对我国饲料添加剂工业的几点发展建议

指出了我国饲料添加剂品种少、产量低、技术水平低、创新少等问题，提出了发展氨基酸、药物添加剂、生物工程等一系列建议。     

ZnO压敏电阻器的性能及发展

简要回顾了ZnO压敏电阻器的历史，阐述了ZnO压敏电阻器的性能以及当前基础性研究的现状，并对其发展进行了展望。研究了Bi2O3和TiO2的掺杂对低压ZnO压敏电阻性能和微观结构的影响规律，从理论上分析了Bi2O3和TiO2添加剂的作用机理。为ZnO压敏电阻的低压化提供了理论依据和方法。     

Modification of zeolite surfaces by Grignard reagent

New microporous hybrid organic/inorganic materials were obtained by modification of zeolites using chlorination of their surface, followed by treatment with a Grignard reagent. Loading of butyl groups and retained crystallinity of ZSM-5 type zeolites was higher than for zeolites Y. In contrast to zeolites Y, the lattice parameters of zeolites ZSM-5 increased after surface modification. The obtained hybrid materials on the basis of high-silica zeolites possess a high degree of crystallinity at increased hydrophobicity.     

甲苯溶液中惰性卤代芳烃格氏试剂的制备

惰性卤代芳烃在格氏试剂反应中,由于反应引发困难,特别在甲苯溶液中制备尤为困难,影响了这类格氏试剂的应用.以镁粉为原料,以无水甲苯为溶剂,在一定条件下,制备了卤代芳烃的格氏试剂,拓展了其工业化应用,并对影响该格氏试剂反应的各种因素进行了探讨.     

水性UV图案化功能涂膜技术研究

研究了一种新型水性UV涂料制备技术,可得到用传统方法无法获得的图案化涂膜。利用扫描电镜、DSC、凝胶渗透色谱等对该图案化聚合物进行分析表征;考察了不同功能添加剂对涂膜形貌的影响;并讨论了光照时间、光引发剂用量与聚合物相对分子质量间的关系。     

耐水性木材用脲醛粘合剂的研究

研究了改进胶合板用脲醛粘合剂的耐水性的方法。针对脲醛粘合剂耐水性低的原因,提出在胶液中添加碱性物质——耐水添加剂,可显著改善胶合板的耐水性,几种添加剂并用,胶合板可达一级耐水板的水平。     

添加剂对镀锡引线可焊性的影响

分析了镀暗锡和光亮镀锡引线的可焊性，讨论了添加剂对镀锡引线可焊性的影响，适量的添加剂能提高引线的平整性和可焊性，获得了具有良好可焊性所需的最佳添加剂的加入量。     

甲烷磺酸电镀Sn-Pb合金添加剂研究

介绍了国内外磺酸型Sn-Pb合金电镀添加剂近十年的研究历程现况并根据各组分的化学结构及其在电镀中所体现出的性质将添加剂分为Sn^2 离子稳定剂、光亮剂及分散剂三类。最后列出了新研制的甲烷磺酸Sn-Pb合金电镀添加剂的主要性能及具体工艺配方。     

Direct partial oxidation of methane over ZSM-5 catalyst: effects of additives

Previously, it was reported that the direct partial oxidation (DPO) of CH₄ with O₂ over HZSM-5 catalysts produces C₅₊ hydrocarbon liquids when the feed contains a propane or propene additive. This work studies additive effects on C₅₊ production in this system by processing a CH₄/C₃H₈ feed with subsequent removal of the C₃ additive and by processing natural gas feed. Results show C₅₊ production is maintained at constant yields for HZSM-5 catalysts having different zeolitic Al contents after removal of the C₃ additive. Mechanistic implications are discussed. Natural gas DPO consistently produced C₅₊ liquids due to the presence of C₂₊ components in the feed. While C₅₊ yields from natural gas DPO are higher than those observed for CH₄/C₃ feeds, increasing feed O₂ concentration, and thus conversion, deleteriously affected C₅₊ selectivity.
