在深入分析无源EMI滤波器工作原理的基础上,提出了一种低灵敏度的EMI滤波器的设计方法,通过控制网络输入端口反射系数的模值,采用遗传算法设计了一个五阶低通滤波器,并与Chebyshev原型滤波器进行比较.仿真实验表明所设计的滤波器具有随负载变化灵敏度小的优点,证明了该方法的有效性. 相似文献

An affinity adsorbent, Cibacron Blue 3GA immobilized magnetic polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) microspheres was used for bilirubin removal taking the advantage of easy separation of magnetic sorbent from the biosystem.Fe3 O4 superparamagnetic particles was synthesized with hydrothermal reaction of ferrous chloride (FeC12) and ferric chloride (FeCl3). Such magnetic particles are then encapsulated in biocompatible PVA to form magnetic polymer microspheres sized from 2 to 15 nm with hydroxyl groups on its surface. Cibacron Blue 3GA, a dye-ligand, was covalently coupled with the polyvinyl alcohol through the nucleophilic reaction between the chloride of its triazine ring and the hydroxyl groups of PVA molecules under alkaline condition. The affinity adsorbent carried 21.1μmol Cibacron Blue 3GA per gram magnetic polymer microspheres was used to remove unconjugated and conjugated bilirubin from the solution which was composed of bilirubin or bilirubin and protein. After the adsorption, the adsorbent loaded with bilirubin was removed easily in the magnetic field. 相似文献

工艺系统中需要加入新物流、现存的换热网络结构需要改动、换热网络有较大的能量回收潜力,这些都是换热网络需要进行改造的原因.本文基于非等温混合分级超结构,建立了换热网络优化改造的MINLP数学模型,同时考虑了改造后的公用工程费用、新增换热器的费用、原有换热器新增面积的费用、新增动力设备的费用.将用于换热网络综合的分级超结构模型进行了简要的改进,增加了一些和现存设备相关的限制条件和二元变量.通过对现存换热网络进行分析,充分的利用原有的换热设备和换热网络结构,基于GA/SA算法求解可 得到优化改造的换热网络结构.实际算例的计算结果和文献结果对比表明,本文得到的改造方案用较少的投 资,实现了较多的公用工程节省,新增设备费用的静态投资回收期为0.53年,为换热网络改造提供了好的可行方案. 相似文献

根据风电预测精度随时间尺度的减小逐级提高的固有特性,建立了多时间尺度多目标协调调度的滚动优化模型。依据风电并网标准与分布式电池储能系统(distributed battery energy storage system, DBESS)能快速修正风电波动的低频分量,以系统经济性最优和弃风电量最小为目标函数建立优化模型,采用加入4个风电场(wind farm, WF)和2个电池储能系统(battery energy storage systems, BESSs)的IEEE-39节点标准系统进行算例分析,遗传算法(genetic algorithm, GA)对目标函数进行迭代求解。结果证明,本研究提出的基于DBESS的风储有功滚动优化调度模型,可以有效降低系统运行经济性以及提高电网对风电的接纳能力。 相似文献

In order to obtain accurate probability integration method(PIM) parameters for surface movement of multi-panel mining, a genetic algorithm(GA) was used to optimize the parameters. As the measured surface movement is affected by more than one mining panel, traditional PIM parameter inversion model is difficult to ensure the reliability of the results due to the complexity of rock movement. With crossover,mutation and selection operators, GA can perform a global optimization search and has high computation efficiency. Compared with the pattern search algorithm, the fitness function can avoid falling into local minima traps. GA reduces the risk of local minima traps which improves the accuracy and reliability with the mutation mechanism. Application at Xuehu colliery shows that GA can be used to inverse the PIM parameters for multi-panel surface movement observation, and reliable results can be obtained. The research provides a new way for back-analysis of PIM parameters for mining subsidence under complex conditions. 相似文献

Lysozyme adsorption onto dye‐attached nonporous monosize poly(2‐hydroxyethyl‐methacrylate‐methylmethacrylate) [poly(HEMA‐MMA)] microspheres was investigated. Poly(HEMA‐MMA) microspheres were prepared by dispersion polymerization. The monochloro‐triazine dye, Cibacron Blue F3GA, was immobilized covalently as dye–ligand. These dye‐affinity microspheres were used in the lysozyme adsorption–desorption studies. The effect of initial concentration of lysozyme and medium pH on the adsorption efficiency of dye‐attached and metal‐chelated microspheres were studied in a batch reactor. Effect of Cu(II) chelation on lysozyme adsorption was also studied. The nonspecific adsorption of lysozyme on the poly(HEMA‐MMA) microspheres was 3.6 mg/g. Cibacron Blue F3GA attachment significantly increased the lysozyme adsorption up to 247.8 mg/g. Lysozyme adsorption capacity of the Cu(II) incorporated microspheres (318.9 mg/g) was greater than that of the Cibacron Blue F3GA‐attached microspheres. Significant amount of the adsorbed lysozyme (up to 97%) was desorbed in 1 h in the desorption medium containing 1.0M NaSCN at pH 8.0 and 25 mM EDTA at pH 4.9. In order to examine the effects of separation conditions on possible conformational changes of lysozyme structure, fluorescence spectrophotometry was employed. We conclude that dye‐ and metal‐chelate affinity chromatography with poly(HEMA‐MMA) microspheres can be applied for lysozyme separation without causing any significant changes and denaturation. Repeated adsorption/desorption processes showed that these novel dye‐attached monosize microspheres are suitable for lysozyme adsorption. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. This article presents an artificial intelligence‐based process modeling and optimization strategies, namely support vector regression–genetic algorithm (SVR‐GA) for modeling and optimization of catalytic industrial ethylene oxide (EO) reactor. In the SVR‐GA approach, an SVR model is constructed for correlating process data comprising values of operating and performance variables. Next, model inputs describing process operating variables are optimized using Genetic Algorithm (GAs) with a view to maximize the process performance. The GA possesses certain unique advantages over the commonly used gradient‐based deterministic optimization algorithms The SVR‐GA is a new strategy for chemical process modeling and optimization. The major advantage of the strategies is that modeling and optimization can be conducted exclusively from the historic process data wherein the detailed knowledge of process phenomenology (reaction mechanism, kinetics, etc.) is not required. Using SVR‐GA strategy, a number of sets of optimized operating conditions leading to maximized EO production and catalyst selectivity were obtained.
