用先导传播模型法(leader progression model,LPM)分析架空输电线路的防雷特性的关键在于主要模型参数、先导起始和拦截判据的确定。参考国际上对长间隙放电研究的成果,考察LPM中参数和判据的适用性,提出对LPM的判据改进。并且考虑雷云的背景静电场和线路运行电压的影响,建立改进的先导模型法。经改进的LPM应用于平原和山区地形条件下的500 kV架空线雷电绕击分析计算。改进前后的计算结果与运行经验数据的对比分析表明,该改进先导模型法的计算结果与我国500 kV架空线路的运行经验数据相吻合。 相似文献

The operation data obtained abroad indicates that shielding failure in UHV transmission lines mostly accounts for the tripping-out accidents introduced by lightning striking the transmission line.Based on the discharge theories of long air gap and randomness theory,a leader progression model of lightning shielding failure is presented in this paper.The random characteristics of the downward and upward leader are simulated in this model.The ground slope angel is also considered in this model by using coordinate transformation.Moreover,the system voltage is also taken into consideration in this model.The simulation results show that the good agreement between this model and the field data.And the results suggest that return striking exist obviously in UHV transmission line. 相似文献

The present study explored the impact of inhibiting α(1,6)fucosylation (core fucosylation) on the functional phenotype of a cellular model of colorectal cancer (CRC) malignization formed by the syngeneic SW480 and SW620 CRC lines. Expression of the FUT8 gene encoding α(1,6)fucosyltransferase was inhibited in tumor line SW480 by a combination of shRNA-based antisense knockdown and Lens culinaris agglutinin (LCA) selection. LCA-resistant clones were subsequently assayed in vitro for proliferation, migration, and adhesion. The α(1,6)FT-inhibited SW480 cells showed enhanced proliferation in adherent conditions, unlike their α(1,6)FT-depleted SW620 counterparts, which displayed reduced proliferation. Under non-adherent conditions, α(1,6)FT-inhibited SW480 cells also showed greater growth capacity than their respective non-targeted control (NTC) cells. However, cell migration decreased in SW480 after FUT8 knockdown, while adhesion to EA.hy926 cells was significantly enhanced. The reported results indicate that the FUT8 knockdown strategy with subsequent selection for LCA-resistant clones was effective in greatly reducing α(1,6)FT expression in SW480 and SW620 CRC lines. In addition, α(1,6)FT impairment affected the proliferation, migration, and adhesion of α(1,6)FT-deficient clones SW480 and SW620 in a tumor stage-dependent manner, suggesting that core fucosylation has a dynamic role in the evolution of CRC. 相似文献

Bladder cancer (BC) is characterised by a high recurrence and progression rate. However, the molecular mechanisms of BC progression remain poorly understood. BCL9L, a coactivator of β-catenin was mutated in the 5′ and 3′ untranslated regions (UTRs). We assessed the influence of UTRs mutations on BCL9L, and the role of BCL9L and Wnt/β-catenin signalling in BC cells. UTR mutations were analysed by a luciferase reporter. BCL9L protein was assessed by immunohistochemistry in BC tissues. Cell proliferation was examined by crystal violet staining and by the spheroid model. Moreover, migration and invasion were analysed in real-time using the xCelligence RTCA system. The A > T mutation at 3′ UTR of BCL9L reduces the luciferase reporter mRNA expression and activity. BCL9L is predominantly increased in dysplastic urothelial cells and muscle-invasive BC. Knockdown of BCL9L and inhibition of Wnt/β-catenin signalling significantly repress the proliferation, migration and invasion of Cal29 and T24. In addition, BCL9L knockdown reduces mRNA level of Wnt/β-catenin target genes in Cal29 but not in T24 cells. BCL9L and Wnt/β-catenin signalling play an oncogenic role in bladder cancer cells and seems to be associated with BC progression. Nevertheless, the involvement of BCL9L in Wnt/β-catenin signalling is cell-line specific. 相似文献

