磷酸酯类离子液体在燃油深度脱硫中的应用

研究了3种磷酸酯类离子液体,即1,3-二甲基咪唑磷酸二甲酯盐([MM im]DM P)、1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑磷酸二乙酯盐([EM im]DEP)和1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑磷酸二丁酯盐([BM im]DBP)的制备过程,考察了这3种磷酸酯类离子液体对模型油中3-甲基噻吩、苯并噻吩和二苯并噻吩的脱除效果及磷酸酯类离子液体的电化学再生方法。实验结果表明,这3种磷酸酯类离子液体的脱硫能力强弱顺序为:[EM im]DEP>[BM im]DBP[MM im]DM P;且对二苯并噻吩的脱除效果最好,对苯并噻吩的脱除效果次之,对3-甲基噻吩的脱除效果较差。以[EM im]DEP为萃取剂,油剂质量比为1∶1时,经5次萃取后,二苯并噻吩的脱除率可达到99.5%。利用电解法对[EM im]DEP进行了再生,在5~10V电压下电解10h,[EM im]DEP的脱硫率可以达到新鲜[EM im]DEP的90%以上。     

基于MODBUS协议的激光雕刻切割系统HMI人机交互设备

近年来,国内激光雕刻切割控制器技术发展迅速,基于PC的传统控制器已相当成熟.为了显著提高工业生产效率,适应工业生产规模扩张的需要以及工业对系统稳定性要求的提高,目前国内几家专业运动控制器厂家已经实现了激光雕刻切割控制器的完全脱机运行.本文针对脱机控制器的需要设计一款人机交互设备,该设备采用AT89C55WD单片机为主控制器,采用标准的MODBUS协议实现HMI与脱机控制器的可靠通讯.     

脉冲液体射流泵时均值基本方程中的流速系数

运用非恒定的动量方程和时均值计算方法,对脉冲液体射流泵时均值基本方程中的流速系数进行了理论研究,推导出了喉管和喉管进口段流速系数φ2和φ5的计算式。通过与恒定射流的流速系数计算式对比,阐明了脉冲频率是影响φ2和φ5的主要因素,沟通了脉冲射流与恒定射流流速系数之间的关系。     

基于电源、地桥的电源网络布线后优化

随着集成电路规模的不断增大,电源网络的重要性日趋显著,电源网络的分布直接影响芯片的电压降(IR-drop)。一种布线后通过在空闲处插入电源桥和地桥的方法,可以在不增加芯片面积的情况下,改善IR-drop效应。实验结果表明在芯片布局利用率不高的情况下(70~75%),该方法可以使IR-drop得到明显的优化。     

Topology optimization of trusses using genetic algorithm,force method and graph theory

In this article size/topology optimization of trusses is performed using a genetic algorithm (GA), the force method and some concepts of graph theory. One of the main difficulties with optimization with a GA is that the parameters involved are not completely known and the number of operations needed is often quite high. Application of some concepts of the force method, together with theory of graphs, make the generation of a suitable initial population well‐matched with critical paths for the transformation of internal forces feasible. In the process of optimization generated topologically unstable trusses are identified without any matrix manipulation and highly penalized. Identifying a suitable range for the cross‐section of each member for the ground structure in the list of profiles, the length of the substrings representing the cross‐sectional design variables are reduced. Using a contraction algorithm, the length of the strings is further reduced and a GA is performed in a smaller domain of design space. The above process is accompanied by efficient methods for selection, and by using a suitable penalty function in order to reduce the number of numerical operations and to increase the speed of the optimization toward a global optimum. 厚膜永磁阵列微致动器的磁路研究

研究了厚膜永磁阵列微致动器中的磁场分布，并研究了永磁阵列单元几何尺寸对微致动器电磁力的影响。结果表明，厚膜永磁阵列单元高宽比和磁体单元间隔对微致动器电磁力影响较大磁徕单元高宽比为0．7是一个比较合适的尺寸。     

Anthocyanin composition of the red wine Babić affected by maceration treatment

Identification of anthocyanins in the wine made of the Croatian autochthonous grape variety of Babić (Vitis vinifera L.) was carried out and their profile was determined by means of high-performance liquid chromatography with diode array and mass spectrometric detection. Dependence of anthocyanins content and profile on maceration treatment conditions was investigated. Statistically significant differences of anthocyanins concentration in wines Babić produced by various maceration treatments were confirmed by the use of multivariate analysis of variances. The investigation results indicated that the maceration temperature exerts higher influence on anthocyanins concentration than the duration of maceration. In addition, on the basis of anthocyanin composition and using different multivariate statistical analyses, differentiation of wines Babić according to maceration treatments was procured.

聚合物分散液晶(PMMA:5CB:C60)光折变特性的实验研究

用溶致相分离方法制备了3种不同组分的聚合物分散液晶薄膜(PMMA：5CB：C60)，C60作为敏化剂。利用二波耦合实验测量了不同样品的衍射效率和响应时间等光折变特性，实验发现，液晶含量不同的薄膜光学性质有很大的不同。     

Thermodynamic and Transport Properties of Liquid HFC-227ea

The thermal conductivity and heat capacity of liquid 1,1,1,2,3,3,3-hepta-fluoropropane (HFC-227ea) have been studied by a high-frequency thermal-wave method over the temperature range of 294 to 345 K at pressures up to 2.8 MPa. The purity of the samples used throughout the measurements is 99.99 mol%. The experimental uncertainties of the thermal conductivity and heat capacity measurements were estimated to be within ±1.5 and ±2%, respectively. The thermal conductivity of HFC-227ea in the liquid phase decreases as temperature increases, while the pressure has an opposite effect.
