The external structure: Experience with an automated module interconnection language

To study the problems of modifiable software, the Software Technology project has investigated approaches and methodologies that could improve modifiability. To test our approaches tools based on data abstraction—a design and programming language and a module interconnection language—were built and used. The incorporation of the module interconnection language into design altered the traditional model of system building. Introducing novices to our approach led to the formalization of new models of program design, development, and evaluation.     

Thames Water Utilities'Emergency Response to the Bishopsgate Bomb in April 1993

ABSTRACT The paper describes Thames Water Utilities'response to the Bishopsgate bomb which exploded in the City of London in April 1993. Particular emphasis is placed on the procedures and control measures which were adopted to manage the activities associated with severe damage to water mains and sewers. The need for exceptional health and safety measures, whilst working in a potentially extremely dangerous environment, are highlighted.
Technical aspects of the repair work are discussed including the coordination with other utilities and the difficulties experienced in locating the position of underground apparatus which was subjected to bomb damage.     

公司法人人格制度否认适用探讨

修改后的《公司法》引入了“公司法人人格否认制度”，公司法人人格否认的具体适用各国的说法有很大差异。笔者认为，滥用公司法人人格会对公司、股东、社会公共利益、债权人利益造成损害，但是，公司人格否认制度不宜广泛适用，应仅适用于维护债权人利益的维护，不能动摇法人独立责任的基础，法人人格否认制度应符合规定的程序条件。

二次调配烟用香精的稳定性研究

采用溶剂萃取结合GC/MS分析了不同保存期的二次调配烟用香精的香味成分,并运用主成分分析(PCA)法和t检验法分析了香精组分的变化。结果表明:二氯甲烷萃取能最大程度地提取香精的成分,且具有较好的重复性。用PCA和t检验法处理不同保存期烟用香精的GC/MS分析数据,可了解不同存放期香精样品整体变化特征及组分含量的显著性变化情况,为二次调配烟用香精样品的稳定性及存放期提供参考。
