Deregulation and restructuring in power systems, the ever-increasing demand for electricity, and concerns about the environment are the major driving forces for using Renewable Energy Sources (RES). Recently, Wind Farms (WFs) and Fuel Cell Power Plants (FCPPs) have gained great interest by Distribution Companies (DisCos) as the most common RES. In fact, the connection of enormous RES to existing distribution networks has changed the operation of distribution systems. It also affects the Volt/Var control problem, which is one of the most important schemes in distribution networks. Due to the intermittent characteristics of WFs, distribution systems should be analyzed using probabilistic approaches rather than deterministic ones. Therefore, this paper presents a new algorithm for the multi-objective probabilistic Volt/Var control problem in distribution systems including RES. In this regard, a probabilistic load flow based on Point Estimate Method (PEM) is used to consider the effect of uncertainty in electrical power production of WFs as well as load demands. The objective functions, which are investigated here, are the total cost of power generated by WFs, FCPPs and the grid; the total electrical energy losses and the total emission produced by WFs, FCPPs and DisCos. Moreover, a new optimization algorithm based on Improved Shuffled Frog Leaping Algorithm (ISFLA) is proposed to determine the best operating point for the active and reactive power generated by WFs and FCPPs, reactive power values of capacitors, and transformers’ tap positions for the next day. Using the fuzzy optimization method and max-min operator, DisCos can find solutions for different objective functions, which are optimal from economical, operational and environmental perspectives. Finally, a practical 85-bus distribution test system is used to investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method. 相似文献

工业的发展,带来了很多丰闷关的环境污染问题。挥发性有机物(VOcs)是常见的污染物,对环境、动植物的生长及人类健康造成了极大的危害,因此越来越受到世界各国的重视,许多发达国家都颁布了相应的法令,限制VOCs的排放。含微细颗粒的挥发性有机废气由于多种物质成份并存,特别是橡胶行业炼胶废气一直是环保治理的难点。我们提出采用“预处理除油装置+活性炭流动床吸附+布袋除尘器+活性炭固定床吸附装置”的处理方式,能有效治理这类废气,尤其是针对橡胶行业炼胶废气,具有处理效率高、运行稳定、运行费用低、操作简便等特点。 相似文献

To conduct a well‐planned plant shutdown, so as to reduce flare emissions for the sake of plant profitability and local environmental sustainability, one of the primary tasks is to perform comprehensive and precise accountings for flare emissions. Since the literature is still lacking systematic and quantitative studies, plant‐wide dynamic simulations are employed to simulate an ethylene plant shutdown and characterize its flare emission sources through which dynamic emission profiles of various emission species changing with respect to time are obtained. Plant shutdown emission inventories are enriched with details for point emission sources, and possible technical supports are provided to both industry and environmental agencies on evaluating and developing cost‐effective flare minimization strategies in the future. 相似文献

Biofuels are derived from biomass using biochemical, thermochemical, and physical and chemical extraction processes. Waste oils from animal and vegetable sources continue to be important biomass feedstock due to the potential benefits over petroleum and some of the virgin vegetable oil based fuels. In this paper, the chemical, thermal, and physical properties of biofuels derived from virgin and waste sources are reviewed. In addition, the processes used for recovering bio-oils from animal fats (beef tallow, lard, and poultry waste) and greases, and purification and refining of bio-oils are discussed as well as the resulting performance as a fuel. Particular focus will be on production of biofuels from fish waste. The potential for biofuel from fish waste is a function of the location and size of the processing plant, type of fuel requirements, and characteristics of the fish waste. 相似文献
