排气结构对导叶式旋风管分离性能的影响

通过对比实验测定了不同排气结构下导叶式旋风管的分离效率及压降,同时用智能型五孔球探针测试仪测定了不同排气结构的旋风管内流场分布,结合性能实验与流场测量的结果,研究了排气芯管内径及其结构型式对分离性能的影响,为旋风管结构优化和开发及其分离机理的研究提供了一定的实验基础。     

The Role of Acceptance and Job Control in Mental Health, Job Satisfaction, and Work Performance.

Acceptance, the willingness to experience thoughts, feelings, and physiological sensations without having to control them or let them determine one's actions, is a major individual determinant of mental health and behavioral effectiveness in a more recent theory of psychopathology. This 2-wave panel study examined the ability of acceptance also to explain mental health, job satisfaction, and performance in the work domain. The authors hypothesized that acceptance would predict these 3 outcomes 1 year later in a sample of customer service center workers in the United Kingdom (N = 412). Results indicated that acceptance predicted mental health and an objective measure of performance over and above job control, negative affectivity, and locus of control. These beneficial effects of having more job control were enhanced when people had higher levels of acceptance. The authors discuss the theoretical and practical relevance of this individual characteristic to occupational health and performance. 复合聚全氟乙丙烯材料的介电及高频击穿性能研究

在聚全氟乙丙烯(FEP)中添加 TiO_2和 Al_2O_3,通过热压成型的方法制备了 FEP/TiO_2复合材料和 FEP/Al_2O_3复合材料,研究了氧化物添加量对复合材料介电常数、介电损耗和高频击穿性能的影响。结果表明,随氧化物含量的增加,复合材料的介电常数和介电损耗均增加;在同一添加量下,TiO_2对复合体系的介电性能影响较大。FEP/TiO_2复合材料的高频击穿性能随 TiO_2含量的增加而下降,在 TiO_2含量为4.0%(质量分数,下同)时,复合材料的损伤阈值已降为 FEP 材料损伤阈值的48.9 %。而 FEP/Al_2O_3复合材料的高频击穿性能随 Al_2O_3含量的增加而升高,当 Al_2O_3含量为1.2%时,复合材料的损伤阈值已增大到 FEP 材料损伤阈值的2倍,达到313 J/m~2。     

高性能混凝土的尝试

针对普通混凝土耐久性差、寿命短等不足 ,结合实践试验 ,阐述了大掺量的粉煤灰制作高性能混凝土的试验方法 ,并对其试验效果进行了评析。指出了制作高性能混凝土的普遍可行性     

CHA无机凝胶体系的研究及应用

过去低渗油藏调剖，注入性和堵塞性很难统一，新研制的CHA无机凝胶体系是一种易注入、堵塞能力强的调剖剂，而且成胶时间在一定范围内可控。研究了配比、温度对CHA无机凝胶体系成胶时间的影响，成胶前的注入性，成胶后在高温高盐条件下的堵塞能力，得到了可应用于现场的CHA无机凝胶体系。该调剖剂在濮城油田沙三段和文卫结合部等高温、高盐低渗油藏应用后，取得了很好的效果。     

Task versus relationship conflict, team performance, and team member satisfaction: A meta-analysis.

This study provides a meta-analysis of research on the associations between relationship conflict, task conflict, team performance, and team member satisfaction. Consistent with past theorizing, results revealed strong and negative correlations between relationship conflict, team performance, and team member satisfaction. In contrast to what has been suggested in both academic research and introductory textbooks, however, results also revealed strong and negative (instead of the predicted positive) correlations between task conflict, team performance, and team member satisfaction. As predicted, conflict had stronger negative relations with team performance in highly complex (decision making, project, mixed) than in less complex (production) tasks. Finally, task conflict was less negatively related to team performance when task conflict and relationship conflict were weakly, rather than strongly, correlated. 液体酚型抗氧剂的制备及性能评定

以2，6-二叔丁基苯酚和丙烯酸酯为主要原料制备出一种液体酚型抗氧剂新产品羟基苯基丙酸酯化合物(LA0)。对制备的LAO的结构、组成及理化性能特别是抗氧化性能进行了分析评定。结果表明：LAO具有油溶性好、使用方便、特别是高温抗氧化能力强等优点，质量达到国外同类优质产品水平，并具有良好的环保性。     

提高摩托车用干荷电电池综合性能的研究

通过改进铅膏的配方及极板的独特处理工艺 ,提高了干电荷电摩托车电池的低温高率放电性能、充电接受能力和储存性能 ,完全可以满足国内外摩托车主机厂的各种要求。     

非均匀裂缝性油藏压力动态

在介绍具有连续基质颗粒大小分布和孔间表皮裂缝性油藏的不稳定压力分析模型的同时。提出了代表实际变化的裂缝密度和均匀性油藏的基质岩块大小分布概率密度函数，给出Laplace空间井筒压力解。该理论通过裂缝跨度变化拓宽了以前的双孔隙油藏模型，在不考虑孔间表皮的情况下，对非均匀裂缝性油藏压力动态进行了分析。
