New developments in speciality polymers: polymeric stabilizers

Many new speciality polymers have been developed in the last few years. In this paper polymeric stabilizers (antioxidants, flame retardants and ultraviolet stabilizers) will be discussed. Polymeric antioxidants of the hindered-phenol type, copolymers of 2,6-ditertiarybutyl-4-vinyl(or isopropenyl)phenol with styrene, methyl methacrylate, or more importantly butadiene or isoprene have been prepared; hydrogenation of the latter copolymers gave copolymers of the two polymerizable phenolic antioxidants with ethylene or ethylene/propylene. The polymeric antioxidants have been blended with diene polymers and selected polyolefins and have improved the long-term oxidative stability of these polymers. Polymeric flame retardants have been prepared by copolymerizing styrene and/or acrylonitrile with acrylates and methacrylates of aliphatic bromine-containing alcohols or bromine-containing phenols. Polymers with polymer-bound flame retardants have a higher limiting oxygen index compared with the original polymer. A new class of polymerizable ultraviolet stabilizers has also been developed; these stabilizers are styryl, α-methylstyryl, acryloyl and methacryloyl derivatives of 2(2-hydroxyphenyl)2H-benzotriazoles. These monomers have been copolymerized with styrene, acrylates and methacrylates. 2(2-Hydroxyphenyl)2H-benzotriazoles substituted in the 4 position of the benzotriazole ring with hydroxyl, acetoxy or carboxyl groups suitable for incorporation into polyesters, polycarbonates, polyamides and epoxy resins have also been synthesized. All 2(2-hydroxyphenyl)2H-benzotriazole ultraviolet absorbers and the polymers into which they are incorporated have high light absorbency with γ_max between 330 and 350 nm and extinction coefficients in some cases as high as 4.5 × 10⁴ 1 mol^?1 cm^?1.     

BP网络过拟合问题研究及应用

通过类比信息传递过程中的一般测不准关系式,研究BP网络出现过拟合现象时,代表网络学习能力的权值改变量与反映网络推广能力的未参与训练的检验样本的辨识误差之间的关系.在该关系式中引入一个过拟合参数P,通过对岷江流域紫坪埔站的流量预报,说明在判断网络是否出现过拟合现象时,计算过拟合参数P是一种有研究意义的参考.     

丙烯酸高碳醇酯的合成

介绍了降凝剂中间体丙烯酸高碳醇酯的合成和产品分离提纯方法。考察了合成条件对酯化反应的影响，结果表明，在原料丙烯酸与十八醇摩尔比1．2：1，阻聚剂对苯二酚用量占原料总量1．5％，催化剂对甲苯磺酸用量占原料总量1．5％，反应温度80-86℃，回流反应时间6h条件下，酯化率最高达89％。产品分离提纯方法与传统分离方法比较，所需分离时间短，洗涤用水量少，而产品收率远高于传统分离方法，达95％以上。     

Luminescence Characterization of Mg Doped Y2O2S:Ti Long Afterglow Phosphor

Y1.94-xMgxO2S:0.06Ti (0≤x≤0.10) phosphors with long afterglow were synthesized by solid state reaction route. The photoluminescence spectra, decay curves, thermoluminescent spectra and chromaticity coordinate curves were investigated. The results show that the luminescence intensity of Y1.94-xMgxO2S:0.06Ti (0≤x≤0.10) phosphors decrease gradually with increasing Mg2 ion content, and the shape of luminescence spectra and chromaticity coordinate change as well. Furthermore, two thermoluminescent peaks in single Ti-doped Y2O2S sample are found at 91.8 and 221.5 ℃, respectively. Nevertheless, significant different spectra were found for the Mg, Ti co-doped Y2O2S samples that three thermoluminescence peaks appear at 52.3, 141.7 and 226.8 ℃, respectively. These results indicate that the co-doped Mg ion changes the inherent trap depth of single Ti-doped Y2O2S:Ti phosphor, and induces simultaneously a new trap level in the Y1.94-xMgxO2S:0.06Ti phosphor. Based on the analysis of thermoluminescent spectra, photoluminescent spectra, decay curve and crystal structure defect, it was proposed that the varied structure defect and introduced new trap level by the doped Mg2 ions should be responsible for reducing luminescence intensity and varying color in the Y1.94-xMgxO2S:0.06Ti phosphor.     

