The steel/steel boundary friction properties of soybean oil (SBO) and high-oleic soybean oil (HOSBO) are compared. HOSBO is significantly more saturated than SBO and more oxidatively stable. Changes in degree of unsaturation affect lateral interactions of adsorbate molecules, which in turn affects their adsorption and, hence, their boundary lubrication properties. To investigate this possibility, the free energies of adsorption (ΔG ads) of SBO, HOSBO, and methyl laurate (ML) were determined from the analysis of friction-derived adsorption isotherms using the Langmuir and Temkin adsorption models. The results showed a stronger adsorption for the vegetable oils than for ML, an indication of multiple interactions between the ester groups of the triglycerides and the steel surface. The result also showed no difference in the ΔG ads values of SBO and HOSBO obtained using either the Langmuir or Temkin models. This was interpreted as an indication of the lack of appreciable net lateral interaction between triglyceride adsorbates.  相似文献

针对量子粒子群优化(QPSO)算法迭代后期种群多样性下降、收敛速度慢、易陷入局部最优的缺点,提出一种自适应收缩-扩张系数的双中心协作最子粒子群优化算法。该算法从2个方面进行改进:(1)自适应调节收缩-扩张系数,其目的是帮助粒子跳出局部最优点,提高粒子的全局搜索能力;(2)双重更新全局最优位置,即在每次迭代中,先后分别采用2种不同的方式更新全局最优位置。第1种方式与QPSO算法一致,第2种方式则引入双中心粒子,使其和当前全局最优位置在相应维度上合作,从而达到更新全局最优位置的目的。从固定迭代次数和固定精度角度分析算法性能,仿真结果表明,相比于QPSO算法,该算法在保证复杂度较低的情况下,可提高收敛速度,增强全局和局部搜索能力。  相似文献

Crystallization of palm oil with and without solvent was carried out over a temperature range of 10–25°C. The yields of olein, the diglyceride contents, and compositions of the stearin and olein phases were determined by thin-layer and gas-liquid chromatography. The three major diglycerides, analyzed as C32, C34, and C36, are mainly dipalmitoyl glycerol, palmitoyloleoyl glycerol, and dioleoyl glycerol. In crystallization without solvent, C32 (PP) had a strong affinity for the stearin fraction and C36 diglycerides concentrated in the olein phase. The partition coefficient of diglycerides between the olein and stearin phases was temperature-dependent and was influenced by the type of solvent used. Although solvent enhances the diglyceride partition into the olein phase, partitioning is more effective at low temperatures and with acetone as the solvent for fractionation.  相似文献

A unique characteristic linear dimension (d), defined as the cube root of the specific liquid holdup (hsp) in the packed column, was used to correlate successfully the liquid film mass transfer coefficient kLa for gas absorption-desorption for sparingly soluble gases in liquids below loading. To produce this simple, dimensionless correlation, kLa data reported in literature were used, covering a wide range of physical properties of liquids, packings and operating conditions. This new approach showed operating holdup as an important factor in gas liquid mass transfer.  相似文献

Small-angle neutron scattering experiments in the range of q2 from 0.01 to 25 nm−2 have been carried out on branched epoxide resins based on bisphenol-A at the Institute Laue—Langevin (I.L.L) in Grenoble (q=(4π/λ) sin(θ/2)). Measurements were made with six samples in the range of MW from 1500 to 19 000 and four concentrations between 1.3 and 10% (w/w) in deuterated diglyme. The results are as follows: (i) The mean square radius of gyration follows a relationship S2z=4.69×10−4M1.20W (nm2). (ii) In all cases fairly large second virial coefficients A2 are obtained which, however, decrease strongly with molecular weight. Above MW=2500, the virial coefficient follows the relationship A2=1.6M−0.85W (mol cm3g−2). (ii) The reciprocal particle scattering factor as a function of q2 exhibits only a slight upturn and otherwise shows the behaviour of a randomly branched polycondensate. The slight upturn is discussed as being caused by the finite volume of the monomeric unit. Possible reasons for the high exponent in the S2z versus MW dependence are briefly discussed.  相似文献

通过对管束壳侧循环流动沸腾传热的分析,提出了管束沸腾传热的薄层蒸发传热增强贡献的计算公式,建立了釜式再沸器壳侧循环流动与管束传热的分格模型,利用此模型,对管束传热系数及循环流速进行了模拟计算。验证结果表明,由本模型计算所得管束沸腾传热系数与实验结果吻合较好。  相似文献

根据实验样品的成分,制定一定的浮法成型的温度制度,采用自制小型石墨锡槽,模拟硼硅酸盐玻璃的浮法成型过程,用电子探针结合能谱仪,测试浮法硼硅酸盐玻璃在1250~650℃温度范围内不同温度段下表面渗锡的分布情况,研究硼硅酸盐玻璃不同于传统钠钙硅浮法玻璃的渗锡特点。研究结果表明,在特定的浮法工艺制度下,硼硅酸盐玻璃渗锡的深度达到40μm左右,并且高温段锡离子以纵向深度扩散为主,低温下锡离子主要在玻璃的近表面富集。在浮法成型的过程中,渗锡的分布曲线上会出现卫星峰,但是最终在出锡槽的温度下渗锡曲线是单调递减的。  相似文献

以硅树脂为基料,配合中空玻璃微球等填料,制备了有机硅热防护涂层;研究了填料的组合、添加量、规格以及溶剂体系等对有机硅热防护涂层热导率的影响。结果表明,采用表面经过处理的中空玻璃微球和气相法白炭黑A380的组合填料、中空玻璃微球的用量选择60份、并使用酮类溶剂和芳香类溶剂的混合溶剂制成的热防护涂层,其热导率≤0·1W/(m·K),密度≤0·55g/cm3,拉伸强度≥2·0MPa。  相似文献

Liquid dispersion in the radial direction was investigated in the riser of a viscous liquid-solid fluidized bed 0.102 m in diameter and 3.5 m in height. Pressure fluctuations in the riser were also measured and analyzed to examine the behavior of fluidized particles. Effects of liquid velocity (0.15-0.45 m/s), solid circulation rate (2-8 kg/m2s), particle size (1-3 mm), and liquid viscosity (0.96-38 mPas) on pressure fluctuations and the liquid radial dispersion coefficient were determined. The infinite space model was employed to obtain the radial dispersion coefficient from the radial concentration profiles of the tracer. The pressure fluctuations were analyzed by means of autocorrelation coefficient as well as power spectral density function. The dominant frequency obtained from the autocorrelation coefficient or power spectral density function of pressure fluctuations decreases with increasing liquid viscosity or liquid velocity, but it increases with increasing particle size. The liquid radial dispersion coefficient decreases with increasing liquid velocity or viscosity, but it increases as the solid circulation rate or particle size increases. The liquid radial dispersion coefficient is related closely to the resultant behavior of fluidized particles. The radial dispersion coefficient has been well correlated with operating variables in terms of dimensionless groups.  相似文献
