胶带机转运点收尘环节的优化

胶带机转运点扬尘的原因主要有设备选型不合适、收尘管道设计不合理、设备和管道未做保温及清灰压缩空气影响等方面.为改善收尘效果,文章着重从收尘系统设计、设备及收尘管道选型、收尘罩设计及胶带机导料槽结构优化的几个方面来探讨一下改进措施.     

Numerical investigation of monodisperse granular flow through an inclined rotating chute

A discrete element model of spherical glass particles flowing down a rotating chute is validated against high quality experimental data. The simulations are performed in a corotating frame of reference, taking into account Coriolis and centrifugal forces. In view of future extensions aimed at segregation studies of polydisperse granular flows, several validation steps are required. In particular, the influence of the interstitial gas, a sensitivity study of the collision parameters, and the effect of system rotation on particle flow is investigated. Shirsath et al. have provided the benchmark laboratory measurements of bed height and surface velocities of monodisperse granular flow down an inclined rotating chute. With a proper choice of the friction coefficients, the simulations show very good agreement with our experimental results. The effect of interstitial gas on the flow behavior is found to be relatively small for 3‐mm granular particles. © 2014 American Institute of Chemical Engineers AIChE J, 60: 3424–3441, 2014     

旬阳镜铁矿选矿与深加工试验研究

旬阳镜铁矿原矿全铁品位在57％左右，单一强磁选获得TFe65％以上的铁精矿，回收率大于85％，用摇床或螺旋溜槽进行重选也能选出品位合格的铁精矿，但回收率显著低于强磁选。浮选可产出高纯镜铁矿，再细磨可制得油漆填料云母氧化铁。     

峨口铁矿放矿明溜槽爆破成形

峨口铁矿为了解决东区采场的矿石出路问题，决定增建两条放矿明溜槽。本文简述了溜槽工程地质概况，详细地介绍了溜槽的爆破成形设计方案，分析了爆破效果。     

Flow pattern, mass flow rate, pressure distribution, and temperature distribution of two-phase flow of HFC-134a inside short-tube orifices

New experimental data on the influence of short-tube orifice configuration, including diameter, length, length-to-diameter ratio (L/D), and orientation on the flow pattern, mass flow rate, and pressure distribution of HFC-134a inside the short-tube orifice are presented. Short-tube orifice diameters ranging between 0.605 and 1.2 mm with L/D ranging between 1.87 and 33 are used in the experiments. Three different forms of the metastable liquid flow, which are metastable liquid core flow, conical metastable liquid core flow, and full metastable liquid flow are visually observed. The short-tube orifice diameter has a significant effect on the increase in the flow rate. Conversely, the change in the orientation of the test section has no significant effect on the flow rate. The choke flow phenomenon disappears inside the short-tube orifice when L/D is less than 2.91. Based on the present data, a correlation for predicting the mass flow rate through short-tube orifices is proposed.     

组合式螺旋溜槽的研究

根据普通螺旋溜槽在现场应用所存在的问题及其分选机理，设计了具有粗、精、扫选组合式的新型螺旋溜槽。这种新型螺旋溜槽，粗选溜槽设置在上部，精、扫选溜槽内外相套设置在粗选溜槽下部。粗、精、扫选槽体均有不同的结构参数。用设计的新型螺旋溜槽及普通螺旋溜槽对磁铁矿──石英（粒度范围为－0．15～0）人工混合物料进行了试验对比。试验结果表明：新型螺旋溜槽的选矿效率比普通螺旋溜槽高7．1％，精矿品位高2．38％，回收率高5．47％。     

紫金山金矿高位溜井的防跑矿技术

溜井作为运输矿石途径之一。具有依靠自重溜放经济性的一面，在矿山生产中被广泛采用。文中针对紫金山露天采场溜井及溜井管理状况，分析了溜井跑矿原因，通过对溜井的跑矿危害提出防治措施，意在实际生产中能够预防跑矿事故发生，利于矿山生产，并对相应矿山生产有一定的借鉴作用。     

颗粒在斜槽中流动的实验研究

用示踪颗粒法对细玻璃球在斜槽中的低速流动进行了实验研究。结果发现 ,颗粒的流动行为与斜槽表面特征密切相关 ,对光滑表面存在明显的壁面滑移 ,而对粗糙壁面 ,在低速流情况下不存在滑移。实验测量了不同条件下的速度分布和流层厚度 ,并分析了斜槽倾角、流率及壁面状况对流动的影响     

某矿1 # 主溜井加固实践

溜矿井在长期使用后,其井壁必然出现破坏,将直接影响到正常生产。结合溜井加固设计、施工实践,具体介绍了溜井加固补强的一种简单实用方法,实践证明该方法完全能够满足使用要求。     

一种福利性驱赶程序-转移通道中屠宰猪的分隔法

200头屠宰猪的通过情形用摄象机拍摄下来.4或6头猪一群,猪群通过设有不同宽度(1.00m1和22m)三角障碍物的转移通道.基于最高分隔成功率为86%(6头群),最少拍打次数平均分别为0.02和0.05次/头,我们推荐过道障碍物间的宽度为1.00m.结果显示,带障碍物并作相应的结构和技术调整(组群大小、障碍物间宽距和1.90-2.00m过道宽度)的转移过道及其功能测试适用于屠宰猪只的福利性分隔.
