为更好地进行大规模堤坡修剪草皮的机械化作业,结合黄河大堤的特点和工作实际,在现行割草机的基础上．进行了研发改进,设计制作了适合堤坡纵向行走作业、高效率、低成本的电动自行式割草机。在介绍机械设计过程的同时,对设备经济效益、使用情况和推广价值进行了分析。     

A methodology for energy-efficient renovation of existing residential buildings in China and case study

Energy-efficient renovation had been accepted widely as the best solution for aging residential buildings. In order to guide such real projects in China and maximize the benefits in energy, environmental and economic fields from these activities, this article developed a methodology to assist decision-makers to design energy-efficient renovation plan in the early stage of design phase, and used a case study to demonstrate how to apply it. Following it, a suitable energy-efficient renovation plan, integrating all effective and available energy-saving measures, could be put forward for the subject building, and its effects on reduction of energy consumption, CO₂ emission and cost be evaluated accurately. The results showed that from the viewpoint of reducing energy consumption and CO₂ emission, energy-efficient renovation was worth being implemented to upgrade the existing residential buildings in China, but from the economic view, governments should provide certain subsidy for such real projects and increase electricity price.

人工橡胶林的蜕变 ——西双版纳三达山热带雨林生态修复规划

Tropical rainforest, a unique forest ecosystem with the richest biodiversity on the earth, is now suffering from rapid biodiversity loss and ecological degradation. Xishuangbanna is such a typical example in China, where the ecosystem of Sanda Mountain is fragmented by agricultural practices and rubber plantation, and the vegetation productivity decreases sharply, threatening its role in the regional ecological security pattern. For an overall ecological improvement of the study area, since 2017, the project team has examined the existing habitat conditions in Sanda Mountain and proposed a thirty-year planning scheme for the ecological restoration by introducing constructive and pioneer plant species, employing a mixedspecies planting mode, and facilitating the natural regeneration of vegetation community to recover natural succession through ecological restoration planning at patch-, corridor-, and regionalscales. The team simulated the changes in carbon storage, habitat quality, and ecosystem service value before and after planning via the InVEST model to guide the dynamic adjustment of the tropical rainforest restoration. This exploratory ecological restoration planning for such a largescale tropical rainforest may provide research and practical references for other studies in China and abroad.

企业内部经济责任制在油田实施了很多年,在提高企业管理水平、调动企业生产经营积极性上,起到了很大作用。传统的经济责任制财务指标和目前的经济责任制考核在考核的方式、角度和兑现方式上不同。要加强效益指标考核,建设不设原油产量硬性指标任务;不分预算外调整因素,实现完全的利润考核;不分增量存量利润,实现投资成本一体化利润的绝对考核。

云环境下科学工作流的调度算法

提出一种云环境下科学工作流的调度算法.针对已有的调度算法和松弛时间资源分配策略均未考虑“或”控制结构的不足，给出了关键活动优先级（Critical Activity Priority，CAP）的概念；定义了活动的服务效益比（Service Benefit Ratio，SBR）；提出了活动松弛时间分配策略；并从流程定义和实例运行两个层次，给出了活动截止期限的分配算法.该项研究成果为解决科学工作流调度过程中的时间-成本优化问题提供了更合适的解决方案.
