三体磨料塑变磨损中磨粒运动方式的研究

对三体磨料磨损中磨粒的运动方式做了进一步的理论分析，基于三体磨料磨损中塑变疲劳磨损起主要作用，为突出塑变疲劳磨损的作用，选择圆形磨料进行研究，分析了圆整磨料在三体磨料磨损界面中滚动、滑动的判定，提出了相对滑动界面的判定。     

Microstructural change of ultrafine-grained aluminum during high-speed plastic deformation

Effect of strain rate on microstructural change in deformation of the ultrafine grained (UFG) aluminum produced by severe plastic deformation (SPD) was studied. Commercial purity 1100 aluminum sheets were highly strained up to an equivalent strain of 4.8 by the Accumulative Roll-Bonding (ARB) process at ambient temperature. The ARB-processed sheets were found to be filled with pancake-shaped ultrafine grains surrounded by high-angle grain boundaries. The ultrafine grains had a mean grain thickness of 200 nm and a mean grain length of 1100 nm. The ultrafine-grained aluminum sheets were deformed at various strain rates ranging from 2 to 6.0×10⁴ s⁻¹ by conventional rolling, ultra-high-speed rolling, and impact compression. High-speed plastic deformation generates a large amount of heat, inducing coarsening of the ultrafine grains during and after deformation. On the other hand, it was also suggested that high-speed plastic deformation is effective for grain-subdivision, in other words, ultra-grain refinement, if the effect of heat generation is extracted.

渫水皂市水利枢纽左岸上坝公路鹰嘴岩隧道围岩主要为Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ类围岩，地质条件复杂，成洞条件差。在隧道施工中，遵循“短进尺，弱爆破、少扰动、早支护”的原则，及时进行监控量测，采取有效的加固措施，取得了良好效果，确保了工程进度与安全。     

底支承对小口径反射镜镜面变形的影响

论述了运用有限元技术研究镜面变形的方法及分析底支承在不同口径，焦比、厚径比和相对支承半径时镜面变形的技术；在取得的相互关联的最大镜面变形数据基础上，研究了影响小口径反射镜底支承镜面变形的因素。     

Q195冷轧板材轧制困难原因分析

针对部分Q195冷轧板材存在轧制困难的现象，进行了现场检验与分析。带状组织、混晶现象严重导致变形强化系数偏高是造成轧制困难的主要原因。     

橡胶Mooney—Rivlin模型材料系数对轴向刚度影响分析

在橡胶小变形范围内，采用理论推断的方法，得到在相同硬度下橡胶Mooney—Rivlin模型材料系数由C2／C1决定的关系式。并采用ABAQUS有限元软件分析的方法，结合橡胶轴向刚度常规解，分析了C2／C1不同值对橡胶轴向刚度的影响进行，结果显示其影响呈现一定规律性。     

Excavation and support design of the Dicle–Kralkizi water tunnel: an overview

Tunneling projects have their uniqueness in terms of engineering problems. The expertise gained from analyzing these projects establishes a sound basis for future application. This paper conveys experiences gained during the construction and support of the design of the Dicle–Kralkizi water tunnel, Turkey. Tunnel stability problems including overbreaks and surface subsidence are evaluated. An analysis of the breakdowns, factors controlling advance rate and the overall performance of tunnel are covered. The accumulated information presented here is believed to be useful and reliable for a successful tunnel excavation in similar formations.     

Modelling of Al2O3 Powder Compaction with Hot Pressing in a Rigid Die

Computer modelling of hot pressing is provided. Kinetics are described for compaction during hot pressing in a rigid die, and the change in density distribution, irreversible solid phase strain accumulation, and equivalent stresses are studied by means of the finite element method. Shrinkage during the preparation of complex-shaped articles by hot pressing pure Al₂O₃ powder in a graphite die without a protective atmosphere and the physicomechanical properties of the finished article are studied. Calculated and experimental results agree satisfactorily.     

垂直定向液晶光阀及光电特性的研究

系统地讨论了排列相畸变模式液晶光阀结构，原理和制作，结合实际测试对其等效电路和电学匹配进行了分析，详细讨论了它的光电特性及相互关系，实测的液晶垂直排列方式工作的液晶光阀性能指标为，分辨率大于５０ｌｐ／ｍｍ，白光输入灵敏度为６．７７μＷ／ｃｍ＾２，响应时间为２００ｍｓ／３００ｍｓ，白光输出对比度为２００：１。
