采用纯化学处理的方法,在NiTi形状记忆合金表面沉积羟基磷灰石膜层,探讨了在钙化初期引入电脉冲对膜层的影响,分析了钙化液组分浓度以及脉冲参数对膜层生长的响应规律。结果表明:含Ca2+3.10mmol/L,K+4.64 mmol/L,Na+126.8 mmol/L,Cl-144.5 mmol/L及HPO42-1.86 mmol/L,且呈弱碱性的钙化液最适合钙磷层的生长,采用此钙化液,经适当处理后,试样表面生成了疏松、多孔的钙磷层,经检测,钙磷层为羟基磷灰石和其它钙磷盐的混合物;电脉冲的引入可在一定程度上加速钙磷层的沉积,并提高羟基磷灰石膜的纯度。  相似文献

Bone tissue engineering tries to simulate natural behavior of hard tissues. This study aimed to produce scaffolds based on polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and hyaluronic acid (HA) with hydroxyapatite (HAp) incorporated in two different ways, by in situ synthesis and physical mixing of pre-prepared HAp. In situ synthesis resulted in calcium deficient form of HAp with lower crystallinity. The proliferation of human osteoblast-like cells MG-63 proved to be better in the scaffolds with in situ synthesized HAp compared to those with physically mixed pre-prepared HAp. For scaffolds with PVA/HA/HAp ratio 3:1:2, there was significantly higher initial adhesion (p = 0.0440), as well as the proliferation in the following days (p < 0.001). It seemed to be advantageous improve the properties of the scaffold by in situ synthesizing of HAp directly in the organic matrix.  相似文献

Magnesium (Mg) as a potential material for biodegradable implants is attractive due to its mechanical similarity to the bone tissue and nontoxic corrosion products. However, the rapid corrosion rate of bare magnesium is associated with hydrogen release, which may complicate the healing process. The corrosion rate may be reduced by suitable alloying, but concurrently the biocompatibility of such alloy might be deteriorated. Another way of reduction of the corrosion rate is coating. Hydroxyapatite (HA)-based coating is considered to improve biocompatibility as well as decrease the corrosion rate by the barrier effect. In this study, ultrathin (150 nm) HA and HA containing Sr coatings are deposited via pulsed electron ablation technique on pure Mg. The microstructure of the coating was assessed by scanning electron microscopy. Electrochemical methods were used to investigate the corrosion properties of prepared coatings. The materials covered by this layer were characterized by superior corrosion behavior, with corrosion rates of coated samples up to five times lower as compared with the uncoated ones. Such coating is the thinnest coating found in the literature sources.  相似文献

Hydroxyapatite (HAP) is the naturally occurring mineral form of calcium apatite and the most studied material as a bone substituent. Considering HAP's inherent properties, this study explored changes in HAP's characteristics from doping with other metals such as Fe. To form pure HAP and Fe-HAP with different amounts of Fe, we used the hydrothermal approach, and the composites that formed were thoroughly analyzed for their crystallinity, surface bonding, morphology, magnetic behavior, mechanical strength, biocompatibility, hemocompatibility, and in vitro cytotoxicity. The powder XRD studies confirmed the samples' crystallinity, and the lowest crystalline size was 19.7 nm in 10Fe-HAP. The FTIR analysis confirmed the formation of HAP by the hydroxyl, phosphate, and carbonate groups. The FESEM demonstrated that the morphology of the pure HAP was rod-shaped, which transformed into spheres after Fe doping. The EDS analysis confirmed the successful formation of HAP and Fe-HAP composites. The magnetic studies indicated the diamagnetic behavior of the pure HAP, while the Fe-doped HAPs had a superparamagnetic nature with saturation magnetizations (Ms) of 2Fe-HAP, 4Fe-HAP, and 10Fe-HAP at 0.0062, 0.0092, and 0.029 emu/g respectively. Assessment of the mechanical properties, biocompatibility, hemocompatibility, and cytotoxicity indicated that the Fe-doped HAPs were superior to the pure HAP, and among the Fe-HAPs, the 10Fe-HAP) had the highest amount of Fe and the best characteristics. The studies also indicated that Ca2+ interactions influenced the cells via HAP doping with that of Fe, equally increasing the physicochemical and biological properties.  相似文献

为有效回收大型水生植物发酵液中磷,选择挺水植物西伯利亚鸢尾(Iris sibirica L.)和圆币草(Hydrocotyle vulgaris)进行发酵试验,分析不同pH值下发酵液中磷回收的效率和纯度,探索羟基磷酸钙(hydroxyapatite,HAP)结晶法回收水生植物发酵液中磷酸盐的可能性。结果表明:西伯利亚鸢尾和圆币草发酵液中钙磷摩尔数比分别为2.7和10,镁磷比分别为1.4和1.6,适合采用HAP法回收磷酸盐。不同水生植物发酵液调节pH值回收磷曲线相似,在pH为8.5时西伯利亚鸢尾和圆币草发酵液磷酸盐回收率分别达到89%和91%,产生的羟基磷酸钙沉降性能良好。X射线荧光光谱分析分析结果表明pH为8.5时沉淀物中P2O5质量分数超过25%,羟基磷酸钙为主要成分。pH调节超过8.5后沉淀物中碳酸钙含量会随着pH上升而不断增加,影响羟基磷酸钙的纯度,因此,回收磷酸盐适合的pH值为8.5。  相似文献

采用微弧氧化法在含有乙酸钙、β-甘油磷酸钙、硝酸镧的电解液中在纯钛金属表面原位生成了多孔含La羟基磷灰石的生物涂层.用XRD、SEM、EDS、细胞培养等方法对膜层的厚度、物相、成分组成及生物相容性进行了研究.结果表明,膜层粗糙多孔,厚度在15μm左右,与钛基体之间无明显界面;膜层表面主要物相为含La的羟基磷灰石.细胞培养结果表明,膜层有良好的生物相容性.  相似文献

Hydroxyapatite and Cl -containing hydroxyapatite powders are prepared and characterized. Reversible substitution of CO2-3 for OH at the surface is presumed to be responsible for the sensor function. The role of Cl, which is necessary to realize the sensor function and is incorporated during soaking treatment, is considered as follows. It may reduce the strain caused by the incorporation of CO2-3 (which is larger than OH), and, hence, promote the reversible substitution reaction. This behavior is presumed because Cl -containing hydroxyapatite samples exhibit sensor characteristics typical of CO2 without any treatment.  相似文献

采用X射线衍射、傅立叶红外及扫描电子显微镜技术对生物活性玻璃(0B和1B)中硼元素对其模拟矿化能力的影响规律进行了研究.结果表明:在37℃下,经浓度为0.25 mol/L K2HPO4溶液浸泡10 d后,在两种生物活性玻璃表面形成了碳酸羟基磷灰石,其呈多孔网片状结构,并交叉堆积排列;1B玻璃生物矿化速率较快,所形成的碳酸羟基磷灰石的结构更加完整、堆积更为密集,B元素的加入有利于羟基磷灰石晶体的形核和长大.  相似文献
