STUDY ON PHASE PERCEPTION IN SPEECH

The perceptual effect of the phase information in speech has been studied by auditory subjective tests. On the condition that the phase spectrum in speech is changed while amplitude spectrum is unchanged, the tests show that: (1) If the envelop of the reconstructed speech signal is unchanged, there is indistinctive auditory perception between the original speech and the reconstructed speech; (2) The auditory perception effect of the reconstructed speech mainly lies on the amplitude of the derivative of the additive phase; (3) td is the maximum relative time shift between different frequency components of the reconstructed speech signal. The speech quality is excellent while td <10ms; good while 10ms< td <20ms; common while 20ms< td <35ms, and poor while td >35ms.     

自适应RBF神经网络在CDMA移动通信上行链路功率控制中的应用研究

提出了一种自适应RBF神经网络功率控制方案。详细研究了该网络在DS-CDMA通信中，进行上行链路闭环功率控制(基于信扰比(SIR))的应用理论，给出了该网络参数的计算方法。最后用计算机仿真法模拟出该控制器的运行性能。结果表明基于SIR的自适应RBF神经网络功率控制器能自适应地调整移动台的发射功率，使基站接收信号的信扰比始终非常接近于一个常数，且有比定步长功率控制更小的SIR跟踪误差，从而可以降低接收信号的中断概率、提高信道容量。     

空调器用风冷冷凝器换热能力实验研究

实验测定了几种不同铜管、肋片组合的冷凝器在不同的风量和风机转速下的换热量，发现采用内螺纹铜管和迎风侧平片、背风侧冲缝片的冷凝器具有最优的换热性能。分析了多流路冷凝器中不同流路之间的制冷剂分配不均匀性和再热现象。     

谈影响钻孔灌注桩承载力的因素

根据目前我国钻孔灌注桩的特点，从施工工艺方面，对控制沉渣、孔壁泥层过厚的问题进行了探讨，提出了合理、有效的措施，以确保桩基础承载力的正常发挥。     

Working Memory Capacity and the Antisaccade Task: Individual Differences in Voluntary Saccade Control.

Performance on antisaccade trials requires the inhibition of a prepotent response (i.e., don't look at the flashing cue) and the generation and execution of a correct saccade in the opposite direction. The authors attempted to further specify the role of working memory (WM) span differences in the antisaccade task. They tested high- and low-span individuals on variants of prosaccade and antisaccade trials in which an eye movement is the sole requirement. In 3 experiments, they demonstrated the importance of WM span differences in both suppression of a reflexive saccade and generation of a volitional eye movement. The results support the contention that individual differences in WM span are not exclusively due to differences in inhibition but also reflect differences in directing the focus of attention. 用RAFA方法定量解析芳烃混合物的EEM

本文介绍了降秩因子分析(RAFA)方法,它是从一个多组分混合物中直接定量计算其中某一组分,而不必知道其它组分的物种及含量的一种定量分析的数学方法。它适用于双线性的数据。本实验首先将荧光分光光度计与外接计算机相连,以获得样品的激发-发射矩阵(EEM),再用RAFA方法对蒽、萘、菲、芘、芴、(艹屈)六种标样的一至五组分的混合物进行定量分析,获得满意的结果。     

Ideal-gas thermodynamic properties for natural-gas applications

Calculating caloric properties from a thermal equation of state requires information such as isobaric heat capacities in the ideal-gas state as a function of temperature. In this work, values for the parameters of thec _p ⁰ correlation proposed by Aly and Lee were newly determined for 21 pure gases which are compounds of natural gas mixtures. The values of the parameters were adjusted to selectedc _p ⁰ data calculated from spectroscopic data for temperatures ranging from 10 to 1000 K. The data sources used are discussed and compared with literature data deduced from theoretic models and caloric measurements. The parameters presented will be applied in a current GERG project for evaluating equations of state (e.g., the AGA 8 equation) for their suitability for calculating caloric properties.     

半导体激光器用铷D2线光电流谱稳频

本文报导了用铷原子７８００Ａ光电流谱来稳定半导体激光器的工作，在光电流谱线的中部发现了有利于稳频的凹陷，将半导体激光器频率锁定在凹陷的中央，估算的频率稳定度为１ＭＨｚ。     

RLL码的计算机辅助设计

本文着重讨论计算机辅助设计RLL码的具体实现问题.该过程首先根据RLL码两个参数d,k确定一个编码率p/q,然后构造出RLL码的高阶状态转换-输出符号矩阵并求相应的近似特征向量.最后通过状态分裂和状态归并过程,即可得到一个满足d,k约束的编码输出表.其中状态转换-输出符号矩阵为实现计算机辅助设计RLL码提供了有效的数据结构,而且要优化RLL码编码器,就必须有选择地进行状态分裂.
