45号钢二次枝晶臂间距与冷却速度的关系

本文利用可控平均冷却速度的单向凝固实验炉测定了４５号钢在不同平均冷却速度下的冷却曲线，由此得到其在凝固期间的平均冷却速度Ｒ，相应地测量了不同平均冷却速度下试样的二次枝晶臂间距Ｓ２，通过回归，得到了如下关系式：Ｓ２＝７２７Ｒ－０．４１，并将引式成功地应用于实际生产中。     

Moderate antioxidative efficiencies of flavonoids during peroxidation of methyl linoleate in homogeneous and micellar solutions

The relative reactivities as well as the stoichiometric coefficients for a number of flavonoids, catechols, and—for comparison—standard phenolic antioxidants were determined by analyzing the kinetics of oxygen consumption in organic and micellar systems, with peroxidation initiated by lipid- and water-soluble azo initiators. The results demonstrated that the flavonoids did not behave as classic phenolic antioxidants such as α-tocopherol, but showed only moderate chain-breaking activities. The results were in line with other structure-activity relationship studies on the importance of the B-ring catechol structure, the 2,3-double bond, and the 3,5-hydroxy groups. The data are discussed in view of possible explanations of the deviations flavonoids reveal in their behavior compared with regular phenolic antioxidants.     

Performance of absorption refrigeration cycle at maximum cooling rate

The influence of irreversibility of finite-rate heat transfer on the performance of an absorption refrigerator is investigated using an endoreversible cycle model with continuous flow. The cooling rate is adopted as an objective function for refrigerator optimization. The maximum cooling rate and the corresponding coefficient of performance are derived. The optimal performance with respect to heat transfer areas of the refrigerator is analysed. In addition, certain significant conclusions are reached.     

Measurement of the tunnel rate in SIS' tunnel junctions as function of bias voltage

Cryogenic detectors with superconducting tunnel junctions can provide an energy resolution improved by at least one order of magnitude compared with standard semiconductor detectors. While the detection principle was already demonstrated many years ago, the past years were dedicated to the transition from the laboratory sample to practical detectors. Our most favored detector design gives rise to tunnel junctions with electrodes of unequal energy gaps. In such hetero tunnel junctions bias conditions can be established which cause a negative signal current. We report the experimental verification of this effect, and we discuss the yield of charge signal of cryogenic detectors based upon superconducting tunnel junctions.     

一种新的带优先权控制的ATM交换结构

本文在Ｋｎｏｃｋｏｕｔ交换结构的基础上，探讨一种新的ＡＴＭ交换结构，使其本身带有优先权控制功能，以适应不同业务对信元丢失率及时延的不同要求。这种结构既能最大限度地有效利用系统资源，又能满足不同用户对业务质量的不同要求，并能降低交换结构复杂度。     

128kb／s电视电话系统中数码率缓存器的控制策略研究

本文探讨了电视电话／会议电视的Ｈ，２６１建议中低码率时（ｐ＝２）数码率缓存器的控制问题，提出一种既有宏观预分配又有微观分割的控制策略（简称ＧＡＬＳ），并用测试图像序列进行了计算机模拟。将本文方法与ＲＭ８中有关策略作了比较，实验结果表明图像的主观质量有所改善。     

建筑容积率对地价影响规律及修正方法研究

在分析建筑容积率对土地价格影响的作用机制和规律的基础上，针对目前土地估价工作中，容积率修正系数确定存在的问题，提出新的容积率修正思路和方法。     

Growth rate and surface microstructure in α(6H)–SiC thin films grown by chemical vapor deposition

Monocrystalline 6H-SiC thin films have been epitaxially grown on off-axis 6H-SiC {0001} substrates in the temperature range of 1623–1873 K via chemical vapor deposition. The growth rate was a strong function of the growth temperature and the reactant gas concentration. The activation energies for growth were 64 kJ/mole and 55 kJ/mole for the (0001) Si face and the (0001) C face, respectively. The concentration of growth pits in the films increased as a function of decreasing deposition temperature, increasing concentration of reactant gases and increasing off-axis orientation. Beta-SiC islands were also observed in the epilayers when the (SiH₄ + C₂H₄)/H₂ ratio was ≥2.5:3000.     

浅谈青钢“九五”发展思路

青钢应从我国钢铁工业的实际出发，在“九五”期间，遵循量力而行的原则，采取两步走的方法，于１９９８上和２０００年分别达到年产８３万ｔ和１１７万ｔ钢的综合生产能力。主要措施是：优化工艺结构，消除二次化铁炼钢；优化炼铁系统装备结构；推进炼钢技术进步，提高连铸比，并以市场为导向，优化产品结构。     

Pressure Behavior for Spherical Flow in a Reservoir of Non-Newtonian Power-Law Fluids

The pressure variations during polymer flooding of oil reservoirs for oil recovery projects can be used to analyze the flow in the reservoir which is especially useful for the partially perforated reservoirs. This paper presents a relationship between the viscosity and the shear rate which is similar to forms developed for radial flow (Odeh, A. S., Yang, H. T. ([1979]). SPEJ. AIME (Jun.) 155). The power-law viscosity model is used to give the variation of the fluid viscosity with the spherical radius for a mathematical model of unsteady spherical flow for non-Newtonian fluids with wellbore storage and skin. An analytical solution for the wellbore pressure responses derived in Laplace space is used to analyze the behavior characteristics at early and later times to interpret the well-test parameters. The pressure variations are similar to those for a Newtonian fluid at the early times, but at later times, the variation of the viscosity with the power-law exponent is important, so the pressure response differs from that for a Newtonian fluid. The solution has significance for interpreting well test parameters for non-Newtonian spherical flow.
