热处理工艺对冲击曲线的影响

通过ＳＡ５１５Ｇｒ．７０钢的不同温度正火和１３ＭｎＮｉＭｏＮｂＲ钢正火不同温度回火试样的示波冲击试验，研究了不同热处理工艺对冲击曲线的影响。     

Analysis of frictional energy dissipation on an annular surface with harmonic loading

Metallic mating surfaces in structural joints offer a good source of frictional energy dissipation resulting in a damped dynamic structural response. This paper reports the results of experiments where the energy dissipation per cycle occurring at a preloaded flat metallic annular interface subjected to cyclic tangential forces is measured. The effects of certain pertinent joint variables on this frictional energy dissipation are investigated by the application of Response Surface Methodology. A central composite rotatable design was utilized for developing empirical expressions for energy loss. The methodology presented suggests a useful technique for tribological research.     

小城镇建设中的通风与供热水一体化研究

针对小城镇建设过程中的通风节能问题进行了研究,提出了通风供热水一体化的系统方案.该方案利用廉价、清洁的太阳能解决小城镇通风与供热水的问题,系统具有经济性、环保性、实用性,也为国家节能利用方面提供了新思路,为建设节约型社会做出新贡献,为解决城镇建设的能源消耗提供新的解决方案.     

Energetics of Plastic Deformation of Metastable Austenitic Stainless Steel

The change in the internal energy during uniaxial tensile deformation of austenitic stainless steels EN 1.4301 (AISI 304) and EN 1.4318 (AISI 301LN) was determined by measuring the extent of γ→α'‐martensite transformation and the temperature increase of the samples. From the results the fraction of the stored energy of cold work and the free energy change related to the strain‐induced γ→α'‐martensite transformation were determined. The fraction of stored energy varied around 0.4. With the metastable steel grades the free energy change related to the γ→α'‐martensite transformation was found to vary between ‐98 MJ/m³ and ‐206 MJ/m³ depending on the austenite stability of the steel. Furthermore, the magnitude of the mechanical driving force was estimated by comparing the results with the free energy change of thermally induced transformation.

Performance Characteristics of a Drying Heat Pump Using Superheated Steam

A complete mathematicalhumerical model is proposed, in order to simulate the performance characteristics of a novel concept of a drying heat pump based on the theory of minimum energy cyclcs. The drying heat pump involvcs vapour condensation in a Lava1 nozzle. removal of the liquid phase in a supersonic separator as well as compression of the working medium. which is superheared vapour.     

Solar ponds in alkaline lake and oil well regions

Solar ponds are probably the simplest technology available for the useful conversion of solar energy. The basic technology is proven. Solar ponds have been shown to be technically feasible and economically viable for many applications, particularly for thermal use. The electrical conversion and use of solar energy via solar ponds is still questionable, in general, for economic viability. By putting the untapped sources together in the South Plains region, it looks promising economically both for thermal and electrical conversions and applications. There are a number of alkaline lake basins randomly scattered in the South Plains region of the U.S.A. In that area, there are thousands of crude oil producing wells that produce brine in abundance. The selection of suitable alkaline lake basins as a solar pond site and as depository sites of brine from oil wells and the using of this brine and salty water from alkaline lakes makes the solar pond economically viable for both thermal and electrical demands in the area.     

富Ag的Ag—Cu合金再结晶

用度测量、示差扫描量热（ＤＳＣ）、金相显微镜、透射电镜等技术研究了富Ａｇ的Ａｇ－Ｃｕ合金的再结晶。对合金再结晶温室随Ｃｕ含量的变化规律以及在相同变形量下，Ｃｕ含量对合金再结晶过程中冷加工储存能的释放的影响进行探索，并讨论了结果。     

环境湿度对贮存树脂的影响EI

通过对中温固化环氧树脂ＤＳＣ、扭辫分析、凝胶时间、粘度、力学性能的测定，固化反应活化能的计算，研究了在贮存树脂的过程中环境湿度对树脂的固化反应和性能的影响。     

三脉冲不等强度激光片光源的研制及应用

本文报道了最近研制成功三脉冲不等强度调Q红宝石激光片光源系统.利用小颗粒对片光源90°方向的散射光对动态颗粒场进行高速摄影,从底片中能够精确直观地判断微小颗粒的瞬时分布、运动方向、速度和加速度情况.
