The question of organizational forensic policy

The objectives of an organization in combination with the formal policy together underpin the strategic direction that any organization will take. We all know that security begins with policy – in other words the rules of play. If policy is sound then the appropriate security measures can be implemented to protect the activities required to achieve the stated objectives as well as maintain the information assurance requirements – availability, integrity, authentication, confidentiality and non-repudiation.     

Pattern codification strategies in structured light systems

Coded structured light is considered one of the most reliable techniques for recovering the surface of objects. This technique is based on projecting a light pattern and viewing the illuminated scene from one or more points of view. Since the pattern is coded, correspondences between image points and points of the projected pattern can be easily found. The decoded points can be triangulated and 3D information is obtained. We present an overview of the existing techniques, as well as a new and definitive classification of patterns for structured light sensors. We have implemented a set of representative techniques in this field and present some comparative results. The advantages and constraints of the different patterns are also discussed.     

3D television: Developing a multi‐modal multi‐viewer TV system of the future

Abstract— Under the European Union funded Advanced Three‐dimensional Television System Technologies (ATTEST) project, De Montfort University (DMU) is developing a 3D display system targeted specifically at domestic television applications. This system uses a modified transmissive LCD panel together with novel backlighting and optics to project multiple viewing regions, or exit pupils, into the viewing space. These exit pupils are located in space using a head tracker. The display accommodates multiple viewers simultaneously and imposes no physical constraints, such as special eyewear. Viewers may move freely over a “typical” room‐sized area. The design of the backlighting facilitates many other display regimes beyond the “standard” 3DTV mode in which each viewer sees the same image pair.     

Kinematic calibration for a hybrid 5DOF manipulator based on 3-RPS in-actuated parallel manipulator

The measurement method is a decisive step for any calibration method. This paper studies the practical performance of a 5DOF manipulator based on a 3-RPS parallel mechanism. By comparing the controlling data that resides in parallel part and serial part at different orientations, a calibration method has been put forward and proved to be applicable. The precision of the calibrated model mainly depends on the number of measurements carried out. The distribution of measurement points also affects the precision and the measurement number could be significantly reduced if uniform distribution were ensured.     

3G网络基站电磁环境影响分析

通过资料收集、理论预测、数据监测与分析,讨论了辽宁某市3G网络基站中典型基站的电磁环境。结果表明,理论预测与实际监测结果差距不大,各典型基站的电磁辐射功率密度均低于国家标准限值8μW/cm2,对该地区的电磁环境影响不大。对保护环境提出了相应的对策措施.     

基于3S不可移动文物管理系统的实现

提出对文物保护单位传统管理方式进行革新,将数据库技术、计算机网络技术、3S技术(地理信息系 统、遥感和全球定位系统)融为一体,基于GIS平台建立统一的内蒙古自治区不可移动文物信息管理系统,实现了自 治区文物数据完全共享的信息化管理和网络展示模式,为政府机关、文物机构的管理保护工作提供科学依据和决策 支持。     

无刷新Web客户端组件的研究与实现

为了将显示部分回归客户端,减少传统的Web应用程序开发中与服务器端的通讯,充分利用网络两端的资源,结合C/S和B/S两种模式的优势,借鉴组件开发思想,提出利用客户端JavaScript与DOM技术生成无刷新可复用客户端组件.为开发人员提供了功能全面、简单易用的客户端组件,缩短了开发周期.     

提高品种钢质量推动精益化管理

介绍了湘钢以82B为代表的品种钢质量控制方面的作法与经验,以及以其为切入点,全面推行产品质量的精益化管理模式.     

3Cr抗CO2和H2S腐蚀系列油套管开发

CO2、H2S腐蚀是石油天然气开采过程中的主要腐蚀问题。文章在分析油井管CO2腐蚀行为和腐蚀特点的基础上，介绍了抗CO2、H2S腐蚀油套管的研制过程并开发出腐蚀性能良好的3Cr系列经济型油套管。文章重点介绍了80、95、110等不同钢级成品管的力学性能，抗CO2、H2S应力腐蚀开裂性能。运用SEM扫描电境、X光电子能谱仪、X射线衍射、体视显微镜等分析了钢经腐蚀后的表面腐蚀产物的组成、结构，并对Cr元素改善钢的抗CO2腐蚀行为及机理进行了分析。
