研究了在200 MPa应力下一级应变硬化F316奥氏体不锈钢在650℃、680℃和700℃的蠕变性能和蠕变断裂行为。结果表明: 在200 MPa 恒定应力下蠕变温度越高其蠕变寿命越短,稳态蠕变速率越大,由应力加载引起的瞬时应变越大。蠕变断裂方式主要为韧性断裂。蠕变孔洞主要分布在三叉晶界等脆弱部位,距离断口越远试样中孔洞的平均尺寸和孔洞面积百分比越小。在与断口距离相同的位置上,随着蠕变温度的提高蠕变孔洞的平均尺寸和面积百分比均明显增大。与未预应变的F316不锈钢相比,具有高密度孪晶的一级应变硬化F316不锈钢具有更大的蠕变抗力。分别基于Larson-Miller 参数法和θ参数法外推计算了350℃/200 MPa下的蠕变寿命,θ参数法的拟合曲线与实际蠕变曲线吻合得较好。根据Larson-Miller参数法和θ参数法,探讨了350℃/200 MPa下一级应变硬化F316奥氏体不锈钢长期服役蠕变可靠性。 相似文献

By increasing the density of interfaces in NiAl–CrMo in situ composites, the mechanical properties can be significantly improved compared to conventionally cast material. The refined microstructure is achieved by manufacturing through electron beam powder bed fusion (PBF-EB). By varying the process parameters, an equiaxed or columnar cell morphology can be obtained, exhibiting a plate-like or an interconnected network of the (Cr,Mo) reinforcement phase which is embedded in a NiAl matrix. The microstructure of the different cell morphologies is investigated in detail using scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscopy, and atom probe tomography. For both morphologies, the mechanical properties at elevated temperatures are analyzed by compression and creep experiments parallel and perpendicular to the building direction. In comparison to cast NiAl and NiAl–(Cr, Mo), the yield strength of the PBF-EB fabricated specimens is significantly improved at temperatures up to 1,027 °C. While the columnar morphology exhibits the best improved mechanical properties at high temperatures, the equiaxial morphology shows nearly ideal isotropic mechanical behavior, which is a substantial advantage over directionally solidified material. 相似文献

Implanted microchips can store users' medical, financial, and other personal information, and provide users with easy and quick access to various locations and items. While adopted for their convenience outside of the healthcare sector, these invasive, semi-permanent implantable devices create augmented bodies that can be subject to ubiquitous surveillance. Situating human microchip implantations within surveillance literature, we draw from neoliberal perspectives of surveillance to examine augmented bodies, particularly as sources for market activity and as subjects of social control and sorting when these bodies are used as access control mechanisms, payment methods, and tracking means in employment, residential, commercial, and transportation sectors. History has demonstrated time and time again how unfettered technology applications and uses have led to real and/or perceived misuse by private and public sectors. Through the lens of function creep, we identify a pattern of expansion of applications and uses of technology beyond those originally intended across new technologies, such as DNA genetic genealogy databases, IoT wearables, and COVID-19 contact tracing apps, and provide illustrative examples of function creep, particularly the use of these technologies in criminal investigations and prosecutions despite not being intended or marketed for such use. By demonstrating the lack of clearly defined boundaries in the applications and uses of various new technologies and their associated data, and the ways they were misused, we demonstrate how human microchip implantations are headed on a similar path. The current and potential future uses of this technology raise concerns about the absence of regulation, law, and policy barring or limiting its application and use in specific sectors, and the impact of this technology on users’ security, data protection, and privacy. Undeniably, the present and potential future functions, applications, uses, and extensions of human microchip implantations in various sectors warrant a proactive examination of their security, privacy, and data protection consequences and the implementation of proactive policies to regulate new and currently unregulated uses of this technology and its associated data within these sectors. 相似文献

Detailed finite element analyses were performed for a single edge-cracked specimen geometry under both plane stress and plane strain constraint for a superalloy material that obeys a power-law creep relationship. The objectives of these analyses were to elucidate the stationary creep crack-tip fields and to provide guidance for the experimental measurement of crack-tip deformations. New results demonstrate that, for both plane stress and plane strain, the angular variations in the creep strain fields do not agree with HRR-type predictions, although the radial variations are in agreement with HRR-type creep strain field predictions in a zone very near the crack tip. Thus, the use of experimental measurement of surface displacement and/or strain data for the location of HRR-type fields may not be possible, unless modifications to the existing HRR-type theory are made. It is also noted that the size of the stress-based HRR-dominance zone is only a fraction of the creep zone size in plane stress, and is very small (especially along =0°) compared to the creep zone size in plane strain. Furthermore, the dominance of the singular strain fields are at least two orders of magnitude smaller than the corresponding stress dominance zones. As such, unless the microstructural features of the material are smaller than the dimensions of the dominance zones, the basis for using stress or strain-based fracture parameters derived from the HRR-type fields for prediction of creep fracture initiation is unclear. 相似文献

