为了解决在异构网络环境选择最佳的接入网络的问题,提出一种结合综合赋权的异构网络选择算法.在用户端采用层次分析法判断用户偏好,在网络端采用基于指标相关性的客观赋权法判断网络客观状态,结合基于离差极小化的综合赋权法得到最终权重,并运用理想值近似排序法进行网络排序,接入最佳网络.基于matlab的仿真结果表明:该方法能根据不同业务结合网络性能及用户需求,减少频繁切换,提高网络的选择结果的合理性和有效性. 相似文献

In this study, a seismically deficient three-column reinforced concrete bridge bent has been considered which was designed in the pre-1965. Several retrofitting provisions, namely carbon-fibre-reinforced plastics jacketing, steel jacketing, concrete jacketing, and engineered cementitious composites jacketing, have been considered in this study to enhance the seismic resistance and the performance of a gravity load-designed bridge bent under seismic forces. Performance evaluation and optimal selection of retrofit techniques have multi-level and multi-factor features and, therefore, are regarded as multiple criteria decision-making (MCDM) problem. MCDM methods are decision-support procedures, which are used when there are multiple decision-makers involved in the evaluation and comparison of a set of alternatives involving different evaluation criteria. This paper shows the application of such methodological framework for a performance-based seismic retrofit selection of a multi-column bridge bent. Here, different seismic retrofit strategies, reflecting common as well as innovative approaches, are adopted, and their seismic performances are compared by using the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution MCDM algorithm. Through rigorous analyses, a decision-making tool has been developed to identify the most effective retrofitting scheme considering its seismic performance alone. 相似文献

A lattice version of the Boltzmann kinetic equation for describing multi-phase flows in nano- and micro-corrugated devices
is reviewed. To this purpose, the Shan-Chen Lattice Boltzmann model [Phys. Rev. E 47, 1815 (1993)] for non-ideal fluids is extended to the case of confined geometries with hydrophobic properties on the wall.
This extended Shan-Chen method is applied for the simulation of the wetting/dewetting transition in the presence of nanoscopic
grooves etched on the boundaries. This approach permits to retain the essential supra-molecular details of fluid-solid interactions without surrendering -in fact boosting- the computational efficiency of continuum methods.
The method is first validated against the Molecular Dynamics (MD) results of Cottin-Bizonne et al. [Nature Mater. 2, 237 (2003)] and then applied to more complex geometries, hardly accessible to MD simulations. The resulting analysis confirms
that surface roughness and capillary effects can promote a sizeable reduction of the flow drag, with a substantial enhancement
of the mass flow rates and slip-lengths, which can reach up to the micrometric range for highly hydrophobic surfaces.

Ab initio density functional calculations are performed to investigate the ideal shear deformation of SiC polytypes (3C, 2H,
4H, and 6H). The deformation of the cubic and the hexagonal polytypes in small strain region can be well represented by the
elastic properties of component Si4C-tetrahedrons. The stacking pattern in the polytypes affects strain localization, which is correlated with the generalized
stacking fault energy profile of each shuffle-set plane, and the ideal shear strength. Compressive hydrostatic stress decreases
the ideal shear strength, which is in contrast with the behavior of metals.
