Recently, the fundamental problem with Hybrid Mobile Ad-hoc Networks (H-MANETs) is to find a suitable and secure way of balancing the load through Internet gateways. Moreover, the selection of the gateway and overload of the network results in packet loss and Delay (DL). For optimal performance, it is important to load balance between different gateways. As a result, a stable load balancing procedure is implemented, which selects gateways based on Fuzzy Logic (FL) and increases the efficiency of the network. In this case, since gateways are selected based on the number of nodes, the Energy Consumption (EC) was high. This paper presents a novel Node Quality-based Clustering Algorithm (NQCA) based on Fuzzy-Genetic for Cluster Head and Gateway Selection (FGCHGS). This algorithm combines NQCA with the Improved Weighted Clustering Algorithm (IWCA). The NQCA algorithm divides the network into clusters based upon node priority, transmission range, and neighbour fidelity. Twitter is a radiant platform with a quick and effective technique to analyze users’ perceptions of activities on social media. Many researchers and industry experts show their attention to Twitter sentiment analysis to recognize the stakeholder group. The sentiment analysis needs an advanced level of approaches including adoption to encompass data sentiment analysis and various machine learning tools. An assessment of sentiment analysis in multiple fields that affect their elevations among the people in real-time by using Naive Bayes and Support Vector Machine (SVM). This paper focused on analysing the distinguished sentiment techniques in tweets behaviour datasets for various spheres such as healthcare, behaviour estimation, etc. In addition, the results in this work explore and validate the statistical machine learning classifiers that provide the accuracy percentages attained in terms of positive, negative and neutral tweets. In this work, we obligated Twitter Application Programming Interface (API) account and programmed in python for sentiment analysis approach for the computational measure of user’s perceptions that extract a massive number of tweets and provide market value to the Twitter account proprietor. 为提升船载稳定平台的运动学性能,针对■并联机构的尺度参数优化问题,以机构的工作空间体积和全域力传递率为综合评价指标,采用小生境遗传算法优化得到稳定平台的最佳几何构形。具体地,采用数值法与解析法相结合的方式判断支链长度、关节转角、奇异位形等约束条件的生效情况,求解出并联稳定平台的工作空间;基于力雅可比矩阵逆矩阵的最小奇异值定义机构的局部力传递性能,以工作空间内局部力传递率的平均值作为全域力传递性能评价指标;以工作空间体积和全域力传递率的加权和为优化目标,采用小生境自适应遗传算法完成优化求解,获得最优尺度参数。与初始构形的性能对比分析表明,优化构形在力传递性能方面有35%的提升,具有更好的综合运动学性能。制作试验样机并完成相关实验,验证了所提尺度参数优化方法的有效性。最后探讨了多目标优化过程中不同的权重系数取值对优化结果的作用规律,发现选用均衡的权重可获得更佳的综合性能。 相似文献

This article focuses on designing sensor attacks to deteriorate the state estimation in cyber-physical systems. The scenario that the malicious attack signals can be injected into different but limited number of sensor communication channels is considered. The state estimation error variations and innovation variations are adopted to measure attack performance and attack stealthiness, respectively. A switching attack strategy is proposed, under which the estimation error variations are driven to the predesigned target value and the norm of innovation variations remains at a small level. The switching attack design problem is formulated as a discrete switched optimal control problem which can be solved by dynamic programming, while the computational burden is heavy. To overcome this difficulty, by using pruning technique to remove the redundant matrices generated in dynamic programming, the quadratic optimization problem becomes numerically tractable. In this way, the suboptimal attack signal sequence and switching sequence can be acquired. This paper studies coordinated scheduling of production and logistics for a large-scale closed-loop manufacturing system by integrating its manufacturing and recycling process. In addition to the forward manufacturing process, different recycling units in reverse recycling process are also studied. A decentralized network is designed to formulate the coordinated scheduling problem as a mixed integer programming model with both binary and integer variables. As the problem for closed-loop manufacturing is large-scale and computational-consuming in nature, the model is divided into integer variable sub-models and complex binary variable sub-models for preprocessing and reprocessing respectively. An iterative solution approach by Benders decomposition is developed to accelerate the solving efficiency in large-scale case by updating custom constraints. A case study is conducted to investigate the managerial implications of the decentralized network for the closed-loop manufacturing system. Computational experiments demonstrate the validity and efficiency of the proposed iterative solution approach for the large-scale scenarios. 相似文献

