In-situ composite Cu-Cr contact cables with high strength and high conductivity

In order to develop a new type of contact cable with high strength and high electrical conductivity, Cu-Cr alloy series were selected as materials and Cu-Cr alloy castings were produced by means of directional solidification continuous casting (DSCC) process. The results show that the fibrillar strengthening phase, 13-Cr, orderly arranges among the copper matrix phase along the wire direction; and a microstructure of in-situ composite forms, which retains the basic property of good conductivity of the copper matrix and meanwhile obtains the strengthening effect of [3-Cr phase. The production technology as well as the mechanical property, electrical property, and synthetic property of the in-situ composite contact cables was discussed.

分析研究了连续铸轧坯料的合金成分，冶金组织和热处理工艺对啤酒标用铝箔力学性能的影响，选定成形性优良的合金系列，并优化铸轧工艺和热处理工艺是提高铝箔力学性能的关键。     

建筑墙体表面传热系数辨识研究

对实验房间南向墙体内表面中心区域的换热过程进行实验，发现当风速在0－5．5m/s之间时，表面传热系数在8－18W（m^2.K）之间波动，而风向对墙体表面传热系数影响不大；用辅助变量法分析墙体表面传热过程，并结合实验推导出墙体表面传热系数。模型的预测结果与实测结果吻合良好。     

三峡地下电站变顶高尾水洞水动力特性

在国内首次应用模型水轮发电机组对三峡地下电站变顶高尾水洞方案进行水力过渡过程试验研究。对水轮机导叶实行分段关闭 ,并求出了二段关闭的最佳拐点 ,试验证实了二段关闭对减小尾水管进口的负压和机组转速上升有明显的作用。通过有关水力参数的测试 ,认为变顶高尾水洞可以满足各项技术要求 ,是一个减少山体开挖、节省投资的新型设计方案。在地下电站中具有广泛的应用前景     

Development of an Enzymic Time Temperature Integrator for Sterilization Processes Based on Bacillus licheniformis α-amylase at Reduced Water Content

ABSTRACT: The thermal stability of Bacillus licheniformis α-amylase at low moisture content was studied, based on isothermal experiments performed in a temperature range 113 to 125 °C. The thermal inactivation was monitored by measuring the decrease in thermal denaturation enthalpy and/or the decrease in enzymic activity on pnitrophenyl-α-D-maltoheptaoside, or on starch as a substrate. Based on enthalpy readings, an enzymic system with a z-value of 10.4 °C was observed when using a relative humidity of 81% at 4 °C. A theoretical study showed that this system could be used as a Time Temperature Integrator (TTI) to monitor the safety of sterilization processes of numerous food products.     

Poly(butylene terephthalate)–clay nanocomposites prepared by melt intercalation: morphology and thermomechanical properties

Nanocomposites based on poly(butylene terephthalate) (PBT) and an organoclay (Cloisite 30B) were prepared by melt blending using a twin‐screw extruder. Two kinds of PBTs, ie PBT‐A and PBT‐B, with different inherent viscosities (η_inh), were used for this study (η_inh of PBT‐A and PBT‐B were 0.74 and 1.48, respectively). Dispersion of the clay layers in the PBT nanocomposites was characterized by using X‐ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Tensile and dynamic mechanical properties and non‐isothermal crystallization temperatures of the nanocomposites were also examined. Nanocomposites based on the higher‐viscosity PBT (PBT‐B) showed a higher degree of exfoliation of the clay and a higher reinforcing effect when compared to the composites based on the lower‐viscosity PBT (PBT‐A). The clay nanolayers dispersed in PBT matrices lead to increases in the non‐isothermal crystallization temperatures of the PBTs, with such increases being more significant for the PBT‐B nanocomposites than for the PBT‐A nanoocomposites.
