氯乙烯合成混合系统安全联锁控制的研究

针对氯乙烯合成混合系统游离氯超标,造成混合器防爆膜爆裂,停车时间过长,环境污染等问题,对混合器过氯安全联锁进行研究,并在Deltav系统中搭建模型,编写程序,实现了混合器过氯安全联锁自动化控制,从而提高了生产装置的安全性和减轻了人员劳动强度。     

Modeling mixing dynamics in uncovered baffled and unbaffled stirred tanks

This paper presents results of measurements performed in uncovered baffled and unbaffled stirred tanks. The Laser Doppler Anemometry (LDA) set consists of a 300 mW argon-ion laser generating two pairs of blue and green beams. Additionally, three turbulence models are verified to simulate mixing dynamics in uncovered baffled and unbaffled stirred tanks. Simulations are performed using both the steady- and the transient-state approach. The unbaffled tank was modeled using both the single- and the multiphase approaches. The cited correlations of the central vortex depth are used to verify the multiphase calculations. In order to reduce the computational time, a simplified numerical model is proposed. It assumes a single-phase simulation without the central vortex. The flow fields below the central vortex level are compared between the single- and the multiphase approach. The simplified model can be used both to design and optimize the mixing process.

一种高线性的UWB接收机下变频混频器设计

该文介绍了一种UWB下变频混频器的设计思路和技术。在TSMC0.18μmCMOS工艺下,使用Agilent公司的ADS软件设计出一种3~5GHz的CMOS混频器电路。仿真结果表明,工作电压3V时,RF频率为3.169GHz,本振频率为3.434GHz,中频频率为265MHz,转换增益为15.4dB,双边带噪声系数低于13.3dB,P1dB压缩点为-13dBm,工作电流为4.6mA。     

Micromixing performance of the teethed high shear mixer under semi-batch operation

Semi-batch operated reaction processes are necessary for some competitive reaction systems to achieve a desirable process selectivity and productivity of fine chemical products. Herein the structural and operating parameters of the teethed high shear mixers were adjusted to study the micromixing performance in the semi-batch operated system, using the Villermaux/Dushman reaction system. The results indicate that the rising of the rotor speed and the number of rotor teeth, the decrease of the width of the shear gap and the radial distance between the feed position and the inner wall of stator can enhance the micromixing level and lead to the decrease of the segregation index. Additionally, computational fluid dynamics calculations were carried out to disclose the evolution of the flow pattern and turbulent energy dissipation rate of the semi-batch operated high shear mixer. Furthermore, the correlation was established with a mean relative error of 8.05% and R² of 0.955 to fit the segregation index and the parameters studied in this work, which can provide valuable guidance on the design and optimization of the semi-batch operated high shear mixers in practical applications.

密炼机同步转子和异步转子的流场分析

建立了密炼机同步转子和异步转子的物理、数学和有限元模型,对同步转子和异步转子密炼机内的胶料进行了流场分析。分析表明,同步转子和异步转子的压力最大点均在转子剪切面一侧的棱顶处;同步转子对胶料的剪切作用更强,分散混合作用也更好。
