单晶硅化物及其应用

本文评述了单晶CoSi_2和NiSi_2的结构特点、各种制备方法、器件应用和发展前景。采用分子束外延(MBE)和“内延”法(Mesotaxy)制备的单晶硅化物质量,电学性能和热稳定性较好。由于首次得到理想的突变的金属——半导体接触,使对金属——半导体接触的理论分析成为可能。硅/单晶硅化物/硅结构在实际应用中非常重要,如单晶硅化物作集电极埋层,能降低集电极串联电阻,克服重掺杂埋层的横扩和自掺杂问题,提高了电路工作速度,减小了器件面积。埋层硅化物也可作为微波传输线的地线,是实现高频集成电路互连的好方法。而采用该结构制备的高速器件——金属基区晶体管(MBT)和穿透基区晶体管(PBT),具有很好的应用前景。     

可视化基站发电管理系统

针对以前的发电管理系统或只是数据呈现,提供市电及发电相关数据信息,或只是提供出车轨迹,主要实现对出车的管理,不能全面反应发电全过程且不便于对发电事件进行分析的情况,提出可视化发电管理系统的概念。在简要介绍了LBS系统、动力环境监控系统后,讲述了可视化基站发电管理系统的组成以及通过LBS定位管理、短信互动、实时监测数据等进行系统实现。可视化发电管理系统通过可视化的界面帮助发电管理人员进行管理,直观、便捷。     

5G无线通信基站共享电力杆塔的应用研究

将5G无线通信基站安装在电力线杆塔上,可以通过电力线路杆塔共享促进5G网络建设,实现电力企业和通信公司的互利共赢。重点讨论了5G基站的新架构,分析了把基站应用到电力杆塔上应考虑的供电、接地、安装等问题,并给出了相应的解决方案。     

地区电网新能源消纳困难时段研究

文章主要研究了某实际电网新能源消纳困难时段。通过负荷特性分析,得出地区电网低谷负荷出现季节和典型日负荷特性,通过风电场、光伏电站出力特性分析,得出风电、光伏季节分布特性及日出力特性。在地区电网新能源消纳的困难时段分析基础之上,对困难时段负荷概率进行统计,得出困难时段的负荷取值,为新能源接纳能力分析提供重要的数据支撑。

OBSERVATION ON SPUTTERING SURFACE OF ALLOYS IN GLOW DISCHARGE

Glow discharge cathodic sputtering of alloys containing second phase precipitates or injectedoxide particles has been observed with energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer and scanningelectron microprobe.It was shown that the formation of cones during the sputtering in thesealloys is due to masking of the matrix by glow sputtering second phase precipitates or oxideparticles.At steady state,the density of cottes were found to be a function of the densities pre-cipitates or oxide particles in bulk alloy.In addition to the changes of local sputtering rate,theelectrostatic effect may play a role on the formation fo cones.     

稀土元素对钯室温电学性能的影响

研究了稀浓度(0.6at％以下)稀土元素(La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Er、Yb)对钯的室温电学性能的影响。所有稀土元素均提高钯的电阻率(p)、降低电阻温度系数(α),实验结果与理论分析证明(p·α)_((?)d-RE)d=(p·α)_(Pd)。Gd以前的稀土元素降低钯的对铜热电势(ε),其余重稀土元素增大钯的对铜热电势。按0.1at％RE归一化处理的实验数据表明,轻稀土元素对钯电阻率的影响稍大于重稀土,但Ce、Eu、Yb呈反常影响,化合价和尺寸因素是影响电学性能的主要因素。     

基于知识的P2P网格资源发现研究*

针对当前网格资源管理系统扩展性差的问题,提出了具有分布式本体知识库的网格资源管理模型.新模型由分布的多个自治管理域组成;自治域之间通过DHT覆盖网连接.网格资源信息以本体知识库的形式管理:本地知识库管理域内网格知识;全局知识库则提供分布本体的语义映射以及知识的索引和定位.资源发现转换为本体知识库的实例检索推理,并且支持跨管理域的资源集发现.新模型极大地提高了网格资源管理系统的可扩展性.     

Structural Basis for The Recognition of Deaminated Nucleobases by An Archaeal DNA Polymerase

With increasing temperature, nucleobases in DNA become increasingly damaged by hydrolysis of exocyclic amines. The most prominent damage includes the conversion of cytosine to uracil and adenine to hypoxanthine. These damages are mutagenic and put the integrity of the genome at risk if not repaired appropriately. Several archaea live at elevated temperatures and thus, are exposed to a higher risk of deamination. Earlier studies have shown that DNA polymerases of archaea have the property of sensing deaminated nucleobases in the DNA template and thereby stalling the DNA synthesis during DNA replication providing another layer of DNA damage recognition and repair. However, the structural basis of uracil and hypoxanthine sensing by archaeal B-family DNA polymerases is sparse. Here we report on three new crystal structures of the archaeal B-family DNA polymerase from Thermococcus kodakarensis (KOD) DNA polymerase in complex with primer and template strands that have extended single stranded DNA template 5’-overhangs. These overhangs contain either the canonical nucleobases as well as uracil or hypoxanthine, respectively, and provide unprecedented structural insights into their recognition by archaeal B-family DNA polymerases.