Penile cancer (PeC) is a rare disease, and no prognostic biomarkers have been adopted in clinical practice yet. The objective of the present study was to identify differentially expressed miRNAs (DEmiRs) and genes (DEGs) as potential biomarkers for lymph node metastasis and other prognostic factors in PeC. Tumor samples were prospectively obtained from 24 patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the penis. miRNA microarray analysis was performed comparing tumors from patients with inguinal lymph node metastatic and localized disease, and the results were validated by qRT-PCR. Eighty-three gene expression levels were also compared between groups through qRT-PCR. Moreover, DEmiRs and DEGs expression levels were correlated with clinicopathological variables, cancer-specific (CSS), and overall survival (OS). TAC software, TM4 MeV 4.9 software, SPSS v.25.0, and R software v.4.0.2 were used for statistical analyses. We identified 21 DEmiRs in microarray analysis, and seven were selected for validation. miR-744-5p and miR-421 were overexpressed in tissue samples of metastatic patients, and high expression of miR-421 was also associated with lower OS. We found seven DEGs (CCND1, EGFR, ENTPD5, HOXA10, IGF1R, MYC, and SNAI2) related to metastatic disease. A significant association was found between increased MMP1 expression and tumor size, grade, pathological T stage, and perineural invasion. Other genes were also associated with clinicopathological variables, CSS and OS. Finally, we found changes in mRNA–miRNA regulation that contribute to understanding the mechanisms involved in tumor progression. Therefore, we identified miRNA and mRNA expression profiles as potential biomarkers associated with lymph node metastasis and prognosis in PeC, in addition to disruption in mRNA–miRNA regulation during disease progression. 相似文献

提出了一种基于突变级数理论的硫化矿爆堆自燃发火的综合预测方法。对影响爆堆自燃的预测目标进行多层次矛盾分解,利用突变理论与模糊数学方法相结合产生突变模糊隶属函数,由归一公式进行综合量化运算,最后归一为一个参数,即求出总的隶属函数,从而进行爆堆自燃发火的分析预测。利用插值法确定了5种自燃危险性等级,并为各等级划分了突变级数值区域,接着以7个典型的矿山的矿样实例进行测试,最后将这种方法的预测结果与道化学预测结果以及与矿堆的实际情况进行比较。研究结果表明,突变级数法成功率高、客观性强,对某铜矿的判别率高;对通风条件不明的6个典型矿山的判别率也能达到83.3%,为硫化矿爆堆自燃发火预测的研究提供了一条新思路。 相似文献

PurposeThere remains a lack of information on the perception and adoption of myopia control strategies among African eye care practitioners (ECPs). This study provides an African perspective to similar previous studies conducted in other parts of the world.MethodsA self-administered survey in English and French was distributed to ECPs across Africa. The items on the questionnaire assessed their level of concern about the increasing prevalence of paediatric myopia, perceived efficacy, opinions on, and adoption of various myopia management modalities.ResultsResponses were obtained from 330 ECPs working in 23 African countries. Respondents were highly concerned about the increasing prevalence of paediatric myopia in their clinic (median 8/10) and perceived approved myopia control soft contact lenses as the most effective at slowing myopia progression (mean perceived reduction in myopia progression ± SD; 53.9 ± 27.1%), followed by single vision spectacles (53.1 ± 30.9%), and orthokeratology (52.8 ± 28.0%). Multifocal soft contact lenses (40.4 ± 25.8%) and pharmaceutical agents such as topical atropine drops (39.5 ± 27.1%) were perceived as least effective in slowing myopia progression. Although ECPs reported being aware of various myopia control strategies, they still mainly prescribed single vision spectacles to a large proportion (64.3 ± 29.9%) of young progressing myopes. Nearly one-third (27%) of ECPs who prescribed single vision lenses stated they were concerned about the cost implications to patients. Other reported concerns included safety of, and inadequate information about myopia control options.ConclusionsAfrican ECPs continue to prescribe single vision lenses for progressing myopes despite being aware of the various myopia control options. Practitioners’ perceptions of the efficacy of several modalities to slow myopia progression do not align with the current best evidence. Clear practice guidelines and continuing education on myopia control are warranted to inform and guide the management of myopic patients in Africa. 相似文献