分析了原位生成含钛复相陶瓷TiB2-TiC(TT),TiB2-TiCxN1-x(TTT)及TiB2-TiC-SiC(TTS)的高温蠕变性能和高温氧化行为,考察在恒定载荷不同温度下,材料挠度随时间的变化,探讨了其高温失效机理,并给出了材料抗三点弯曲高温蠕变方程-挠度/时间方程,结果表明,含钛复相陶瓷TT,TTT及TTS在1100℃时均出现较大的蠕变,因此,上述3种材料不宜在1100℃及以上的温度下使用,指出失效的原因之一是TiB2陶瓷在800℃时的高温氧化及1100℃时的高温热分解。 相似文献

为了研究垃圾土蠕变降解沉降特性,选取重庆市某垃圾场典型试样,基于室内蠕变观测试验得到蠕变降解沉降过程曲线(0~330 d),建立了符合其沉降变形特性的PTH计算模型,验证了该模型合理性,同时对沉降影响因素进行了详细分析。结果表明,因外部应力和内部蠕变降解引起的沉降总量可达试样高度的33.2%,渗滤液在前期的溢出量受外部荷载和有机物含量的控制;垃圾土中有机物的降解规律可用Richards 模型来表示,累计沉降量和累计渗滤液产量之间符合指数函数关系;有利于初期压缩变形和后期降解沉降的最优有机物含量区间为29.1%~36.47%;内部温度监测结果显示,20~41 ℃是一个可加快内部有机物降解速率的温度区间,且在41 ℃时作用最大。 相似文献

法向蠕变是岩石裂隙的重要力学性质之一.通过分析岩石裂隙法向蠕变机理、进行干燥及渗流情况下岩石裂隙法向蠕变试验,探讨了岩石裂隙的法向蠕变及渗流的影响.研究表明,对于粗糙岩石裂隙来说,瞬时有效应力总等于裂隙凸起的压缩强度,因而初始法向蠕变明显,而后随接触面增加,蠕变速率逐渐降低;渗流过程中,岩石裂隙法向蠕变更加明显,且初次加栽应力水平下岩石裂隙法向蠕变远大于后续加载应力水平;岩石裂隙法向蠕变不能决定岩石裂隙渗流能力的降低,水力冲蚀作用明显时,可能产生裂隙渗流能力随裂隙法向压缩而增大的情况;岩石裂隙的蠕变闭合与岩石裂隙面粗糙度有关,粗糙度越大,岩石裂隙蠕变闭合量越大.研究结果对岩石裂隙法向蠕变的数值模拟及工程实践有一定参考价值. 相似文献

运用改进西原蠕变模型,建立了能反映蠕变全过程的非线性粘弹塑性蠕变模型,结合渗流力学理论得出了平面应变情况下的流固耦合方程。通过算例数值计算对降雨条件下土质坡体特征点的水平和垂直位移进行了分析,结果与现场调查相符。计算结果表明,土质边坡在降雨入渗初期位移变化较大,且水平位移比垂直位移大;降雨入渗具有迟滞效应,雨水渗流主要集中在坡体浅层,加强坡面防护很关键。 相似文献

围海造陆形成的吹填土地基与天然形成地基的工程特性存在诸多差异,为了保证吹填土地基的长期稳定性和安全性,有必要揭示吹填土与天然土工程特性的差异。利用单向固结仪,开展了不同加荷方式下滨海典型软土和围海造陆吹填土的蠕变特性试验对比研究,得到了不同试验条件下土体的应变、应力和时间的关系,对比分析两种软弱土蠕变性状的差异和影响因素,同时给出次固结系数的变化规律。试验结果表明,分级加载下两种滨海软土均具有明显的非线性蠕变特性,高应力水平下经排水加固的吹填土最终变形量明显低于软黏土,而次固结变形较大;吹填土的一维固结蠕变特性受加荷比和试样高度影响,加荷比越大、高度越高土样最终蠕变量越大;次固结系数与加荷比和荷载等级有关,表现为次固结系数随荷载增大先增大后减小,峰值随加荷比增大而减小。 相似文献