多级复合布尔函数性能研究

本文研究了加法复合布尔函数和乘法复合布尔函数,在平衡性、k次项系数、K次扩散准则(PC)、相关免疫 性(CI)、Walsh谱、代数次数、小项分布等方面得到了一批新结果。     

变权组合预测模型在大坝安全监测中的应用

简要介绍了组合预测模型的基本原理，该模型改进了单一模型考虑因素的片面性，但常规的组合预测模型的权系数是固定的。考虑到各种模型的预测精度的变化，以及大坝安全监测数据存在的突变、时效等因素，固定权系数的组合预测模型有待进一步改进。文中提出了变权系数组合预测模型，并将其用于实际的大坝安全监测工程。结果表明，变权组合预测模型的预报精度高于其他模型。是一种值得推广的方法。     

Delta4型外流式压力筛的长纤维浆筛选实践

介绍了Delta4型压力筛生产全漂白硫酸盐法马尾松浆的运行情况，对存在的问题进行分析探讨，并对比了技改重新选型后的生产情况。     

中原高温高盐油藏疏水缔合聚合物凝胶调剖剂研究

针对中原油田高温(>80℃)、高盐度(>50 g/L)、高硬度(>1 g/L)砂岩油藏,研制了地下成胶的高热稳定性聚合物凝胶调剖剂。所用聚合物为疏水缔合聚合物AP-P4,M=9.0×106,HD=27%,疏水基摩尔分数0.2%;交联剂为可生成酚醛树脂的3种化合物;调剖剂胶液用矿化度160 g/L的马寨油田污水配制;实验温度95℃。根据形成的凝胶黏度(95℃,1.1 s-1)确定交联剂各组分用量为:MZ-YL 0.429%,MZ-BE 0.060%,MZ-XS 0.012%;酸度调整剂用量0.12%;成胶时间10~15小时。2.5、3.0、3.5 g/L AP-P4的凝胶在95℃老化100天后黏度保持在~40 Pa.s及以上。初配制胶液在3000 r/min下剪切15分钟后黏度降低87.5%~89.0%,但成胶后和老化过程中凝胶黏度只比未剪切样降低17.1%~6.6%。3.5 g/L AP-P4的调剖剂对~1μm2的6支储层岩心的堵塞率在88.1%~95.8%范围,平均93.3%,造成的残余阻力系数在15.2~28.6范围,平均19.8,使渗透率级差2.3~8.0的4组双人造岩心的注水流量比发生不同程度的反转。认为该凝胶调剖剂高温下稳定性好的原因,是强化学交联密度低,因而凝胶脱水收缩作用弱。图2表5参5。     

吐哈油田葡北3-12井超长封固段固井技术

葡北3-12注气井位于吐哈盆地葡北构造带中断葡北1号构造．井深为3610m。针对该区块地层承压能力低，易漏失，油气水窜严重，常规固井方法无法满足固井要求的问题，该井采用三段三凝制、常规水泥浆和泡沫水泥浆体系固井，并采用重钻井液顶替技术．降低施工压力。该技术能保证固井候凝过程中井底压力平衡，施工安全。现场应用表明，采用常规水泥浆和泡沫水泥浆固井技术．提高了低压易漏井、长封固井段的固井质量，解决了水泥返高不足的问题；并通过一次常规固井工艺实现了全井封固，简化了施工工艺，节约了成本，经济效益和社会效益十分显著。该井封固优质段累计达2600m，优质率达85％，固井结果良好。
