在室温下,应用对靶直流磁控溅射设备在普通玻璃基片上制备了FePt(30nm)/Ti(tnm)颗粒膜样品,随后,在真空中进行了原位退火.详细研究了Ti衬底层对FePt颗粒膜的微结构和磁特性的影响.X射线衍射图谱表明样品形成了较有序的L10织构,Ti和FePt形成了三元FePtTi合金.当Ti层厚度t=5 nm、退火温度Ta=500℃时,样品具有高度有序的L10织构、小的颗粒尺寸和优异的磁特性.矫顽力超过了6.7 kOe,饱和磁化强度为620emu/cc.并且具有较小的开关场分布.结果表明FePt/Ti颗粒膜系统可作为超高密度磁记录介质的候选者. 相似文献

以高频冷冻振动球磨法制备了冷水可溶性淀粉,其水溶性随着球磨时间的延长而增大,球磨40 h时可以得到冷水溶解度大于70%的产品,溶解度为原淀粉的20倍.高频冷冻振动球磨法是制备冷水可溶性淀粉的绿色低能耗新方法,可用作铸造中的粘结剂.采用X-射线衍射、扫描电镜等方法,探讨了稻米淀粉水溶性处理过程中的结构变化,结果表明:机械力化学效应破坏了部分晶型结构,使淀粉由晶态向非晶态转化,导致水溶性增加;而核心结晶区极难破坏,导致在冷水中并不能完全水溶. 相似文献

In this work, we discuss the application of multivariable predictive control for the activated sludge process in a full-scale municipal wastewater treatment plant. Emphasis is given to the selection of a control configuration that contributes to minimising the economic costs while improving the removal efficiency of the nitrogen compounds. For this task, a simple dynamic matrix control algorithm is favoured for controlling the nitrogen concentrations at the end of the biological process. The behaviour of the activated sludge process is reproduced in a commercial simulator that acts as a real-time testing platform and that is also used for identifying the multivariable input–output models for the predictive controller. For demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed approach, different control configurations are considered and compared against the aeration control strategies currently used at the plant. Based on the simulation results, this work shows the potentiality of the dynamic matrix control which is able to decrease the energy consumption costs and, at the same time, reduce the ammonia peaks and nitrate concentration in the effluent. 相似文献

The transient voltage response in both epitaxial and granular YBaCuO thin films to 80 ps pulses of YAGNd laser radiation of wavelength 0.63 and 1.54 m was studied. In the normal and resistive states both types of films demonstrate two components: a nonequilibrium picosecond component and a bolometric nanosecond one. The normalized amplitudes are almost the same for all films. In the superconducting state we observed a kinetic inductive response and two-component shape after integration. The normalized amplitude of the response in granular films is up to five orders of magnitude larger than in epitaxial films. We interpret the nonequilibrium response in terms of a suppression of the order parameter by the excess of quasiparticles followed by the change of resistance in the normal and resistive states or kinetic inductance in the superconducting state. The sharp rise of inductive response in granular films is explained both by a diminishing of the cross section for current percolation through the disordered network of Josephson weak links and by a decrease of condensate density in neighboring regions. 相似文献

Emerging soft ionotronics better match the human body mechanically and electrically compared to conventional rigid electronics. They hold great potential for human-machine interfaces, wearable and implantable devices, and soft machines. Among various ionotronic devices, ionic junctions play critical roles in rectifying currents as electrical p–n junctions. Existing ionic junctions, however, are limited in electrical and mechanical performance, and are difficult to fabricate and degrade. Herein, the design, fabrication, and characterization of tough transient ionic junctions fabricated via 3D ionic microgel printing is reported. The 3D printing method demonstrates excellent printability and allows one to fabricate ionic junctions of various configurations with high fidelity. By combining ionic microgels, degradable networks, and highly charged biopolymers, the ionic junctions feature high stretchability (stretch limit 27), high fracture energy (>1000 Jm−2), excellent electrical performance (current rectification ratio >100), and transient stability (degrade in 1 week). A variety of ionotronic devices, including ionic diodes, ionic bipolar junction transistors, ionic full-wave rectifiers, and ionic touchpads are further demonstrated. The advent of pixelated detectors for time‐of‐flight neutron transmission experiments has raised significant interest in terms of the potential for tomographic reconstructions of triaxial strain distributions. A recent publication by Lionheart and Withers [WRB Lionheart and PJ Withers, “Diffraction tomography of strain”, Inverse Problems, v31:045005, 2015] has demonstrated that reconstruction is not possible in the general sense; however, various special cases may exist. In this paper, we outline a process by which it is possible to tomographically reconstruct average triaxial elastic strains within individual particles in a granular assembly from a series of Bragg edge strain measurements. This algorithm is tested on simulated data in two and three dimensions and is shown to be capable of rejecting Gaussian measurement noise. Sources of systematic error that may present problems in an experimental implementation are briefly discussed. 相似文献
