精密角位移传感器及其可靠性研究

从理论上探讨了磁阻率效应，叙述了精密角位移传感器的工作原理及结构设计。传感器的分辨率已达０．０１°，通过可靠性寿命试验，传感器的失效率λ（ｔ）＜１×１０－７／ｈ。     

APPLICATION OF THE POLYMERASE CHAIN REACTION TO THE RAPID ANALYSIS OF BREWERY YEAST STRAINS

The rapid discrimination of closely-related Saccharomyces cerevisiae strains can pose a significant problem to breweries, in particular where closely related strains are being used simultaneously to manufacture different products. In this study, two PCR approaches have been examined to assess their usefulness for the discrimination of brewery ale and lager yeast strains. PCR using arbitrary primers (RAPD PCR) was found unsuitable for such an application since the DNA profiles generated from brewery strains were generally found to be identical, due presumably to the close genetic relatedness of these yeasts. In contrast, PCR using δ sequence primers could rapidly differentiate between many ale and lager strains and characteristic profiles for these were generated. This method could also be applied directly to yeasts isolated from brewery worts or from active dried yeast preparations. Results of such analyses were available within the working day.

乙烯氧化制环氧乙烷固定床反应器的模拟及稳定性分析

在筛选出合适的乙烯氧化制环氧乙烷动力学方程的基础上,对工业固定床氧化反应器进行一维和二维模型的模拟计算。考察操作工艺参数对反应器稳定性、转化率影响的敏感性以及N_2和CH_4做致稳气时反应温度和转化率的轴向、径向分布。     

Selecting a waste management option using a life-cycle analysis approach

Solid-waste management, and in particular the disposal of used packaging, is currently the subject of much topical debate. This is driven by both consumer and legislative pressures. Consumers see used packaging as a highly visible element of municipal solid waste, complaining of excessive packaging and low levels of recycling. Legislators, perhaps in pandering to the views expressed by consumer bodies, have been active within the CEC and individual Member States by introducing (or proposing) legislation or similar regulatory tools and targets to facilitate a greater diversion of used packaging from disposal by landfill to alternative solid-waste management practices, in particular recycling, which are widely accepted to have a lower impact on the environment. In this paper the relative environmental profiles of pursuing alternative solid-waste management practices to disposal by landfill are explored, focusing not just on solid waste per se but also on associated considerations of energy consumption and emissions, which are invariably overlooked as factors contributing to the environmental impact of solid-waste management practices.     

A generalized approach to the reconstruction of a restricted class of digitized planar curves

Reconstruction of an original continuous curve and the estimation of its parameters from the digitized version of the curve is a challenging problem, as quantization always causes some loss of information. In this paper, we have developed a scheme for reconstruction which is applicable to a class of curves having at the most two parameters. The class of curves for which the scheme works has also been characterized. We have shown that for one-parameter curves the exact domain of values of the parameter can be obtained. But in the two-parameter case, only the smallest rectangle containing the domain can be realised. The distinctive feature of our scheme is that it provides a unified approach to solve the reconstruction and the domain-finding problem for a class of curves.

Laminated beams subjected to transverse load

A simple elastic solution has been developed for predicting the shear stress distribution in a laminated beam subjected to a variety of transverse loading conditions. Photoelastic tests on composite models involving a single bonding layer have been used to validate the theory, and also to comment upon the significance of these results in interpreting the interlaminar shear strength and bending modulus of the simplest form of laminated strip.     

实现多层混合刻蚀薄膜大面积均匀的方法浅探

采用多层光刻工艺结合氩离子铣的混合刻蚀方法，刻蚀高Ｔｃ超导ＹＢａＣｕＯ／ＺｒＯ２（１００）薄膜图形，取得了较好的结果。在进行氩离子镜的工艺步骤中，使用普通氩离子铣设备（离子束斑极不均匀），但采取了一定的措施─－使被刻样品在刻蚀台座上可移动，模糊地实现了薄膜的相对＂大面积＂（直径φ≥２０ｍｍ）均匀刻蚀─－可同时刻蚀２～３片６ｍｍ×１０ｍｍ薄膜，并且被刻蚀部分表面起伏约在１０ｎｍ左右。图形样品的最小线条达２μｍ，其Ｔｃ、Ｊｃ人与刻蚀前薄膜的Ｔｃ、Ｊｃ相当，即：ＴＣ为８５～９０Ｋ，Ｊｃ～１０６Ａ／ｃｍ２（在７７Ｋ下）。
