纳米PbTiO_3的制备及其燃烧催化性能

以醋酸铅、钛酸丁酯,冰醋酸为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出纳米钛酸铅粉体,用 X射线粉末衍射、红外、透射电镜、扫描电镜能谱和 X 射线光电子能谱对产物的组成、大小、形貌进行表征;研究了纳米钛酸铅对双基推进剂燃烧性能的影响,并进行了初步燃烧催化机理实验。结果表明,纳米 PbTiO_3为立方钙钛矿结构,平均粒径约为30nm 左右,应用在双基推进剂中对改善推进剂的燃烧性能有一定的效果。     

Luminescence and Energy Transfer Properties of Ca2 Gd8 （SiO4 ）6O2：A（ A = Pb^2＋, Tm^3＋） Phosphors

Ca2Gd8 (SiO4 )6O2: A (A = Pb^2 , Tm^3 ) phosphors were prepared through the sol-gel process. X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy( SEM )and photoluminescence spectra were used to characterize the resulting phosphors. The results of XRD indicate that the phosphors crystallized completely at 1000℃. SEM study reveals that the average grain size is 300～1000 nm. In Ca2Gd8 (SiO4)6O2: Tm^3 phosphors, the Tm^3 shows its characteristic blue emission at 456 nm(^1D2-^3F4 )upon excitation into its ^3H6—^1D2 (361 nm), with an optimum doping concentration of 1mol% of Gd^3 in the host lattices. In Ca2Gd8 (SiO4 )6O2: pb^2 , Tm^3 phosphors, excitation into the Pb^2 at 266 nm(^1Oo—^3P1)yields the emissions of Gd^3 at 311 nm(6p—^8S)and Tm^3 at 367 nm (^1D2-^3H6)and 456 nm (^1D2-^3F4 ), indicating that energy transfer processes of Pb^2 -Gd^3 and Pb^2 -Tm^3 have occurred in the host lattices.     

氢化物原子荧光法与火焰原子吸收法测定土壤中铅比较

通过对火焰原子吸收法及氢化物原子荧光法测定土壤中铅这两种方法进行比较，试验认为应用氢化物原子荧光法测定土壤中铅含量更微量，火焰原子吸收法简单易操作，两种方法都是目前较好的方法。     

水生植物对铜、铅、锌等重金属元素富集作用的评价研究

对调查区域内土壤及植物中的Cu、Pb、Zn等重金属元素进行了测定。并分别进行了评价,所调查的土壤都受到了不同程度的重金属污染,土壤中Cu、Pb、Zn等重金属污染物的含量与人类活动密切相关,人类活动是重金属污染的主要来源．不同植物对重金属的富集有一定的选择性,植物对重金属的富集作用与土壤背景值有一定的相关性。土壤中重金属的背景值越高。植物对重金属的富集量就越高。     

Recovery of indium and lead from lead bullion

Lead and indium were recovered by electrolysis and nonequilibrium solvent extraction process from lead bullion.The effects of current density,electrolytic period and circle amnant of electrolyte on the electrochemical dissolution of lead and indium were investigated.The effects of extraction phase ratio and mixing time on solvent extraction of indium and striping phase ratio and stripping stage on the loaded organic phase stripping were also investigated.The experimental results indicate that under optimum conditions,the purity of lead deposited on cathode is 98.5% and the deposit rate of lead is 99.9%,the dissolution rate of indium is 94.28%,the extraction rate of indium is 98.69%,the stripping rate of indium is almost 100%,and the impurity elements,such as Zn,Fe and Sn can be removed.     

A preliminary study on total removal efficiency of organic pollutants in sewage by Harbin municipal sewage treatment plant

To evaluate the removal efficiency of organic pollutants in the sewage by Harbin municipal sewage treatment plant,the influent and effluent samples from the plant were pretreated by liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) under conditions of acidity,neutrality and alkalescence in sequence,and then were analyzed by gas chromatograph-mass spectrum (GC-MS) procedures.Results indicate that there are 70 species of organic pollutants in the influent sample of the plant,which mainly consist of alkyls,benzene series,esters,and heterocyclic compounds.Some of these organic pollutants are biotoxic and belong to persistent organic pollutants (POPs).Four species among them are on the list of Prior Pollutants of Environmental Protection Agency of USA (USEPA).However,7 species of organic pollutants appearing in the effluent sample mainly include alkyls of multi-carbons and phthalate esters.The removal efficiency of phthalates is poor because of their poor biodegradability.The sewage treatment technique is effective in removing most of organics pollutants.     

再生胶废水的处理工艺试验研究

对再生胶废水的处理工艺进行了实验室小试研究，通过比较吸附剂、混凝剂和氧化剂的净化性能，最终确定最佳处理工艺为煤渣处理工艺．把该工艺流程应用于工业试验，取得了预期的效果，其处理出水CODcr浓度最低为49．9mg／L，CODcr去除率最高为99．33％，已可达到国家污水排放一级标准．     

铅价或将面临方向性选择

因对全球经济的担忧情绪加重,8月初伦敦三个月铅价大幅下跌至5月份的低点2300美元／吨以下,之后反弹,使秋季行情变得扑朔迷离。LME新加坡库存在夏季基本稳定之后冲高回落。废铅价格仍然高企,使废铅回收商的利润空间被不断压缩。铅需求旺盛,现货市场上没有多余的铅可供销售,市场上出现了铅将长期供不应求的声音。
