为了降低多晶硅生产成本,对多晶硅生产中的重要环节——三氯氢硅(SiHCl,)还原生成多晶硅工艺进行了改进,将还原炉操作压力由常压提高至0.6MPa,比较了加压工艺与常压工艺在多晶硅的沉积速度、沉积时间、还原反应耗电量以及多晶硅产品质量等指标上的区别。结果表明,还原炉压力由常压(0.1MPa)提高至0.6MPa、H2和SiHCl,的量之比降低至3.5—5/1、SiHCl,和H2混合气的最大流量增加至2000kg/h、平均供气量约为980kg/h时,多晶硅的沉积时间由200h缩短至100h:沉积速度由7~8kg/h提高到20kg/h,提高了150%以上;反应所需的单位耗电量也从135kWh/kgSi降到75kWh/kgSi,降幅达44%,从而大幅降低了多晶硅的生产成本;同时,产品质量也得到极大的提升。 相似文献

Commercial cornstarch was mono‐phosphorylated to different levels of substitution in order to investigate the effect of phosphorylation on the properties of cornstarch for sizing heat‐sensitive wool yarns at reduced temperature. The influences of starch phosphorylation and sizing temperature upon apparent viscosity and viscosity stability of cooked starch paste, starch retrogradation, adhesion to wool fibers, performance of starch film, aerobic biodegradation, mechanical properties, and hairiness of sized wool yarns were evaluated. The phosphorylation level was varied from 0.021 to 0.082 in degree of substitution (DS), while the temperature considered was from 60 to 95°C. It was found that mono‐phosphorylation of starch resulted in enhanced paste stability, reduced retrogradation, strong adhesion to wool fibers, increased performances of starch film, improved mechanical properties of sized wool yarns, and decreased hairiness on surface of sized yarns even if paste temperature was lowered to 60°C. Initially increasing phosphorylation level enhanced positive effects, but excessively increasing the level was not applicable due to marked reduction in tensile strength of starch film. The phosphorylation with a DS value of 0.061 could improve the performances of cornstarch for sizing wool yarns at 60–80°C. A new silica gel material covalently bonded with 1-(pyridin-2-yl) imine (SiNPn) was synthesized and well characterized by elemental analysis, FT–IR, 13C NMR of the solid state, nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherm, BET surface area, B.J.H. Pore sizes, thermogravimetry curves (TGA), and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The new chelating surface exhibits good chemical and thermal stability. The adsorption capabilities of this new system towards toxic metal ions (Hg2+, Cd2+, Pb2+, and Zn2+) were investigated using the batch method. The separation theory for heavy water enrichment from water-isotope mixture in the cocurrent-flow Frazier scheme of thermal diffusion columns, has been modified with the values of pseudo product form of concentration determined by the method of least squares method, instead of simply taking the concentration in the product form as the feed concentration performed in previous works. Positron emission tomography (PET) is an imaging procedure used mainly in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. PET is also used in the preclinical research studies of small animals. However, researchers may have difficulty interpreting the particularly low-resolution images obtained via this procedure. This paper presents a new method of increasing the resolution of PET images through the use of super-resolution techniques. Aside from being resistant to the noise and other degradations that plague PET images, our proposed algorithm is also capable of preserving important structures (e.g. lesions). To this end, the proposed objective function includes a term based on the modified total variation model which allows the user to preserve texture and to deal with noise without incurring the artefacts that typically arise when the total variation norm is used. The present study shows the effectiveness of the method in recovering structures and details and indicates that, in most cases, it outperforms other state-of-the-art methods. 相似文献

We have developed a mulch sheet made by inflation molding of PLA, Ecoflex® and modified starch, which all have different biodegradabilities. A field test of use as an agricultural mulch sheet for mandarin oranges was carried out over two years. The mechanical properties of the mulch sheet were weakened with time during the field test, but the quality of the mandarin oranges increased, a result of the controlled degradation of the sheet. The most degradable modified starch degraded first, allowing control of the moisture on the soil. Accelerator mass spectroscopy was used for evaluation of the biomass carbon ratio. The biomass carbon ratio decreased by degradation of the biobased materials, PLA and modified starch in the mulch sheet. 相似文献