Optimising decisions around the location and operation of tower cranes can improve the workflow in construction projects. Traditionally, the location and allocation problems involved in tower crane operations in the literature have been solved separately from the assignment of material supply points to demand points and the scheduling of the crane’s activity sequence across supply and demand points on a construction site. To address the gap, this paper proposes a binary integer programming problem, where location of the tower crane, allocation of supply points to material-demanding regions, and routing of hook of the crane based on activity sequencing of the hook across supply and material-demanding regions on site are optimised. The novelty in this work is in the way the crane’s activity scheduling is modelled via mathematical programming, based on routing the hook movement to meet material demand, through minimising tower crane operating costs. A realistic case study is solved to assess the validity of the model. The model is contrasted with results obtained from other solving algorithms commonly adopted in the literature, along with a solution proposed by an experienced practitioner. Results indicate that all instances can be solved when compared to other meta-heuristics that fail to achieve an optimum solution. Compared to the solution proposed by the practitioner, the results of the proposed model achieve a 46% improvement in objective function value. Planners should optimise decisions related to the location of the crane, the crane’s hook movement to meet service requests, and supply points’ locations and assignment to material-demanding regions simultaneously for effective crane operations. 相似文献

Aimed at infinite horizon optimal control problems of discrete time-varying nonlinear systems, in this paper, a new iterative adaptive dynamic programming algorithm, which is the discrete-time time-varying policy iteration (DTTV) algorithm, is developed. The iterative control law is designed to update the iterative value function which approximates the index function of optimal performance. The admissibility of the iterative control law is analyzed. The results show that the iterative value function is non-increasingly convergent to the Bellman-equation optimal solution. To implement the algorithm, neural networks are employed and a new implementation structure is established, which avoids solving the generalized Bellman equation in each iteration. Finally, the optimal control laws for torsional pendulum and inverted pendulum systems are obtained by using the DTTV policy iteration algorithm, where the mass and pendulum bar length are permitted to be time-varying parameters. 使用人工势场法进行无人机路径规划时,往往存在目标不可达、运动轨迹迂回反复和路径长度过长等问题.传统的人工势场法不能根据环境具体信息对斥力系数进行调整,而现有的改进方法不能在自适应调整斥力系数的同时兼顾规划效果和规划时长.针对以上问题,提出了一种基于深度学习的无人机自适应斥力系数路径规划方法.首先通过融合遗传算法与人工势场法找出在特定环境下最合适的斥力系数样本集,其次利用该样本集训练残差神经网络,最后通过残差神经网络计算适应环境的斥力系数,进而使用人工势场法进行路径规划.仿真实验表明,该方法在一定程度上解决了人工势场法规划中目标不可达、运动轨迹迂回反复和路径长度过长等问题,规划效果和规划时长方面均有优异表现,能很好地满足无人机路径规划中对当前环境的自适应要求和快速规划的要求. 相似文献

为了进一步提高空气质量指数预测精度,提出一种混合遗传蚁群算法优化BP神经网络的方式对空气质量指数进行预测.首先初始化蚁群算法的信息素分布,对不满足适应度条件的进行遗传算法的交叉、变异操作,进而计算蚁群的状态转移概率和信息素浓度,当适应度值满足条件要求时,将寻优结果作为BP神经网络的最优权值和阈值,来改善单一BP神经网络的不足.最后通过运用西安市的空气质量指数日历史数据进行验证,实验表明,本文所提模型的各个评价指标相对其他对比模型误差更小,在预测精度方面具有更高的说服力,因此能够有效地预测空气质量指数. 相似文献
