法规--化学品发展的瓶颈与机遇

介绍了近年来欧盟、日本、美国和中国化学品法规的变化，欧盟有关生物降解性的规定被扩展到包括所有种类和类型的清洁用表面活性剂；日本政府将修订《化学物质控制法》，生态毒理学评价手段和危害性评价概念将被更新；在中国，由中国洗涤用品工业协会牵头的“全国表面活性剂洗涤用品标准化技术委员会”即将成立。     

降雨量空间分布对山洪临界雨量的影响

山洪临界雨量是山洪灾害预报预警的重要基础,受降雨、土壤含水量以及下垫面的影响,其中降雨量空间分布是重要的影响因素之一。以湖北省崇阳县高堤河流域为例,采用HEC-HMS分布式水文模型计算设计洪水,试算法计算临界雨量,提出了降雨量空间分布系数,分析了降雨量空间分布系数与临界雨量的关系,探讨了降雨空间分布对临界雨量的影响。结果表明:当降雨从上游到下游逐渐减少时,达到相同成灾流量对应的临界雨量最大,暴雨中心在下游时临界雨量最小,说明降雨量空间分布对临界雨量影响显著。由分析可知,在山洪灾害预警实践中应根据实际的降雨空间分布对预警指标适当修正,对山洪进行动态雨量预警。     

核电工程项目调试工期的影响因素与优化

调试启动工作是核电工程项目进度控制中非常重要的环节,对整个工程的顺利投入运行有着重要的作用。如果调试工期过长,则会导致核电工程不能按期交付使用,从而对整个核电工程的进度造成影响。主要探讨了核电工程项目调试工期的影响因素和优化措施。     

数字城市框架下的水利资源管理系统研究

针对当前水利系统多以信息收集整理和资料汇总为主,可视化分析和决策支持功能不足,资源不易共享的现状,以地理信息系统技术为研究手段,以数字城市框架建设为依托,探讨并开发水利资源管理系统,集成电子地图查询浏览、水利基础地理信息管理、水利设施管理、地下水监测、水文分析和淹没分析等一系列功能,为城市水利信息现代化建设奠定基础。简要探讨了系统主要内容、总体架构、核心功能及应用效果。     

数字式电子调速器的研究

简述了电子调速器的产生和发展、优点以及应用的领域,电子调速器的四个组成部分：控制器、执行器、执行器驱动机构和传感器,各个组成部分的作用,不同调速系统采用的不同的执行器和传感器;分述了不同的控制策略：PID控制、模糊控制、模糊PID控制和模糊自适应PID控制,以及对调速系统的调速性能和稳定性的提高;不同系统采用的不同的建模和仿真方法,提出了现阶段电子调速技术存在的几个问题：控制算法的选择、控制器的处理能力和执行器的精度;今后发展的方向：引入智能控制算法、多CPU结构体系的采用、控制器的抗干扰以及专用执行器和传感器的开发和扩展更广阔的应用领域.     

Pharmacodynamics of some individual milkweed cardenolides fed to larvae of the monarch butterfly (Danaus plexippus L.)

Adult monarch butterflies,Danaus plexippus L. (Lepidoptera: Danaidae), store only some of the cardenolides present in the larval milkweed (Asclepiadaceae) host. Feeding known doses of individual cardenolides to 4th instar monarch larvae led to more efficient larval tissue incorporation at low doses than at high ones, and favored storage of cardenolide glycosides over genins. A qualitative regulation also occurs during larval feeding; calactin and calotropin were stored as such but uscharidin was rapidly converted to a mixture of calactin and calotropin which were the forms stored by the larvae. Two genins, uzarigenin and digitoxigenin, were stored by larvae as polar cardenolide metabolites.Research supported by National Science Foundation grants DEB 7514266 and DEB 7514266-AO2 (U.C. Controller design for nonlinear systems using the Contoured Robust Controller Bode plot

In this paper, we develop the Contoured Robust Controller Bode (CRCBode) plot and demonstrate its use in the design of robust controllers for nonlinear single‐input single‐output (SISO) systems. The CRCBode plot shows contours (level sets) of a robust performance quantity on the Bode magnitude and phase plots of the controller. An iterative frequency domain loop‐shaping design approach is employed to eliminate all intersections of the controller frequency response with certain ‘forbidden regions,’ indicating that a standard SISO robust stability and performance criterion is satisfied. Nonlinearities are accounted for by avoiding the maximum forbidden regions over a structured uncertainty set consisting of linearizations of the system dynamics about several operating points. We demonstrate this technique by designing and experimentally verifying a flow‐rate controller for a butterfly‐valve based liquid cooling system, which is robust to valve nonlinearities and flow disturbances. Finally, we compare this compensator with one generated using an automated H _∞ synthesis algorithm and discuss the advantages of the CRCBode approach. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

Estimation of Vehicle Speed Based on Wheel Speeds from ASR System in Four-Wheel Drive Vehicles

Three major methods currently in the use of determining vehicle speed based on wheel speeds,the minimum wheel speed,minimum wheel speed corrected by slope method and the Kalman filter method,are analyzed,with merits and defects of each approach stated. Through simulations,the Kalman filter method based on minimum wheel speed shows improved accuracy,in addition to better adaptivity to vehicle reference speed. It also can be used to acceleration ship regulation (ASR) in part-time four-wheel drive vehicles.     

Study on Steering Control Strategy for High-Speed Tracked Vehicle with Hydrostatic Drive

Steering control strategy for high-speed tracked vehicle with hydrostatic drive is designed based on analyzing the fundamental steering theories of the hydrostatic drive tracked vehicle. The strategy is completed by the cooperation between integrated steering control unit and pump & motor displacement controller. The steering simulation is conducted by using Simulink of Matlab. It is indicated that this steering control strategy can reduce the average vehicle speed automatically to achieve the drivers expected steering radius exactly in the case of ensuring not exceeding the system pressure threshold and no sideslip.     

集中供热系统适量供热调节技术

集中供热的采暖用户实行计量收费并且具有自调节能力以后,必须要有与用户调节相匹配的运行调节手段,才能实现系统的适量供热.结合集中供热常用的系统形式,分别分析用户、热网及热源在各种运行方式下的调节特性及节能潜力,得出室内系统变流量、循环水泵变转速运行时节能量最高,并给出循环水泵定转速运行及变转速运行下的控制系统方框图.最后指出,应该针对新型供热系统和旧有供热系统的特点,制定相应的整体综合调节策略,才能实现节能最佳.
