Cu-Cr合金高温氧化行为分析

该文用热分析天平，结合金相、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱(EXD)研究了Cu—Cr合金在不同温度下的氧化行为。结果表明，Cu—Cr合金在700℃-900℃氧化符合抛物线规律，其最外层氧化膜为CuO，内层为Cu2O和Cr2O3，铬有助于提高合金的抗氧化能力。     

Composite scale modeling in the presence of censored data

A composite scale modeling approach can be used to combine several scales or variables into a single scale or variable. A typical application is to combine age and usage together to form a composite timescale model. The combined scale is expected to have better failure prediction capability than individual scales. Two typical models are the linear and multiplicative models. Their parameters are determined by minimizing the sample coefficient of variation of the composite scale. The minimum coefficient of variation is hard to apply in the presence of censored data. Another open issue is how to identify key variables when a number of variables are combined. This paper develops methods to handle these two issues. A numerical example is also included to illustrate the proposed methods.     

Ti_3Al金属间化合物的熔盐热腐蚀

采用电化学方法并结合扫描电镜、X 射线衍射、电子探针和能谱等物相分析技术研究了 Ti_3Al 金属间化合物在800℃熔融 NaCl-(Na,K)_2SO_4体系中的腐蚀行为。结果表明,Ti_3Al 合金耐熔盐腐蚀性能远低于 Ni 基 IN738合金。腐蚀时在合金表面形成外层为 TiO_2;内层为富 Nb 的Nb_2O_5,Al_2O_3,TiO_2的混合层和中间层为富 Al 的 TiO_2,Al_2O_3混合层的多层腐蚀层结构。Ti 快速向外扩散和氧向内扩散使合金表面腐蚀产物层迅速增厚。腐蚀产物内层的富 Nb 氧化物破坏了膜层与合金基体的粘附性。     

提高润滑油基础油氧化安定性的组合工艺

以生产润滑油基础油的老三套工艺为基础，开发了改善油品氧化安定性的组合工艺。该工艺的主要特点是包括一步络合脱氮过程。实验证明，该组合工艺既可以有效地提高基础油的氧化安定性，又能降低溶剂精制深度，提高基础油收率。     

用参数泵分步结晶制取精萘的新工艺及放大

采用参数泵分步结晶工艺，开发了直立弹状流气泡管结晶器，由工业萘提纯制取精萘。实验室研究和放大试验的研究表明，产品纯度大于９９％，收率大于９２．５％。弹状气泡强化了传热和传质过程，流体的均布是放大过程的关键。

Recognizing the importance of scale in the ecology and management of riverine fish

Processes affecting fish populations range in scale from local to global. Fish response is also scale‐dependent, with some activities varying locally while others depend on large‐scale connectivity within or between watersheds. These issues are still only partly recognized, with large‐scale research often affected by non‐independent sampling, weak inference, poor model testing or model over‐extrapolation. Available multi‐scale studies can reach different conclusions about factors affecting fishes from local studies, but results vary between examples. Potential explanations are (i) effects on fishes are context‐dependent; (ii) different species or life‐stages are limited in different ways; (iii) multi‐scale studies are too few for generalization. We advocate improved use of geostatistical tools to guide sampling or interpret the spatial extent of management problems, and we illustrate this using brown trout in Welsh streams. Our strongest recommendation is that fish ecologists recognize the importance of interactions across scales in quantifying effects on fishes so that management decisions can be better based on evidence rather than judgement or extrapolation.
