An analysis of the exponential stability of linear stochastic neutral delay systems

This paper is concerned with the analysis of the mean square exponential stability and the almost sure exponential stability of linear stochastic neutral delay systems. A general stability result on the mean square and almost sure exponential stability of such systems is established. Based on this stability result, the delay partitioning technique is adopted to obtain a delay‐dependent stability condition in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). In obtaining these LMIs, some basic rules of the Ito calculus are also utilized to introduce slack matrices so as to further reduce conservatism. Some numerical examples borrowed from the literature are used to show that, as the number of the partitioning intervals increases, the allowable delay determined by the proposed LMI condition approaches h_max, the maximal allowable delay for the stability of the considered system, indicating the effectiveness of the proposed stability analysis. Heuristic Dynamic Programming Using Echo State Network For Multivariable Tracking Control Of Wastewater Treatment Process

This paper proposes a heuristic dynamic programming (HDP) scheme to simultaneously control the dissolved oxygen concentration and the nitrate level in wastewater treatment processes (WWTP). Unlike traditional HDP schemes, the optimal control values are calculated in an analytical way by the proposed HDP controller. It can reduce the learning burden of the HDP controller to a great extent. The system model and the evaluation index J are approximated by two echo state networks (ESNs). Gradient‐based learning algorithms are employed to train both ESNs online, and the convergence of the training algorithm is investigated based on Lyapunov theory. The performance of the proposed ESN‐based HDP (E‐HDP) controller is tested and evaluated on a WWTP benchmark. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed approach can achieve effective performance.     

煤矿物联网应用水平评估

依据物联网标准体系,构建了煤矿物联网应用水平的评价指标体系,利用模糊综合评价方法给出了煤矿物联网应用水准指标体系评价模型;以某煤矿物联网建设情况为例,对评价模型进行了验证分析。分析结果表明,该评价模型能客观地反映出煤矿物联网建设的现实情况和不足之处,可为煤炭企业制定物联网发展战略提供参考。     

基于状态指标的更新决策方法研究

针对设备在实际运行和执行任务时经常涉及到维修、更新报废等管理活动缺乏定量模型支撑的问题,提出了利用典型部件的预测寿命和非典型部件的历史寿命对设备系统级的健康状态进行综合评估的方法,建立了一种以状态指标为决策序列的动态规划更新决策方法;该方法能综合考虑维修费用和更新费用,确定最优更新决策,降低保障费用,有效地提高了设备的经济效益;最后经过案例分析证明了该方法的有效性,对于提高设备的保障能力和经济效益提供了理论支撑和方法指导.

Abstract

Inter-play, an on-line index to plays in collections, anthologies and periodicals, provides easy access to the locations of printed plays by making citations for the location(s) of each play searchable by author and/or title. The process of converting the original card file play index into an electronic database available on the World Wide Web is described. The index has been designed to provide easy access to and broad coverage of available plays. New titles are added to the file on a regular basis, placing this Web publication squarely in the electronic journal arena.     

On stability delay bounds of simple input-delayed linear and non-linear systems: Computational results

This paper deals with the problem of delay size stability analysis of single input-delayed linear and nonlinear systems. Conventional reduction, reduction linked by sliding mode, and linear memoryless control approaches are used for simple input-delayed systems to obtain the stability conditions. Several first order examples are investigated systematically to demonstrate the capabilities and limitations of the advanced stability analysis techniques including Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals, Newton-Leibniz formula, and a newly addressed Lagrange mean value theorem. Numerical comparative results show the usefulness and effectiveness of the advanced delay size analysis techniques proposed in this paper.     

超差特征量指标集约束下PID调节器的满意优化

针对一类具有目的域的控制系统,提出将一组由滞留时间、超差时间以及随机穿越周期时间等构成的超差特征量指标纳入满意PID调节器的目标函数集中进行研究。将PID调节器的参数设计转化为局部状态反馈问题,推导出带状目的域下超差特征量指标的解析表达式,并分析了其与稳定裕度、动态误差系数以及稳态输出方差指标之间的相容性;当上述指标相容时,给出了一种利用双群体机制下的差分进化算法和内点法相结合对PID调节器参数进行优化求解的策略;数值算例表明了所提方法的有效性。     

PECVD淀积SiO_2薄膜工艺研究

研究了等离子增强化学气相淀积（PECVD）制备非晶SiO2薄膜的工艺。系统地研究了反应气体流量比、射频功率、淀积腔内压强、淀积时间等工艺条件对SiO2薄膜质量的影响,采用椭偏仪测量了不同工艺条件下淀积的SiO2薄膜的厚度和折射率。根据以上测试结果分析了各工艺参数对SiO2薄膜淀积速率、折射率以及均匀性的影响规律,并定性讨论了其机理。找到了比较合适的制备高均匀性和典型折射率SiO2薄膜的工艺参数。     

基于特征参数归一化的鲁棒语音识别方法综述

目前,自动语音识别系统往往会因为环境中复杂因素的影响,造成训练环境和测试环境存在不匹配现象,使得识别系统性能大幅度下降,极大地限制了语音识别技术的应用范围。近年来,很多鲁棒语音识别技术成功地被提出,这些技术的目标都是相同的,主要是提高系统的鲁棒性,进而提高识别率。其中,基于特征的归一化技术简单而有效,常常被作为鲁棒语音识别的首选方法,它主要是通过对特征向量的统计属性、累积密度函数或功率谱的归一化来补偿环境不匹配产生的影响。该文主要对目前主流的归一化方法进行介绍,其中包括倒谱矩归一化方法、直方图均衡化方法以及调频谱归一化方法等。
