山阴县泥河水厂工程高压区供水管水锤分析研究

针对供水工程高压区输水管道距离长、口径大、管道沿线地形起伏变化复杂,一旦发生停泵水锤现象,对输水管道乃至送水泵房破坏影响很大的问题,对泥河水厂高压区长距离大口径输水管道的水锤形成原因、危害及防护措施进行了分析和研究,以期提高供水系统的安全性。

长春是东北一座老工业城市,而当时的长春第一汽车制造厂则是典型代表。对于见证一汽建设、成长和发展的职工生活区应该积极地予以保护及利用。本文通过介绍一汽职工生活区的历史沿革,对其空间特征进行分析,提出保护原则及街区保护性规划建议。     

Contamination by heavy metals in silver fish (Rastreneobola argentea) caught from Lakes Kyoga and Victoria,Uganda

Little information exists on heavy metal contamination in silver fish (Rastreneobola argentea) caught from Lake Victoria. A large number of Ugandans consume the species. Sun‐dried silver fish were collected from 10 landing sites on Lake Victoria, and from five control sites along Lake Kyoga. The finely ground fish was digested with analytical reagent grade nitric acid. Analyses were performed by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The specimens were found to contain significantly higher levels (p ≤ 0.05) of zinc, Zn (86.1%), copper, Cu (99.1%), cadmium, Cd (99.3%) and lead, Pb (94.6%) compared with those from the control sites. The fish contamination was attributed to discharge into Lake Victoria of untreated industrial and anthropogenic effluent. Although mean Zn, Cu and Pb concentrations were still below, those of Cd were higher than the maximum permissible levels recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO). Overconsumption of the silver fish could pose Cd‐related health risks.     

A case study in early urban design: Toronto, 1966–1978

ABSTRACT

This is a study in the practice of postwar urban design in Toronto, Canada, based on archival documents and interviews with participants. The narrative begins with the hiring of one British-trained architect/urban designer, Raymond Spaxman, by the City of Toronto Planning Board in 1966. Spaxman then set up a new division of staff that he filled with five or six other architect/urban designers of various national and institutional origins. The study describes the work carried out by these urban designers, identifies the principle themes apparent in it, and relates this to published literature on the founding principles of postwar urban design. In most ways, the study's findings fit the current understanding of the early discipline – concern for pedestrians, sympathy for historical preservation – but in others not – it was different from but not antagonistic towards planning. The findings are then considered as an example of the international transfer of postwar planning ideas. The process of idea transfer in this case looks to have been more chaotic, and less definable, than existing paradigms suggest, but this might have been fairly common in second-rank, immigrant-receiving cities.     

高分子乳液型养护剂的研制及应用

通过优化养护剂组分,研制出有效保水率高、在新鲜混凝土面成膜快的高分子乳液型养护剂,室内对比研究了三种养护方式（标准养护、自然养护和养护剂养护）对混凝土强度、耐久性和塑性收缩、开裂的影响,并采用该养护剂在干旱风沙地区进行了工程应用。结果表明,与标准养护相比,养护剂养护下混凝土7d 前强度不降低,56d强度仅降低约5%,90d 自然碳化深度为0,氯离子渗透性略有增加;成膜养护剂能有效降低混凝土塑性收缩和开裂程度,用于干旱风沙地区混凝土养护具有明显的技术经济性能优势。     

中、美在后锚固抗震技术方面的对比分析

着重对比中、美两国在使用后锚固技术固定结构构件或非结构构件过程中的异同,特别是需要考虑抗震设防要求,即地震力作用下,后锚固产品应用中需要注意的问题.文章通过深入对比中、美两国的规范,旨在明确抗震适用、开裂混凝土适用等概念,剖析两国规范的异同背后的原因,有利于工程设计人员更好地选用合适产品,提高后锚固应用中的抗震安全度.

该文以武汉市东湖国家湿地公园为研究对象,通过对东湖国家湿地公园的现状调查,结合湿地公园景观营建相关资料,分析了东湖国家湿地公园与武汉市及东湖风景区的关系,阐述了东湖国家湿地公园中景观构成要素的营建方式。在此基础上,归纳了城市湖泊型湿地公园的特性,并分别从植被、湖岸带、水环境及人工设施等方面分析探讨城市湖泊型湿地公园景观营建方法。通过对东湖国家湿地公园的景观营建分析及城市湖泊型湿地公园景观营建方法的探索,为完善东湖湿地公园建设及城市湖泊型湿地公园景观营建提供指导策略及参考。     

低压配电设计中几个值得探讨的问题

结合IEC标准．对GB50054—2011《低压配电设计规范》中理解和执行争议较大的第3．1．3条、第3．2．14条和第6．4．3条进行分析。以应用最广泛的TN系统为例,讨论电气隔离的相关要求：以规范条文为线索。探求其中的电气原理;介绍IEC标准中电气防火的要求和进展。
