华为科研中心底板工程中的防水设计与施工

介绍了低碱低掺量高效混凝土膨胀剂UEA-H和三元乙丙橡胶卷材在深圳华为科研中心地库底板防水工程中的联合应用。采取刚柔结合的设防体系,可防止结构混凝土开裂,达到无渗漏的质量要求。提出防水工程系统承包模式,并对UEA-H混凝土的作用进行了评价。

NON-EQUILIBRIUM STATIONARY STATE IN CHEMICAL REACTION OF SiO_2/Fe AT INTERFACE OF SLAG/METAL AND ITS STABILITY DURING ARC WELDING

For characteristics of open and far from thermodynamic equilibrium in welding chemical reaction, a new kind of quantitative method, which is used to analyze direction and extent for chemi- cal reaction of SiO_2/Fe during quasi-steady state period, is introduced with the concept of non-equilibrium stationary state. The main idea is based on thermodynamic driving forces, which result in non-zero thermodynamic fluxes and lead to chemical reaction far away from thermodynamic equilibrium. There exists certain dynamic equilibrium relationship between rates of diffusion fluxes in liquid phase of reactants or products and the rate equation of chemical reaction when welding is in quasi-steady state. As result of this, a group of non-linear equations containing concentrations of all substances at interface of slag/liquid-metal may be established. Moreover the stability of this non-equilibrium stationary state is discussed using dissipative structure theory and it is concluded theoretically that this non-equilibrium stationary state for welding chemical reaction is of stability.

通过对4块170mm厚预应力混凝土空心叠合板和8块120 mm厚预应力混凝土空心底板进行结构性能试验研究及对比分析,研究预应力混凝土空心叠合板的抗裂性及裂缝发展规律、挠度、承载力等结构性能,分析跨高比、配筋率等影响预应力混凝土空心叠合板破坏性质的主要因素.结果表明:与全预应力构件相比,叠合板的抗裂承载力不会因为现浇叠合...     

油罐内喷漆机器人位姿误差补偿的摄动建模与仿真

从摄动齐次变换出发,通过对机构各原始误差的小位移矢量进行合成,系统讨论了机器人手部的位姿误差。进一步通过将补偿摄动运动在各单自由度关节上的分配,建立了ＬＸＲ－Ⅱ型内喷式机器人的误差补偿模型。对系统补偿前后的位姿精度进行了仿真。     

Analysis on Thermal Current Field in Powertrain Cabin of Tracked Vehicles With Electric Transmission System Configuration-2

The electric transmission system congfiguration-2 is one of the main electric drives for tracked vehicles. The geometrical model for the power-train cabin is established and the preliminary design for its cooling system is implemented.The mathematic model is established for thermal current field computation, simulation and analysis in the powertrain cabin. The three-dimensional structure of the powertrain cabin is optimized. The validity of the cooling system design is proved. The foundation for optimizing the whole electric transmission system configuration is laid.

新安矿系我国大水矿区,煤矿水害严重威胁矿井安全生产。根据新安矿区地质及水文地质构造特征,对矿区煤矿床充水条件分析,明确奥灰水对底板突水危险性影响,并提出防治水建议,期待能对矿区煤矿生产起到参考的作用。
