南方电网促进可再生能源消纳的实践及发展展望

近年来,南方电网通过实施西电东送战略、建设可再生能源远距离送电通道、构建“市场+计划”的西电东送机制等措施,大力促进可再生能源消纳。2016年南方五省区非化石能源电量占比达50.7%,较全国平均水平高22.3个百分点。未来,南方区域的能源发展将呈现清洁化、分散化和多能融合的特征和趋势。“十三五”期间,南方电网公司将继续大力支持可再生能源发展,提高能源资源开发利用效率。到2020年,南方五省区可再生能源发电装机预计达到1.74亿kW左右,其中水电1.29亿kW、风电2800万kW、光伏发电1300万kW、生物质发电400万kW。     

基于PLC和智能仪表的下位机群与上位机通讯的实现

介绍了一个由多台PLC和多台智能仪表组成的下位机群与上位机的通讯系统，简单介绍了S7-200PLC的通讯功能，重点阐述了下位机的通讯系统设计和实现，给出了通讯程序的软件流程图，本文对类似系统的设计有较大的指导意义。     

Public interest in continued use of Chinese government portals: A mixed methods study

Public adoption of policies detailed on government websites is an important topic in the field of e-government research, and researchers have mainly focused on the key factors that influence initial adoption. However, there has been much less discussion on factors influencing the continued use of government websites. This study identifies and tests a theoretical model that predicts consumers’ intentions to continue using government portals, using a mixed methods approach based on Grounded Theory. To construct a theoretical framework of public interest in continued use of government information portals, we interviewed 56 respondents and coded the interview data. Next, we tested the resulting model using data collected from a questionnaire-based survey of 354 users. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) results indicate that continued use is influenced by psychological perception, user characteristics, service parameters of the government portals and the government’s idea. Of these, psychological perception was found to have the strongest effect. These findings enrich the theoretical system of e-government public adoption of intention and have important practical significance for the development of Chinese government portals.     

车身设计信息集成系统可视化查询模块设计

可视化查询模块是车身设计CAD／CAE信息集成系统的主要组成模块之一，使用可视化查询可以让用户通过观察车身零部件结构图的方式来查询所需产品信息。本文从分析车身结构装配关系入手，建立了车身设计可视化查询模型的结构，并根据查询功能要求，对查询模型的实现进行了程序设计。

在深入研究MasterCAM后置处理程序格式的基础上,开发出适合FP-3M数控系统的专用后置处理程序,解决了由MasterCAM生成的数控程序无法在FP-3M铣床数控系统上加工的难题。     

Large-size-mismatch co-dopants for colossal permittivity rutile TiO2 ceramics with temperature stability

Colossal permittivity (CP) in donor-accepter co-doped rutile TiO₂ has attracted significant interest. Here, the CP behavior of (Ta?+?La) co-doped rutile TiO₂ ceramics were studied, where the ionic radii of Ta⁵⁺ and La³⁺ are much larger than that of Ti⁴⁺. The ceramics with an extremely low doping exhibit colossal dielectric permittivity (～2.6?×?10⁴) with an acceptable low dielectric loss (<0.07) in the frequency range from 40 to 10⁶?Hz. The CP properties obtained in (Ta?+?La) co-doped TiO₂ ceramics show excellent temperature stability over a wide temperature range of 20–400?°C. The X-ray diffraction analysis and the density functional theory calculation illustrates that the La₂³⁺${\text{V}}_{\text{o}}^{??}$Ti₂³⁺ and Ta₂⁵⁺Ti³⁺Ti⁴⁺ defect complexes with the lowest energy are responsible for the enhanced dielectric properties. Moreover, the defect complex formed by large-size trivalent substitutions and oxygen vacancy is very stable, and assists in improving temperature stability of the dielectric properties of co-doped rutile TiO₂ ceramics.     

Standard Analysis for Transfer Delay in CTCS-3

According to the standard for the GSM for railway (GSM-R) wireless systems in China train control system level 3 (CTCS-3),the control data transfer delay should be no larger than 500ms with greater than 99％ probability.Coverage of both non-redundant networks and intercross redundant networks and cases of single Mobile terminals (MTs) and redundant MTs on one train are considered,and the corresponding vehicle-ground communication models,delay models,and fault models are constructed.The simulation results confirm that the transfer delay can meet the standard requirements under all cases.In particular,the probability is greater than 99.996％ for redundant MTs and networks,and the standard of transfer delay in CTCS-3 will be improved inevitably.
