypsum Particleboard using SEM

The microstructures of gypsum board and gypsum particleboard were observed by SEM. The effects of retarder and waterproof agent on the shape and the average dimension of the gypsum crystal were discussed. The mechanism was investigated as well. Four typical instances, i e, the gypsum crystal shape, the gypsum combined with particles on the particles surface, the gypsum combined with particles on the wood cross section and the gypsum combined with particles inside the wood cell cavity were selected and observed. Furthermore, the agglomeration and cementation mechanism between gypsum and particle were studied.     

乙炔在磁稳定床中的选择性加氢研究

 制备了一种磁性Pd/Al₂O₃催化剂，采用磁稳定床考察了活性组分负载量、反应条件及CO浓度对乙炔加氢反应性能的影响。结果表明，当反应温度80℃、反应压力1.5MPa、空速9000h－1、磁场强度（H）25kA/m时，乙炔转化率为100％，乙烯选择性可达81％，具有优良的乙炔加氢活性和乙烯选择性，优于相同反应条件下的进口催化剂；250h稳定性实验结果表明，磁性Pd/Al2O3催化剂具有良好的初活性和乙烯选择性，催化剂性能稳定。     

磁性双作用投捞器

在注水井水量调配中，投、捞堵塞器所用时间占总过程的75％以上，所以提高测调效率关键问题是提高投捞效率。磁性双作用投捞器一次下井可完成投、捞两个动作，是提高测调效率主要手段。工艺特点：（1）双释放凸轮和双释放牙块；（2）打捞仓内装有永久磁块，[第一段]     

各向同性电工钢磁性不均匀性的原因

依据电工钢生产工艺的现代知识水平，可以认为当钢的硅含量范围相同，在一定的加工制度下，钢的化学成分决定了钢的牌号，化学成分和加工制度综合决定了磁性变化范围（不均匀性）。通常同一牌号的钢是按同样的制度生产的。在同一钢号内性能的不均匀性，可能是钢的化学成分少量波动引起的。炼钢的化学成分和热轧参数的不稳定使炉与炉之间性能不均匀。同一炉内性能的不均匀性，是由于板坯的化学成分不均匀和热轧参数不稳定。同一板卷的磁性的不均匀性，主要是与热轧过程中和热轧后板卷的内层和外层冷却速度不同有关。所有这些种类的磁性不均匀性，都会降低产品的质量指标。本文介绍钢带宽度上性能不均匀性原因的研究成果。     

Microstructure of Nano-Y203／Cobalt Based ,Alloy Composite Coating byLaser Cladding

Composite coatings made of nano-Y203/cobalt-based alloy and produced by crosscurrent CO2 laser on Ni-based superalloy are introduced. Cross-section or surface of the coatings was examined to reveal their microstructure using optical microscope, SEM, including EDS microanalysis, TEM and XRD. The results show that some equilibrium or non-equilibrium phases, such as γ-C0, Cr23C6, Y203 and ε-Co exist in the coatings. Fine and short dendritic microstructure andcolumnar to equiaxed transition (CET) occurred by adding nano-Y203 particles. With the increasing amount of nano-Y203(1%, mass fraction), fully equiaxed crystallization appeared. These are caused by nano-Y203 particles acting as new nucleation site and rapid solidification of the melt. The results also show that inhomogeneous dispersion of nano-Y203 resultsin the formation of ε-Co phase in the coatings. The sub-microstructure of the clad is stacking fault. The mechanism of theformation of equiaxed grains is also analyzed.     

Crystalline Behavior and Magnetic Properties of Nd60Fe30-x Al10Cox（x = 0,5,10） Bulk Amorphous Alloys

Crystalline behavior and magnetic properties of Nd60Fe30-xAl10Cox( x = 0, 5, 10) bulk amorphous alloys were investigated by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and the vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). Neither glass transition nor supercooled liquid region before crystallization was observed for the as-cast Nd60Fe30-xAl10Cox ( x = 0,5,10) bulk amorphous alloys. The glass forming ability can be improved significantly by the addition of Co. The as-cast Nd60Fe30-xAl10Cox (x = 0,5,10) alloys show hard magnetic behavior. With the addition of Co content, intrinsic coercivity (iHc) increases while the saturation magnetization(σs) and remanence (σr) decrease. The Curie temperature for the as-cast Nd60Fe30-xAl10Cox alloys increases from 451 K for x =0 to 468 K for x = 10. Some pre-cipitation of crystalline phases does not affect the hard magnetic properties of Nd60Fe30-xAl10Cox(x = 0,5,10) alloys, while the hard magnetic behavior disappears quickly after the alloys being completely crystallized.
