嵌入式液压控制器的实现

嵌入式液压控制器是在国内某大型钢铁公司的技术改造中开发的。控制器硬件采用德国MEN公司的A12高性能单板计算机,软件使用了VxWorks嵌入式实时操作系统。本文给出了液压控制器的设计方案,并介绍了VxWorks下多任务和精确周期的实现方法。     

Calculations of the Elastic Scattering Properties of Ultra-cold Francium Isotopes

The calculations of the elastic scattering properties of ultra-cold francium isotopes are reported in detail. A parametric model potential for the triplet molecular states of the Fr₂ is represented, and the scattering lengths a_t and the effective range r_e are calculated using WKB and Numerov methods for Fr--Fr in the triplet state. The convergence of these scattering properties depending on a K⁰ parameter and core radius is also investigated using two methods: Quantum Defect Theory and analytical formula of Symskoviski.     

Two Modified Semicircle Control Charts for Detecting Process Improvement

A semicircle control chart can be used in detecting both increases and decreases in the mean and/or variance. In this paper, we propose two modified semicircle charts for detecting a reduction in the process variance, a.k.a. process improvement. Each of these modified semicircle charts, namely, SC1 and SC2 has two limits, defined by the inner and outer semicircles. A process improvement is detected by the SC1 scheme if a point is plotted inside the smallest semicircle, or if two successive points are plotted between the inner and outer semicircles and by the SC2 scheme if a point plots inside the smallest semicircle or if two of three successive points plot between the inner and outer semicircles. It will be shown that the two modified semicircle charts have superior average run length (ARL) performances to the basic semicircle chart in the detection of process improvement. The ARL study is conducted by means of a simulation.

建立液压系统信息模型的研究

所设计的液压系统信息模型将液压系统分作系统、元件和油口3个层次，以多层链表的方式将其连接起来，能简单地与液压系统一一对应。而使用液压系统信息模型的整个仿真系统也分为3层，以信息模型为核心，向上层映射为数学模型，向下层映射到数据库。研究结果表明：所采用的体系结构弹性足，构造灵活，不但能满足液压仿真的需要，而且对系统的扩展性、对多方应用间信息集成都有着良好的支持。     

适用于H.264视频解码器的VLD设计

设计了一种适合于H-264的变字长解码器，根据码流特点进行模块划分，减少硬件开销；采用并行结构解NAL包，解码效率高；采用了桶形移位器，进行并行解码，每个时钟解一个码字。采用Verilog语言进行设计、仿真，并通过了FPGA验证，可以在FPGA上实时解码标准清晰度的H．264视频。用0．18μm CMOS工艺库作综合，电路规模为1．6万门左右，最高频率能够达到150MHz。     

水力控制棒驱动系统失压工况的实验研究

利用200MW低温核供热堆水力控制棒驱动系统的1：1实验台架模拟系统失压况，进行控制棒步升，步降，开阀落棒及关泵开阀落棒实验，并与正常工况下的提棒，落棒的实验结果进行比较，实验结果表明：在系统失压工况下，控制棒能正常提棒，落棒系统失压工况下的弹棒，系统压力与压力壳压力具有瞬时跟随特性，未出现控制棒弹棒事故，对实验的失压速率和事故分析得到的失压速率进行了比较，验证了系统具有良好的安全性和可靠性。     

济钢1#高炉热风炉自动换炉系统

在高炉大修改造工程中,将原有热风炉手动换炉系统改造成为自动换炉电控系统,通过PLC采集温度、压力等信号,控制各阀门的开关来实现自动换炉,并解决了温度控制自动换炉过程中,检测温度波动较大,不易控制的问题。此技术的应用,实现了换炉自动化,降低了工人的劳动强度,可提高燃烧温度10℃,每年可节约焦碳860t。     

水利工程信息管理系统的开发

讨论了水利工程对应用软件的实际需求，并提供了用于开发和维护系统的数据字典，对于系统的诸如菜单和窗口等用户界面单元也作了介绍。
