台儿庄城区饮用水水源地水质放射性水平分析

为了解和掌握台儿庄城区饮用水水源地放射性水平和动态变化,本文以枣庄市生态环境局台儿庄分局提供的饮用水水源地水质放射性数据为基础,探讨了台儿庄城区饮用水水源地水质中α、β放射性质量浓度的动态变化。结果显示:水源地总α、β放射性质量浓度均低于标准限值,总α放射性质量浓度小于总β放射性质量浓度,总α、β放射性水平在水源地和季节变化中差异均不显著(P>0.05)。水源地水质总放射性水平符合我国规定的饮用水指导值。     

Performance and cost trade-off in Tracking Area reconfiguration: A Pareto-optimization approach

Tracking Area (TA) design is one of the key tasks in location management of Long Term Evolution (LTE) networks. TA enables to trace and page User Equipments (UEs). As UEs distribution and mobility patterns change over time, TA design may have to undergo revisions. For revising the TA design, the cells to be reconfigured typically have to be temporary torn down. Consequently, this will result in service interruption and “cost”. There is always a trade-off between the performance in terms of the overall signaling overhead of the network and the reconfiguration cost. In this paper, we model this trade-off as a bi-objective optimization problem to which the solutions are characterized by Pareto-optimality. Solving the problem delivers a host of potential trade-offs among which the selection can be based on the preferences of a decision maker. An integer programming model has been developed and applied to the problem. Solving the integer programming model for various cost budget levels leads to an exact scheme for Pareto-optimization. In order to deliver Pareto-optimal solutions for large networks in one single run, a Genetic Algorithm (GA) embedded with Local Search (LS) is applied. Unlike many commonly adopted approaches in multi-objective optimization, our algorithm does not consider any weighted combination of the objectives. Comprehensive numerical results are presented in this study, using large-scale realistic or real-life network scenarios. The experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.     

基于FIRA仿真足球守门员的决策设计

研究FIRA机器人足球守门员的准确性站位设计。由于守门员站位不精确,导致失败。为了提高守门员对于小球危险程度判断的准确性及其站位的精确性,提出了以球门线为公共弦长、不同半径大小的圆形区域来划分场地,提取小球、场地和守门员的综合信息,通过小球与球门线的距离、射门角度以及速度判断场地区域的危险等级,进而采取不同的防守策略。同时提出一种新的基于"角平分线—中点连线中点"站位方法,综合运用其它不同的站位法来修正守门员最佳位置,结合守门员的动作模型实现快速、准确、高效的防守。实验结果表明,证明防守策略提高了守门员防守的成功率,为足球仿真平台的设计提供了依据。

高空作业平台臂架伸缩运动的横向振动特性

为了探究高空作业平台做伸缩运动时变幅平面内的横向振动动力学特性,针对臂架的实际搭接和支承情况,将臂架等效为根部铰接、中间弹性支承且带有集中参数的变截面变长度梁. 基于牛顿第二定律建立各臂段的运动微分方程,采用模态叠加法、结合边界条件求解臂架一系列时刻的瞬态振型函数,曲线拟合时变参数以近似表示梁的振型,并依据伽辽金截断方法,得到广义坐标下的状态空间方程. 在Matlab/Simulink环境下进行动态仿真,得到伸缩过程中臂架头部的变幅平面横向振动动态响应. 结果表明,就横向振动振幅而言,搭接简化会带来15.63%计算结果误差;支承简化会加大臂架整体刚度、减小臂架振动响应,不可取。     

断层破裂过程对减隔震桥梁地震反应的影响

为了研究断层破裂过程对减隔震桥梁地震反应的影响,提出利用相位特性模拟方向性效应的改进随机格林函数法. 以1994年美国北岭地震的断层条件为例,通过与实际地震记录对比验证模拟方法的有效性;应用改进的随机格林函数法模拟相同震中距离的4组地震动时程作为输入条件,比较断层破裂过程对相同震中距离、不同方位的减隔震桥梁地震反应影响. 结果表明,利用持时包络曲线与相位差分分布的相似性可以方便模拟随机格林函数的地震动加速度时程;在相同震中距离条件下,断层破裂方向的观测点地震动以及对应位置的桥梁结构地震反应明显大于非破裂方向位置的观测点;当破裂方向上地震动时程不具有脉冲特性时,断层周围的减隔震桥梁地震反应主要受地震动强度的影响,桥梁方位的影响不明显.     

A blueprint for capturing grid value in a decentralized electricity sector

This study addresses the question of how the electricity grid can best be priced, in the context of disruptive technologies, increasing decentralisation of the power sector and new business models. The emergence of business models can affect the design of tariffs, but at the same time, tariff design can trigger new business models as they can nudge adoption towards certain technologies. Network tariffs have traditionally been established using a cost accounting method. Due to its cost structure, network tariffs are second best constructs, as marginal cost pricing does not lead to cost recovery. Second best solutions, in all probability, will overcompensate some inputs which in turn will be overused (the Averch-Johnson effect). New distributed energy technologies that perform better in these overcompensated inputs will therefore see a higher penetration in the market. Penetration of some technologies over others in a previously monolithic vertically integrated power sector will open up new customer needs and therefore business opportunities. Each resulting business opportunity would make use of the grid differently from which it was originally conceived, and at one extreme, they can bypass it altogether. We provide a framework of analysis that leads to the pricing of the services provided by the electricity grid for each new business opportunity.
