A fuzzy reasoning and fuzzy-analytical hierarchy process based approach to the process of railway risk information: A railway risk management system

Risk management is becoming increasingly important for railway companies in order to safeguard their passengers and employees while improving safety and reducing maintenance costs. However, in many circumstances, the application of probabilistic risk analysis tools may not give satisfactory results because the risk data are incomplete or there is a high level of uncertainty involved in the risk data. This article presents the development of a risk management system for railway risk analysis using fuzzy reasoning approach and fuzzy analytical hierarchy decision making process. In the system, fuzzy reasoning approach (FRA) is employed to estimate the risk level of each hazardous event in terms of failure frequency, consequence severity and consequence probability. This allows imprecision or approximate information in the risk analysis process. Fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (fuzzy-AHP) technique is then incorporated into the risk model to use its advantage in determining the relative importance of the risk contributions so that the risk assessment can be progressed from hazardous event level to hazard group level and finally to railway system level. This risk assessment system can evaluate both qualitative and quantitative risk data and information associated with a railway system effectively and efficiently, which will provide railway risk analysts, managers and engineers with a method and tool to improve their safety management of railway systems and set safety standards. A case study on risk assessment of shunting at Hammersmith depot is used to illustrate the application of the proposed risk assessment system.     

LabVIEW应用环境下数据库存储性能测试

针对Access、SQL Server 2000以及LabVIEW自带的TDMS数据库进行了相关存储性能的测试.对前两种数据库分别采用LabSQL和数据库连接工具包所提供的算法进行了比较分析.     

一种改进的基于散列链的密钥分配方案*

密钥管理是无线传感器网络(WSN,Wireless Sensor Network)安全机制的基础。本文在基于散列链密钥分配方案的基础上,对密钥池组成、密钥预分配以及对偶密钥的建立方式等进行了改进。改进后的方案能够充分利用散列链的特点,提供更加安全的网络连通性和更强的网络抗毁性。理论分析和仿真结果均验证了改进方案的有效性。     

一种新型覆盖连通率计算方法

针对在能量受限的无线传感器网络中传感器节点在部署时必须满足一定覆盖率和连通率的问题,提出一个基于正方形区域的新型覆盖率、连通率计算方法,该方法能够描述网络覆盖率、连通率、部署节点的数量、节点感应(通信半径)和网络区域大小之间的关系,计算出在满足一定覆盖率、连通率所需要部署的节点的数量。模拟实验结果表明该理论值和模拟结果之间的误差较小。

简要介绍了微软ODBC数据库访问接口和利用VB语言在软件设 计中通过ADO数据访问对象、RDO数据访问对象及Windows系统注册表操作技术,实现程序自 动注册用户ODBC数据源的方法,解决了在数据管理软件安装过程中通过手动依次配置系统OD BC数据源的问题,同时也就在VB程序中如何在Windows系统注册表中建立自己的用户信息键 与键值的设置与读取作了实例讲解。     

利用演化神经网络研究有机污染物色谱保留值

利用分子连接性指数作为分子的描述性参数,定量刻画两类主要环境污染物的分子结构,通过演化神经网络分别建立了多环芳烃（PAH）和酚两类有机污染物的结构与色谱保留值之间的定量关系。计算过程中,采用留十法（Ieave-10-out）对所有化合物进行了计算,并将计算值与实验值进行了比较。     

The Term Vector Database: fast access to indexing terms for Web pages

We have built a database that provides term vector information for large numbers of pages (hundreds of millions). The basic operation of the database is to take URLs and return term vectors. Compared to computing vectors by downloading pages via HTTP, the Term Vector Database is several orders of magnitude faster, enabling a large class of applications that would be impractical without such a database. This paper describes the Term Vector Database in detail. It also reports on two applications built on top of the database. The first application is an optimization of connectivity-based topic distillation. The second application is a Web page classifier used to annotate results returned by a Web search engine.     

实时响应物联网中基于查询的数据转发方案

在许多基于传感器网络技术的物联网应用中,用户需要快速的查询响应,比如智能交通物联网应用中,行驶在路上的司机即时查询附近的空停车位信息.如何为此类物联网设计一种符合传感器网络特性(如能量有效等)的快速数据转发方案是一项重要的挑战性工作.已有的传感器网络实时数据转发协议大都因未解决好转发断路带来的额外开销、孤立节点处理耗时、难以适应网络拓扑动态变化等关键性问题而未取得理想的实时性效果.为此,该文提出一种新的基于查询的快速数据转发方案,利用查询消息为每个传感器节点建立最快速的数据转发路径(有向无环图),此外文中给出的综合路径代价模型可以均衡网络能量和减少网络拥塞延时,最后设计了贪婪的分布式数据转发算法及其改进算法,并用仿真实验验证了该方案的有效性和高效性.
