FAST MEASUREMENT OF ASH CONTENT IN COAL WASHING PLANT

The coal filter cake is a product of fine coal after floatation which has an ash content of 7-13%, water content of 30±2%, and a particle size of less than 1 mm. The ash content was measured by the intensity of the single backscattered gamma-ray, and its accuracy is mainly dependent on the energy of the gamma-ray. The 238Pu low energy photon source is selected in this work. The energy of its gamma-ray is 15 keV, which can result not only in the best sensitivity, but also in the lowest contribution to the environment radiation. The root mean square deviation of the ash measurement is±0.33% (±1σ).

Bag filters for TPP

Cleaning of TPP flue gases with bag filters capable of pulsed regeneration is examined. A new filtering element with a three-dimensional filtering material formed from a needle-broached cloth in which the filtration area, as compared with a conventional smooth bag, is increased by more than two times, is proposed. The design of a new FRMI type of modular filter is also proposed. A standard series of FRMI filters with a filtration area ranging from 800 to 16,000 m² is designed for an output more than 1 million m₃/h of with respect to cleaned gas. The new bag filter permits dry collection of sulfur oxides from waste gases at TPP operating on high-sulfur coals. Nonlinear suboptimal filtration of pseudorandom sequences

The critical importance of studies of alternative methods of representation and processing of signals constructed from pseudorandom sequences of maximal period is demonstrated. For the first time, it is proposed that a multidimensional nonlinear finite-difference representation of an arbitrary pseudorandom sequence be employed. A suboptimal algorithm for nonlinear discrete Kalman filtration of a pseudorandom sequence is obtained. A numerical example of filtration of a sequence formed on the basis of a given recurrence rule is considered and its efficiency is demonstrated.     

Author's reply to “Comments on ‘Performance evaluation of UKF-based nonlinear filtering”’

It is stated in the above-mentioned comment that the main result of the paper Xiong, Zhang, et al. [(2006). Performance evaluation of UKF-based nonlinear filtering. Automatica 42(2), 261-270] can be extended to a class of filters, such as the extended Kalman filter (EKF). As we show here, this belief can be justified in a rigorous way, even for the nonlinear stochastic system with a nonlinear measurement equation.     

拼接式彩色等离子体大屏幕显示驱动电路的研究

高频声表面波滤波器用单指换能器

报道两种带宽极窄的采用单指换能器制作的声表面波滤波器。一种是利用单指换能器声同步频率与反射频率之间的相位叠加与相消来制作的体积极小（芯片面积只有采用双指换能器的三分之一不到）的高频极窄带声表面波滤波器，其３ｄＢ带宽的相位变化只１２０°；另一种是采用合理布局的单指无内反射换能器制作的高频极布带声表面波滤波器，其幅频特性同采用双指换能器制作的同类型的声表面波滤波器一样。最后给出了这两种声表面波滤波器的较详细的理论分析和实验结果。关键词
