WC对铜基和镍基喷焊覆层材料耐气蚀性能的影响

在CuNiSiB,NiCrSiB自熔合金粉末中添加WC陶瓷颗粒，利用氧乙炔焰粉末喷焊工艺制备覆层材料，用超声波振动气蚀仪对覆层材料进行耐气蚀性能研究，用扫描电子显微镜对覆层材料表面气蚀破坏形貌进行观察，结果表明：复合覆层材料的耐气蚀能力比基体强；提高CuNiSiB覆层材料耐气蚀能力的途径是强化晶界，还探讨了覆层材料的气蚀破坏机理。     

An IR study on ion-specific and solvent-specific swelling of poly(N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone) gel

Swelling degrees of poly(N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone) (PVP) gel were measured in aqueous salt solutions and in water/organic solvent mixtures to find marked ion- and solvent-specificities. In order to investigate any correlation of those specificities with hydration or solvation of PVP, IR spectra band of the CO group was monitored by means of ATR method both for PVP gel and the relevant solution systems. Dependence of the peak frequency on the swelling ratio suggested that hydration of PVP carbonyl group in deswollen gel systems is different from that in the corresponding solution systems. In the solution systems, PVP carbonyl band showed a high-wavenumber shift for deswollen systems, which can be well correlated with changes in water proton charge through ionic hydration and with Gutmann's acceptor number of organic solvents. In the deswollen gel systems, the CO band showed a low-wavenumber shift, suggesting a strong hydration or doubly hydrated state. This unexpected behavior was interpreted by assuming an intermolecular hydrogen bond of two carbonyl groups intermediated by water molecules.     

车号定位识别与可信度估计

以车号的定位与识别为例，应用行投影法对车号图片进行倾斜行定位，证明了模拟与场景的二维互相关系数近拟等于一维投影互相关系数，在此基础上提列投影法快速行扫描识别算法及相应的可信度估计方法，这种方法对于室外拍摄的有复杂背景，光照变化，字体微倾，字符排列疏密不均及噪声干扰的车牌图像具有很好的识别效果。     

烷基化原料预加氢工艺应用分析

由于来自催化裂化装置的烷基化原料中所含有的丁二烯在烷基化反应中可生成重质油,使产品干点上升,辛烷值下降,并使酸耗增加.针对这种状况,齐鲁石化公司研究院和胜利炼油厂联合开发了QSH-01烷基化原料预加氢催化剂及其相应的工艺技术,来脱除原料中丁二烯.笔者对该工艺技术及其应用作了阐述,并对该技术的应用前景作出分析.     

YAG：Ce Phosphors for WLED via Nano-Pesudoboehmite Sol-Gel Route

The sub-micron sized YAG ： Ce phosphors were synthesized via a modified sol-gel method by peptizing nano-pesudoboehmite particulate. It is found that YAG phase from the dried gel powders appears at 1000 ℃ then the pure YAG phase exists at a relatively lower sintering temperature of 1400 ℃. The smaller sizes of phosphors in the ranges of 1 - 3 μm are obtained due to the contribution of seeding effects of nano-sized alumina particles to strengthen each step of the processes. Both the excitation and emission spectra of photoluminescence of the phosphor obtained at 1400 ℃ meet well with the spectroscopic requirements of the WLED phosphors.     

在线近红外光谱分析仪在汽油自动调合系统中的应用

在线近红外光谱分析仪可以实时测定汽油调合组分及成品油的多种物化性质指标如烯烃、芳烃、苯及氧化物含量、辛烷值（RON、MON）、馏程、蒸气压等。文章介绍了用于汽油自动调舍工艺中的在线近红外光谱分析仪的原理、系统组成和特点，以及在国内外的汽油调合优化控制中的实际应用情况。典型的应用实例表明，将该分析仪用于汽油自动调合工艺中，可为炼油厂带来可观的经济效益和社会效益。     

结构陶瓷的空蚀性研究

利用转盘装置测量了ZrO2、Si3N4和Al2O3／Ti(NC)等陶瓷材料受到水的空蚀破坏的体积损失,通过SEM观察和XRD分析,探讨了微观结构和抗空蚀性能的关系。     

THE TENSILE STRENGTH OF WATER IN DEPRESSION TANK

This paper presents the data of tensile strength of water in depression tank whichwere measured by small venturi during cavitation investigation of a series of real project models.These measurements show that in depression tank water has slight tensile strength in case of highvacuum.But it influences the incipient cavitation number.In tests we also studied the influenceof tensile strength on scale effect of cavitation models.     

冷却排管的节能设计

Two- or three-stage least squares?

Two elements enter the choice between 2 and 3SLS for full-system estimation: statistical efficiency and computational cost. 2SLS always has the computational edge, but 3SLS can be more efficient, a relative advantage that increases with the strength of the interrelations among the error terms. A measure of these interrelations is thus helpful in making the choice, and, when there are only two equations, this has suggested using a high pairwise error correlation as an indicator of when to use 3SLS. In larger systems of equations, however, these pairwise correlations can remain small even though more general interrelations give 3SLS the relative advantage.
