新登煤矿三水平综放工作面瓦斯涌出量预测

通过采用分源法和矿山统计法相结合的预测方法,综合分析得出了三水平初期开采阶段工作面采用轻放工艺回采时的瓦斯涌出量,极大地指导了矿井下一步的瓦斯管理和安全生产.     

Strain rate sensitivity of tensile properties in high Nb containing TiAl alloys

The effect of strain rate on the yield strength of high Nb containing TiAl alloy was studied. The results show that the strain rate sensitivity varies with the test temperature, and the yield strength is not sensitive to the strain rate at room temperature but significantly sensitive to the strain rate at high temperature. An increase of the strain rate or a decrease of the temperature results in an obvious change of fracture mode. It is found that the strain rate sensitivity of this alloy varying with temperature is due to the dislocation climb generated at high temperature.     

New Rate Allocation Method for MPEG-4 FGS Video Streaming

A new rate allocation method for fine-granular scalability (FGS) coded bltstreams is presented in order to achieve smooth quality reconstruction of frames under channel conditions with a wide range of bandwidth variation and improve the average PSNR of the whole sequence. Based on a quality weighted bit allocation method, a sliding window rate allocation method is proposed for the first time so that the window can slide along the video sequence with a certain sliding step. Experimental results show that, under dynamic bandwidth conditions, the proposed method can simultaneously satisfy the requirements for improving average PSNR of the whole video sequence greatly and reducing the fluctuations between adjacent frames greatly.     

Dynamic grey model of verification cycle and lifecycle of measuring instrument and its application

Two dynamic grey models DGM (1, 1) for the verification cycle and the lifecycle of measuring instrument based on time sequence and frequency sequence were set up, according to the statistical feature of examination data and weighting method. By a specific case, i. e. vernier caliper, it is proved that the fit precision and forecast precision of the models are much higher, the cycles are obviously different under different working conditions, and the forecast result of the frequency sequence model is better than that of the time sequence model. Combining dynamic grey model and auto-manufacturing case the controlling and information subsystems of verification cycle and the lifecycle based on information integration, multi-sensor controlling and management controlling were given. Electroless copper plating process of N, N, N, N′-tetrakis (2-hydroxypropyl) ethylenediamine system with high plating rate

Electroless copper plating process of N, N, N′, N′-tetrakis (2-hydroxypropyl)ethylenediamine(THPED) chelating agent was researched comprehensively. The results indicate that plating rate decreases with the 3H2O has a bad effect on deposits quality, but 2, 2′-dipyridyl and PEG make deposits quality improve greatly. Low concentration of 2-mercaptobenzothiozole (2-MBT) increases plating rate and improves deposits quality, but decreases plating rate and worsens deposits quality when 2-MBT reaches 5 mg/L. The optimal conditions of this electroless MBT are 16.8 g/L, 16.0 mL/L, 13.3 g/L, 0.5 g/L, 5.0 mg/L and 2.0 mg/L, respectively, pH value is 12.75,bath temperature is 30 ℃. Plating rate reaches 9.54 μm/h plating for 30 min in the bath. The SEM images demonstrate that the surface of copper film is smooth and the crystal is fine.     

绝热毛细管流量数值计算

根据两相流动的均相流假设 ,建立了绝热毛细管分布参数的稳态数学模型 ,结合制冷工质HFC 134a基于MH状态方程的热力学性质计算模型 ,采用新的基团贡献法计算粘度 ,用熵增判据考虑壅塞流动的影响 ,对绝热毛细管流量进行数值模拟计算。对理论计算结果与相关文献的实验数据进行了比较。针对以HFC 134a为工质的制冷系统 ,编制了一套较为实用的绝热毛细管流量计算软件
