经济增长问题是经济学研究的核心内容之一,经济增长的快慢体现了一个区域在一定时期内的经济发展水平,也是衡量其总体经济增长速度的标志.本文利用可拓突变理论研究了2016年我国部分省、市、自治区的经济增长评价问题.从经济学的角度,按照一定的原则建立了经济增长的评价指标体系,基于指标性质建立可拓关联函数,求取关联度并根据突变级数法得出指标的可拓突变评价值,将其转换成一般意义上的综合值.最后,通过各省份的综合值评价与实际情况对比分析,得出经济增长起落的原因,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性.  相似文献

Bright and red‐emissive organic nanoparticles (NPs) are demonstrated as promising for in vivo fluorescence imaging. However, most red organic dyes show greatly weakened or quenched emission in the aggregated state. In this work, a robust red fluorophore (t‐BPITBT‐TPE) with strong aggregate‐state photoluminescence and good biocompatibility is presented. The NPs comprised of t‐BPITBT‐TPE aggregates encapsulated within 1,2‐distearoyl‐sn‐glycero‐3‐phosphoethanolamine‐N‐[methoxy(polyethylene glycol) (DSPE‐mPEG) micelles exhibit a photoluminescence peak at 660 nm with a high fluorescence quantum yield of 32% in aqueous media. The NPs can be facilely charged by using the same polymeric matrix with different terminal groups, e.g., methoxy (DSPE‐mPEG), amine (DSPE‐PEG‐NH2), or carboxymethyl (DSPE‐PEG‐COOH) groups. The biocompatibility, toxicity, circulation, and biodistribution of the NPs are assessed using the zebrafish model through whole embryo soaking and intravenous delivery. Furthermore, HeLa and MCF‐7 cells tagged with t‐BPITBT‐TPE in DSPE‐PEG‐NH2‐TAT polymer NPs are xenografted into zebrafish larvae to successfully track the cancer cell proliferation and metastasis, demonstrating that these new NPs are efficient cancer cell trackers. In addition, the NPs also show good in vivo imaging ability toward 4T1 tumors in xenografted BALB/c mice.  相似文献

承受循环荷载作用的动力基础,由于土-结构的相互作用,其反力位移关系呈现2个显著特点,即非线性和滞回性。采用定参集总参数体系。以三次幂多项式模型反映动力地基的非线性特性,将非线性幂函数作为循环荷载作用下系统位移-力关系的主干骨线:在此基础上。按照Masing二倍法则,将骨线拓展为位移-力的滞回曲线,以此反映系统的滞回特性,从而建立了二次幂非线性粘性阻尼双曲线滞回动力基础系统的动力学模型。由于本构函数的复杂性,直接利用一般解法比较困难。采用Fourier级数展开法得到了系统的解析解,给出了动力基础的时间历程响应曲线和幅频特性曲线。并与摹础模型的实验数据进行了比较。分析结果表明,利用Fourier级数展开法求解滞回动力学非线性模型。精度高、收敛快,且与实验结果吻合较好。  相似文献

通过分析封闭环境中群桩基础成桩后,桩间土体固结的边界条件和初始条件,建立了场地边界径向渗流受到阻隔时,饱和黏土中群桩桩间横观各向同性土体固结的定解条件,应用数学物理方法求得该问题的级数解答。解答可以计算和预测成桩后,桩间土体中任一位置任一时刻的超静孔隙水压力和固结度。当初始孔压为常数且假设桩间土体为各向同性时,级数解答可退化为太沙基单向固结问题的解答,验证了解答合理性。最后,通过实例分析,明确了桩间土体固结快慢的影响因数和规律。  相似文献

Cervical cancer is a life-threatening disease and the fourth most common cancer among women worldwide. Apple pomace is a multifunctional phenolic compound possessing effective biological activity against cervical cancer cells. This study aimed to investigate the anticancer effects of quercetin-3-glucoside (Q3G) extracted from apple pomace in HeLa cell lines and analyze its molecular mechanisms. High-performance liquid chromatography revealed that Q3G, coumaric acid, phloridzin, quercetin, and phloretin are the major polyphenolic compounds constituting apple pomace. Among them, Q3G possessed the greatest antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects in vitro and exhibited significant cytotoxic effects in HeLa cells in a dose-and time-dependent manner. Flow cytometric analysis indicated that Q3G induced cell cycle arrest at the S phase in a time-dependent manner by altering cyclin-dependent kinase 2. Moreover, it induced apoptosis via chromosomal DNA degradation and increased reactive oxygen species generation. Furthermore, Q3G treatment altered the apoptosis-associated protein expression in the cells by activating caspase-9/-3, downregulating anti-apoptosis protein B-cell lymphoma (Bcl)-2 expressions and up regulating the pro-apoptotic Bcl-2-associated X protein. BH3-interacting domain death agonist cleavage occurred prior to the degradation of an anti-apoptotic Mu-2-related death-inducing gene involved in cell death signaling. Consequently, apple pomace Q3G holds promise as an anti-inflammatory and anticancer agent for treating cervical cancer.  相似文献

Over the last several decades, much effort has been directed at estimating the likelihood of a large early release of radioactivity during a nuclear accident. This effort has culminated in the Individual Plant Examinations (IPEs) for the over 100 US nuclear power plants and the NUREG 1150 study. The large early release of radioactivity requires core damage with loss of primary containment integrity during the accident. Given a successful reactor scram, early containment failure coupled with a large release of radioactivity will only occur if the reactor core vessel is breached by core debris. Most IPE/PRA studies performed to date have not considered the possibility of quenching core debris in the lower plenum. Consequently, lower head failure is presumed to closely follow the onset of core damage. Therefore, these assessments did not address the role that in-vessel debris retention plays in preserving primary containment integrity, nor do they propose a criterion for evaluating the integrity of the vessel lower head given that core damage has occurred. Yet preserving the vessel lower head integrity is a necessary condition for satisfying the plant design and licensing basis. Therefore, a more complete treatment of the risk associated with nuclear plant operation includes an evaluation of the ability to retain the core debris in-vessel. This paper presents a performance requirement for vessel integrity to be used in probabilistic risk assessments; evaluates the impact the core damage progression and lower plenum quenching models have on the likelihood of terminating the damage progression in-vessel; documents the significant reduction in BWR containment failure probability that can occur when appropriate core damage and lower head quenching models are used; reviews the implications of core debris quenching in the lower head on BWR PRA modeling; argues why crediting the capability to maintain vessel integrity is necessary from a safety point of view. These results and conclusions are derived from consideration of a BWR 4 plant with a 251 inch vessel. However, the concepts are generally applicable and results specific to other BWR designs can be developed using the methodology presented in this paper.  相似文献

为评估不同规模城市非常规水资源中再生水利用的可行性,考虑到再生水综合发展能力中的压力指标、条件指标、影响指标等16项因素的作用,构建了基于突变级数法的不同规模城市再生水评估模型。将该模型应用于N、H、S、Y 4座城市中,具体评估了4座城市中再生水利用的先后顺序,发现N、Y、H、S市再生水综合发展能力等级依次为Ⅳ、Ⅱ、Ⅱ、Ⅰ级,表明N市急需利用再生水,Y、H市次之,S市不需再生水。实例应用表明,该模型评价结果与实际情况相符,评价结果合理、可行。  相似文献
